A spray nozzle for use in a water slide feature is disclosed. The nozzle includes a nozzle body with a connection portion for connecting to a fluid supply and a support portion for affixing to a support structure. The nozzle further includes a nozzle tip removably connected to the nozzle body. The nozzle tip is prevented from being removed from the nozzle body by at least a releasable lock. The lock includes a member movable to release the lock, the member being accessible to a user from an exterior of the nozzle. Also disclosed is a nozzle with a tip portion having a passageway with three curved portions with different radii of curvature.

Looping saucer amusement attraction and method for making the same

A waterslide feature for providing a looping travel path for a rider traveling thereon and method for making the same. The waterslide feature may be in the shape of a tilted bowl or saucer that provides a 360 degree travel path for a rider around the waterslide feature. The rider may experience a feeling of weightlessness at one or more locations (e.g., art apex) of the travel path. The rider may be provided into the tilted bowl by way of an entrance (e.g., flume) and may be received from the tilted bowl by way of an exit (e.g., flume). The orientation of the entrance and exit may be in any of a variety of configurations, such as side-by-side or over-under. Colored fiberglass, lighting dements, and other features may be included to enhance the visual or other impact of the waterslide feature to riders and/or spectators.

NETWORK-CONTROLLABLE PHYSICAL RESOURCES FOR SENSORY SERVICE

Methods, computer-readable media, and apparatuses for adjusting a network-controllable physical resource of a sensory service in response to biometric data for a group of users are disclosed. In one example, a processing system including at least one processor may gather biometric data of each user of a group of users of a sensory service. The sensory service may comprise at least one network-controllable physical resource. The processing system may then aggregate the biometric data for the group of users and tailor the sensory service for the group of users based upon the biometric data for the group of users that is aggregated. In one example, the tailoring of the sensory service may include adjusting the at least one network-controllable physical resource in response to the biometric data that is aggregated for the group of users.

The structure includes a body in a form of a prolate ellipsoid compressed or flattened from top and bottom; side walls and a bottom wall; and an open front end for a rider exit; a lateral rider opening for connecting at least a waterslide disposed parallel to at least a side wall of the side walls; where at least a part of the side wall is protruding in a form of a half tubular wall an end of the half tubular wall is connected to the lateral rider opening.

An amusement attraction fluid control system comprises a fluid source, at least one pump, at least one fluid feature, a plurality of conduits interconnecting the fluid source and the at least one pump to the at least one fluid feature, and a controller; wherein the at least one pump is configured to pump fluid through the conduits to the at least one fluid feature. The controller is adapted to control the at least one pump to deliver fluid to each respective fluid feature.
