Hydraulic cylinder system for rock crushers

A rock crusher is provided that has a crusher cavity defined between a first part and a second part. A plurality of hydraulic cylinders are mounted between the first and second part, the hydraulic cylinders including a relief system. The relief system is included for reducing oil pressure within the hydraulic cylinders in the event uncrushables enter the crusher cavity, the relief system including a relief valve that is designed to open when hydraulic pressure in hydraulic cylinder reaches a predetermined level. This reduces the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder as oil pressure is dumped from the hydraulic cylinder via various oil passages.

A crushing machine includes: a frame, a tank, a cone placed inside the tank, the machine further including a device for vibrating the tank with respect to the frame; the machine being characterized in that the device for vibrating the tank includes at least two vibrators which are mounted on the frame, each vibrator being rotated about a longitudinal axis of the frame by a motor, each motor driving the vibrator with which it is associated independently from one another.

Crushers having adjustable eccentricity

A crusher may include a crushing member that is driven in an operatively connected manner by way of an eccentric element such that material to be crushed can be comminuted by way of a crushing movement generated at least in part by the eccentric element. At least one eccentric bushing may be connected by way of an active surface to the eccentric element by way of frictional engagement. The eccentric bushing may have a pressure medium chamber that uses pressure to vary the frictional engagement between the eccentric element and the eccentric bushing. In some examples, the crusher may be of a jaw type or a cone type.

Inertia cone crusher with a journal plain bearing

Inertia cone crusher for crushing materials includes a body with an outer cone and an inner cone arranged inside, on whose drive shaft an unbalance weight is provided with the aid of a slide bushing and connected via a transmission disk coupling to a combined moving dynamic assembly comprising a counterbalance weight and a counterbalance weight slide bushing, the assembly connected to a gear transmission and a motor, and has an improved plain journal bearing. The plain bearing is installed between the flange and the counterbalance weight, bearing the load from the crusher's moving part, and includes a base ring and an upper ring, the base ring having a spherical bottom surface and its mating recess on the flange's top surface. The bearing enables the moving dynamic assembly's rotation around the axis, using a hydrodynamic sliding mode, with radial oil slots additionally provided on top surface of the base ring.

A grinding apparatus includes a receptacle, a grinding element and a drive means. The receptacle has a receptacle inner wall defining a receptacle cavity. The receptacle inner wall is in the general form of a surface of a revolution extending about a central vertically extending receptacle axis. The receptacle is rotatable about the receptacle axis. The grinding element has a grinding element outer wall in the general form of a surface of revolution extending about a central vertically extending grinding element axis.

Crushing shell with rotational lock

A gyratory crusher shell has an annular wall extending around a longitudinal axis. A plurality of ears project radially outward from an annular rim of the topshell with each ear including a respective lug to sit within a corresponding recess at an annular rim of the topshell to rotatably lock the crushing shell at the topshell.

MECHANISM FOR PREVENTION OF ROTATION OF BOWL LINER WITH RESPECT TO BOWL OF CONE CRUSHER

A cone crusher apparatus having a bowl liner removably mounted within a bowl. A wedge is radially adjustable between an inside surface of the bowl and an outside surface of the bowl liner. The wedge moves radially between a rotation-preventing position and a rotation-permitting position. In the rotation-preventing position, the wedge is in simultaneous abutment with the bowl and bowl liner and through that simultaneous abutment immediately develops a maximum holding force such that relative motion between the bowl liner and bowl in a first rotational direction is prevented. In the rotation-permitting position, the wedge is not in simultaneous abutment with the bowl and bowl liner and at least some relative motion between the bowl liner and bowl in the first rotational direction is permitted.

Crusher

A gyratory crushing apparatus for frangible or friable material comprises: a bowl having a chamber for receiving the material and a discharge opening disposed at the base with a central axis and a gyratory axis extending at an angle to the central axis; a crushing head and a drive assembly. The discharge opening defines a throat with a circumferential wall and the crushing head is disposed within the discharge opening. The crushing head has a crushing face in spaced relation to the circumferential wall of the throat defining a nip between the circumferential wall and the crushing face. The drive assembly includes a transmission and a rotatable eccentric shaft for driving the crushing head within the bowl and about the gyratory axis in a notating motion. The bowl also comprises a feed section and a discharge section, each defined by a wall and spaced by a mid-section, wherein thickness of a wall defining the mid-section is greater than a thickness of the discharge section wall.
