Tool Assembly for A Comminuting Apparatus
A tool assembly for a comminuting apparatus having knives secured to the periphery of a comminuting rotor is provided including an integral knife carrier adapted to be secured to the comminuting rotor of the comminuting apparatus having a supporting surface for support against a seat formed at the rotor and an abutment face with a non-threaded through bore extending therefrom. The assembly includes a knife detachably secured to the knife carrier, a screw connection between the knife and knife carrier, and a screw bolt extending through the through bores of the knife and the knife carrier, wherein a screw nut is screwed onto a portion of the screw bolt extending beyond a trough bore of the knife carrier for clamping the knife to the knife carrier.
Sheet material cutting apparatus, and associated method
A cutting apparatus and an associated method for slitting a tobacco sheet material into cut pieces used to form smoking articles are provided. The cutting apparatus includes a rotatable cutter assembly having a drum member configured to rotate about an axis defined thereby. The cutter assembly includes a plurality of knife members disposed about the periphery of the drum member and extending radially therefrom. A fixed counter-knife assembly is disposed adjacent to the periphery of the drum member and is configured to interact with the rotatable cutter assembly during rotation thereof about the axis. The counter-knife assembly includes a ledger member having a plurality of cutting insert members removably engaged therewith. The cutting insert members are configured to interact with the knife members during rotation of the cutter assembly with respect to the counter-knife assembly so as to slit the tobacco sheet material received therebetween into cut pieces.
DISCHARGE DEVICE FOR SHREDDED ORGANIC MATTER
A discharge device (2) for shredded organic matter from a shredder (1), wherein the device comprises a rotatable shaft (3) on which a fan element (4) is provided which is configured to project the shredded matter in the direction of the discharge side, and displacement means (5; 6) which are configured to move at least part of the supplied matter in the direction of the fan element (4). The invention furthermore concerns a shredder (1) provided with such a discharge device (2).
SHREDDING DEVICE
The present invention has an object to provide a shredding device which can efficiently shred the bagged garbage discharged from homes or business offices. The shredding device in accordance with the present invention includes a housing, a rotary shaft rotatably attached to an inside of the housing, a plurality of rotary blades attached around the rotary shaft to be spaced apart from one another in an axial direction of the rotary shaft, and a fixed blade attached to a bottom plate of the housing so that an article to be processed is shredded between the fixed blade and the rotary blades, wherein a lifting device which changes a distance between a tip of the rotary blade and a tip of the fixed blade by raising and lowering the rotary shaft is provided.
Automated method and device for trimming plants
Embodiments of the present invention pertain to a plant trimming machine. Plants are placed in a tumbler. As the tumbler rotates, leaves are sucked through the tumbler by a vacuum assembly and cut by at least one rotatable blade adjacent to the tumbler. The tumbler and blade are housed in separate cartridges so that they can be easily removed and inserted. Thereby, it is relatively easy to clean and replace a tumbler or blade with minimal downtime to the machine.

A dedicated device for shattering phenolics with mechanochemical synthesis and a shattering method thereof. The dedicated device includes a supporting frame, a primary shattering device, a secondary shattering device, a three-stage shattering device and an automatic regulating device. The primary shattering device includes a shattering box, a first motor, a first transmission rod, a plurality of tool frames, a plurality of blades, at least one screen mesh, a plurality of fixed cutters and a guide hopper. The secondary shattering device includes a first roller, a second roller, a second transmission rod and a set of helical gears. The three-stage shattering device includes a second motor, a set of tapered blade sets and a plurality of strain sensors. This realizes the regeneration of new mixed materials and the chemical properties of materials control of some micro changes such as material morphology.
Meat shredder for empanada meats and other dishes
A machine for manual action that releases, shreds or defrays the different fibers of meat for human consumption, be it chicken, beef, pork or any other suitable animals that have fibers. These are characterized by having a bar of different shapes located on the periphery of a shaft which has a handle for manual action so that when the operator turns the handle, bars that are located linearly and equidistant on an axis rotate so that the meat pieces located in the tray enter through an opening and collide between the bars inside the casing. The rotating and fixed bars swivel between said bars and rods, allowing the bars to rotate without colliding or crossing. Through this movement, the pieces of meat are shredded or defrayed in different sizes, depending on the distance and speed between the linear bars moving and those that are fixed. Note the system may also work with either reduction gears and or a reduction motor. This shredder may be attached to the table via a vise or similar mechanism.

The present disclosure relates to a system for a material reducing machine that allows a reducing rotor to be selectively configurable in a plurality of different reducing configurations. The different reducing configurations in which the reducing rotor can be configured can include reducing configurations having reducers located at different positions, reducing configurations having different reducer densities (e.g., different overall densities and different regionalized densities), reducer configurations having different reducer counts, reducer configurations having different reducer patterns, and reducer configurations having different lay-outs.

PRUNING DEVICE
The invention relates to a device for pruning leaves and/or other undesirable elements from the inflorescences of aromatic plants and/or from vegetable material, comprising a frame, a container and at least one removing element for removing leaves and/or other undesirable elements. The container can contain the vegetable material to be treated and comprising through-openings or slots on its surface, said at least one removing element being located so that it skims said openings or slots in correspondence with at least a portion of the surface of said container, characterized in that said at least one removing element comprises a brush.
Another object of the invention is a treatment line for aromatic plants and/or plant material comprising a pruning device of the described type.
