Dual-shaft shredder with interchangeable cutting blade set and releasable shaft ends
A dual-shaft shredder for comminuting solids or solids in liquids comprises a housing defining an interior comminuting space, an inlet opening, an outlet opening, and a first and second cutting disc block each having a plurality of cutting discs disposed on a hub body such that an intermediate space is present between each two adjacent cutting discs. Some of the first cutting discs each engage in the intermediate space between two adjacent second cutting discs and some of the second cutting discs each engage in the intermediate space between two adjacent first cutting discs. A first shaft stub and a second shaft stub extend into an axial recess of the first and second cutting disc blocks for transmitting torques, and a first clamping device and a second clamping device clamp the shaft stubs against the cutting disc blocks.
Mobile shredder for metal materials with improved safety features
A mobile shredder for metal materials comprising a feeding device, a shredding mill with a plurality of hammers associated with a rotor, and a removal device and an actuating device are provided, wherein: the feeding device comprises a hopper and a shredder with a first toothed roller and a second toothed roller that rotates in the opposite direction to that of the first roller and at a greater speed. The actuating device comprises a single motor. A control system is also provided with a plurality of hydraulic pumps for moving the rollers and a hydraulic clutch with a variable flow for moving the rotor, the plurality of hydraulic pumps and the hydraulic clutch being joined to the motor. The control system is configured to modify the rotational speed of the toothed rollers based on the motor load associated with the shredding mill; and the devices are mounted on a frame.
Carton reducer/bag opener device
A package reducing device includes a hopper having lap over rings, first and second main shafts which traverse the hopper, first and second pipe shafts are secured to the main shafts, where the ends of the pipe shafts are positioned interior to the lap over rings. First and second rings extend from the pipe shafts having recessed openings to position a fastener interior to the surface of the rings. Tooth plates having teeth are attached to the rings. A first motor rotates the one pipe shaft at a first rate and a second motor rotates another pipe shaft at a slower rate of rotation. The pipe shafts are rotated in an inboard direction, and the motors include variable frequency drives. The teeth reduce the size of packaging and food transported inside of the packaging during use of the invention.
HEATED HERBAL GRINDER AND METHOD THEREFOR
An herbal grinding device has a housing. A chute is formed through the housing. A shredding mechanism is positioned within the chute. The shredding mechanism moves an herbal product through the chute while shredding the herbal product. The shredding mechanism is heated to prevent resin from the herbal product from sticking to the shredding mechanism.
HANDLING MACHINE FOR BEVERAGE CONTAINERS AND METHOD FOR HANDLING BEVERAGE CONTAINERS
The invention relates to a method for handling of containers (9) and a handling machine for containers, comprising an inlet arrangement (8), an infeed arrangement (2), a compressing arrangement (20, 21), a cutting arrangement (4, 6) and an outlet arrangement (7), wherein empty containers are compacted. In one embodiment containers are also handled to at least partly be provided in shredded form in the outlet arrangement (7), wherein said cutting arrangement (4, 6) comprises a first cutting unit (4) arranged to cut a container (9) into a plurality of longitudinal, parallel stripes and preferably a second cutting unit (6) arranged to cut transversally in relation to said first cutting unit (4), whereby said longish strips will be cut into a plurality of shredded pieces.
Food waste disposal device
The present invention relates to a food waste disposer that is configured to allow an opening and closing plate adapted to open and close a drain pipe to be open only when a motor operates, so that normally, the drain pipe from which water is discharged is closed, thereby preventing bad smell and sewage from flowing backward from the drain pipe, to allow a propeller adapted to forcedly discharge the water from a casing to the drain pipe to be driven reversely and to thus close the opening and closing plate if the motor is driven reversely, so that gears inside a pulverizing part rotate to circulate the water in the casing and thus to automatically clean the casing, without any separation of the casing, and to allow a magnetic material to be built in a hopper so that if iron introduced into the hopper is sensed by sensors, the pulverizing part stops working and is thus prevented from being damaged by the iron.
COARSE CRUSHING DEVICE AND FIBER TREATMENT APPARATUS
A coarse crushing device including a rotary cutter portion tearing off a fiber-containing sheet in a first direction, a roller portion pinching the fiber-containing sheet, and a tearing portion provided between the rotary cutter portion and the roller portion, and having a plurality of blades tearing off the fiber-containing sheet in a second direction intersecting the first direction, in which the rotary cutter portion includes a first rotating shaft member rotating about a first axis, a second rotating shaft member rotating reversely to the first rotating shaft member about a second axis parallel to the first axis, a plurality of first rotary cutters provided on the first rotating shaft member and rotating together with the first rotating shaft member, and a plurality of second rotary cutters provided on the second rotating shaft member and rotating together with the second rotating shaft member, and the first rotary cutter and the second rotary cutter are separated from each other.
SHREDDER BLADE ASSEMBLY
A shredder blade assembly is disclosed having a rotor configured to be mounted on a rotating shaft, the rotor having opposing faces with a plurality of angled knife receptacles and a plurality of knife inserts mounted within the plurality of knife receptacles. Each knife insert has two opposing faces and each opposing face comprises three cutting edges such that each knife insert has six cutting edges. Only one of the cutting edges is exposed at an outer peripheral edge of the shredder blade assembly during use. The knife inserts are configured to be removed, rotated (and flipped as needed), and re-mounted within the plurality of knife receptacles to expose another of the cutting edges at the outer peripheral edge of the shredder blade assembly. The knife insert may be triangular and mounted to expose one vertex to create a plurality of tooth/hook projections.
