The engagement wheels frictionally engage paper and turn towards the offset slot to force paper into the shredder blades. Also, a dentate catch disposed in each corner of the paper tray temporarily holds an affixment while a sheet of paper held by the affixment is being frictionally engaged by the engagement wheels to enter the slot for comminution. A PAPER FULL sensor, a DOOR OPEN sensor, an OVERLOAD sensor, an OVERHEAT sensor, a paper-in-tray sensor, a paper-at-entry sensor, a SAFETY LOCK sensor, and a cover door open/closed sensor are provided, as are AUTO and MANUAL modes of operation.
Wood chipper
A wood chipper comprising a chamber in which wood is chipped, a discharge of chipped wood from the chamber, and a pair of rollers at least one of which is driven. The rollers are positioned for feeding of wood between the rollers and into the chamber. One of the rollers is a smooth roller, and an other of the rollers is driven and has cutting elements thereon. The at least one roller is driven by a hydrostatic pump. A plurality of legs are height adjustable for supporting the wood chipper and for positioning a power receiving means at different heights for aligning with connection to a tractor power take-off.
Shredder bin-full device
A paper shredder bin-full sensor with a push bar, a conductive element coupled to the push bar, a sensing contact assembly normally set apart from the conductive element, and a signaling contact coupled to the sensing contact assembly. Sensor includes a push bar sweeper between the conductive element and the push bar, and a biasing element coupled to the push bar sweeper, the biasing element elastically resists the shredded material force. A predetermined shredded material force presses the push bar, causing the conductive element to couple to the sensing contact assembly, in turn causing a waste bin-full signal to emanate. Push bar can be articulated and non-articulated. Articulated push bars include upper and lower push bars, and respective tensioning element connecting the respective upper and lower push bars. Lower push bar is extended from upper push bar. Paper shredder can have articulated or non-articulated push bars.
Mobile Shredder for Metal Materials with Improved Safety Features
A mobile shredder for metal materials comprising a feeding device, a shredding mill with a plurality of hammers associated with a rotor, and a removal device and an actuating device are provided, wherein: the feeding device comprises a hopper and a shredder with a first toothed roller and a second toothed roller that rotates in the opposite direction to that of the first roller and at a greater speed. The actuating device comprises a single motor. A control system is also provided with a plurality of hydraulic pumps for moving the rollers and a hydraulic clutch with a variable flow for moving the rotor, the plurality of hydraulic pumps and the hydraulic clutch being joined to the motor. The control system is configured to modify the rotational speed of the toothed rollers based on the motor load associated with the shredding mill; and the devices are mounted on a frame.
Hand-held treatment system, hand-held treatment device for a hand-held treatment system, and attachment for a hand-held treatment system
A hand-held treatment system includes: a hand-held treatment device and at least one attachment, wherein the treatment device has a movable treatment part and an electric drive motor system for moving the treatment part. The electric drive motor system has at least one electrical path with at least one interruption. The at least one attachment has a contact bridge. The treatment device and the at least one attachment are configured for the spatial arrangement of the at least one attachment from a hazard position into a safety position, which is different from the hazard position, on the treatment device such that by the at least one attachment being in the hazard position, the at least one contact bridge does not electrically bridge the at least one interruption, and by the arrangement of the at least one attachment in the safety position, the at least one contact bridge electrically bridges the at least one interruption.
Safety and control device, system, and method thereof for a waste processing system
A safety and control system for a wood chipper includes a positional switch having at least a first and second position and a hydraulic valve adapted to provide hydraulic fluid to the feed wheel system thereby powering the feed wheel system when is a first position, and diverting hydraulic fluid to a reservoir, thereby removing power from the feed wheel system, when is a second position, whereby a the valve and the switch are operatively connected such that when the switch is the first position, the valve is in a first position and is adapted to send hydraulic fluid to the feed wheel system, and when the switch is in the second position, the valve is in a second position and is adapted to send hydraulic fluid to the reservoir.
AUTOMATIC PAPER FEEDING METHOD FOR PAPER SHREDDER AND PAPER SHREDDER WITH IMPROVED AUTOMATIC PAPER FEEDING DEVICE
The present invention discloses an automatic paper feeding method for a paper shredder and a paper shredder, including a step of disposing paper, a step of pressing paper, a step of automatically feeding paper continuously, and a step of shredding paper. The paper sheets to be shredded entering the automatic paper feeding channel are superimposed partially; the paper disposing mechanism and the automatic paper feeding channel of the paper shredder are located at two sides of the paper rolling device respectively; the paper rolling device is located at least at the position above the lower end portion of the paper disposing area/paper sheets to be shredded. In the present invention, the paper sheets to be shredded conveyed to the automatic paper feeding channel are superimposed partially; during shredding, the shredding cutter shreds a plurality of paper sheets to be shredded at a time, with a higher feed speed and an increased shred speed. Besides, the automatic feed speed can be adjusted. The present invention has an intelligent paper feeding function, which effectively prevents the overload during the automatic paper feeding and the automatic shredding.
