CRUSHER AND CRUSHING MACHINE COMPRISING SAID CRUSHER
Disclosed is a crusher of a crushing machine applied to oleaginous fruits, such as olives and the like. The crusher has a central hub with a central axis and a plurality of hammers connected to the central hub and arranged around the central hub. Each hammer has an outer edge facing a direction opposite to the central hub. The outer edge of each hammer is toothed in such a way that the hammer has at least one recess and two teeth separated by a recess.

The invention relates to a comminution device for mechanically comminuting material conglomerates consisting of materials of varying density and/or consistency, including a comminution chamber having a supply side with a supply device above the comminution chamber and a discharge side, which comminution chamber is enclosed by a circular cylindrical and/or conical, downwardly widened comminution chamber wall and has at least two portions in succession in the axial direction, in each of which at least one rotor is arranged coaxial with the comminution chamber, each rotor having a rotor shaft and having striking tools which extend substantially radially into the comminution chamber at least during operation, the rotors having opposite directions of rotation in at least two successive portions, deflection ribs being arranged on the inside of the comminution chamber wall at axial intervals and/or the radius of the comminution chamber wall increases from top to bottom.
Hammer for shredding machines
Shredder hammers having first and second major surfaces on opposing sides, and a circumferential edge. A mounting portion includes a mounting hole that extends from the first major surface to the second major surface, and is configured to receive a hammer mounting pin for mounting in a reducing system. The circumferential edge includes a primary impact face to initially impact materials to be reduced and a wear edge to subsequently crush and shear the material against a wall of the equipment. The hammer is biased forward on the pin to admit more material to be crushed between the wear edge and the grates.
Hammer for shredding machines
Shredder hammers having first and second major surfaces on opposing sides, and a circumferential edge. A mounting portion includes a mounting hole that extends from the first major surface to the second major surface, and is configured to receive a hammer mounting pin for mounting in a reducing system. The circumferential edge includes a primary impact face to initially impact materials to be reduced and a wear edge to subsequently crush and shear the material against a wall of the equipment. The hammer is biased forward on the pin to admit more material to be crushed between the wear edge and the grates.
A MATERIAL PROCESSING BARREL AND ASSOCIATED MATERIAL PROCESSING SYSTEM
A material processing system having a barrel also referred to hereinafter having a milling or impact surface and a central axis. The impact surface is impervious, in that material cannot pass through the surface, but rather is contained by the surface. An impact mechanism is located within barrel and is rotates about the central axis. The system has inlet openings and formed in the barrel at axially spaced locations along the axis. At least one outlet opening is formed in the barrel at a location intermediate of the inlets. The impact mechanism includes a plurality of hammers mounted on shaft which rotates about the axis.
A MULTISTAGE HAMMER MILL AND A RESIDUE PROCESSING SYSTEM INCORPORATING SAME
A multistage hammer mill (10) has a plurality of milling stages arranged concentrically about each other. The plurality of milling stages arranged so that substantially all material in a first inner most of the milling stages passes through all subsequent adjacent milling stages. The milling stages include a first milling stage and a second milling stage. A central feed opening (12) enables material flow into a primary impact zone (14) of the first milling stage. The first milling stage has an impact mechanism (16) and a first screen arrangement (20a). The impact mechanism (16) rotates about a rotation axis (18). The first screen arrangement (20a) is disposed circumferentially about and radially spaced from the impact mechanism (16) and is provided with a plurality of apertures (22) through which impacted material of a first size range can pass. The second milling stage has a second arrangement (20b) disposed circumferentially about and radially spaced from the first screen arrangement (20a) and a circular array of impact elements (50a) disposed between the first screen arrangement (20a) and the second screen arrangement (20b).
Fragmentation Device for a Metal Material Fragmenter
An improved fragmentation device for a metal material fragmenter comprising an inlet chamber configured to receive metal material and a fragmentation chamber that receives the metal material from the inlet chamber is provided. The fragmentation chamber includes a plurality of hammers linked to a rotor and at least one outlet grate with a plurality of through holes for the outlet of fragmented material from the fragmentation chamber, with the additional fragmentation chamber including a recirculation grate that communicates the fragmentation chamber with the inlet chamber, the recirculation grate being located in a position higher than the rotor inside the fragmentation chamber. The additional grate prevents the device from becoming blocked by an excess load inside the same or by an element that cannot be fragmented.
POWDER GRINDER
The invention relates to a mechanical powder grinder comprising a casing supporting a first rotating grinding member and a second grinding member fixed relative to the casing, each of said first and second members being made of an electrically conductive material. According to the invention, the grinder includes an electrical control circuit providing at least one primary electrical connection between the first and second grinding members, and comprising at least one device for measuring an electrical parameter of said circuit. The grinder further comprises a processing device configured to detect an additional connection between the two grinding members, in particular due to the presence of a foreign body between said members, on the basis of the measured value of said parameter.
POWDER GRINDER
The invention relates to a mechanical powder grinder comprising a casing supporting a first rotating grinding member and a second grinding member fixed relative to the casing, each of said first and second members being made of an electrically conductive material. According to the invention, the grinder includes an electrical control circuit providing at least one primary electrical connection between the first and second grinding members, and comprising at least one device for measuring an electrical parameter of said circuit. The grinder further comprises a processing device configured to detect an additional connection between the two grinding members, in particular due to the presence of a foreign body between said members, on the basis of the measured value of said parameter.
