Paper shredder with staple and clip remover
A paper shredder includes a housing, cutters positioned in the housing, and a feeder base adapted to support a stack of paper. The feeder base includes a feeder slot. The feeder base is integrally-formed as one piece having a front portion, a rear portion, and a sidewall along first and second sides and spanning the feeder slot.
A HOPPER AND A MINERAL MATERIAL PROCESSING PLANT
A hopper and a mineral material processing plant. The hopper includes hinged side walls configured to be pivoted into a first position and a second position and a connection wall attached between the hinged side walls. The connection wall includes a flexible member and is configured to fold together in response to the hinged side walls being pivoted from the first position to the second position.
System, Machine And Method For Reducing Size Or Volume Of Objects
A machine or system and related method for breaking and reducing the bulk size of one or more objects and comprising: a frame, a reception chamber and a size reduction mechanism. The size reduction mechanism includes a drum rotatably coupled to the frame and configured to oscillate relative to the frame between a first position and a second position about a longitudinal rotational axis; a cutting member coupled to the drum and extending therefrom, the cutting member being configured to penetrate through one or more of the objects in the reception chamber during operation as the drum rotates from the first position to the second position during each oscillation cycle; and a breaking screen comprising a series of spaced breaking members configured to cause further breakdown of the one or more pieces of the one or more objects during operation as the drum rotates toward the second position during each oscillation cycle and forces the one or more pieces against the breaking members. An optional chute may be coupled to the outlet of the machine or system for further compacting and disposing of the bulk material output by the machine.
CONVERTIBLE RECYCLING APPARATUS FOR SYNTHETIC RESIN MATERIALS
An apparatus for recycling synthetic thermoplastic waste material combining heretofore multiple stage processing steps in a single stage shredder grinder pulverizer device. The apparatus has multiple interchangeable material processing blade sets on respective effacing engageable rotating and fixed blade mounts within a cooled material infeed and blade containment enclosure with multiple vacuum outlet ports and communicating vacuum ducts to draw off and transport processed material therefrom for separation and classification, as required. Each replaceable interchangeable processing blade set includes registerable shredding and grinding blades and annular pulverizing blade sets on fixed and movable mediums for progressive processing of waste material into uniform recyclable material.
Shredding device with a service hatch
A shredding device for shredding materials is provided, the shredding device having: a housing, a rotor in the housing, a pusher element which is pivotable about an axis, so that it pushes the material to be shredded towards the rotor, and a service hatch which is mounted on the housing and configured in such a manner that in an open state it exposes a first opening in the housing with access to a rotor and a second opening in the housing with access to the underside of the pusher element when the latter is pivoted upwardly.
Comminuting machine drive system
A comminuting machine includes a frame, a comminuting rotor coupled to the frame, and a rotary drive coupled to the rotor. The rotary drive including a controller, a multi-phase motor connected to the controller, a set of contactors disposed between the controller and the multi-phase motor for selectively providing driving motive force to the multi-phase motor, and at least one rheostat disposed between the controller and the multi-phase motor, in parallel with the first set of contactors, for selectively providing a stopping resistance to the multi-phase motor to effect frictionless braking of the comminuting rotor, wherein the controller is configured to operate the set of contactors and the at least one rheostat to single phase lines of the multi-phase motor for providing the stopping resistance.
Garbage disposer
A method for controlling a garbage disposer that includes a crushing unit, a housing that includes an inlet port and an outlet port, a storage body, a communication hole, and an agitation unit is disclosed. The method includes the actions of connecting the communication hole with the inlet port by rotating the storage body. The method further includes opening the communication hole by rotating the agitation unit. The method further includes crushing, by the crushing unit, garbage. The method further includes supplying garbage to the inlet port. The method further includes closing the communication hole by rotating the agitation unit. The method further includes dehydrating garbage stored in the storage body by rotating the agitation unit and the storage body at a first rotation speed while maintaining the communication hole in a closed state.
Method and device for shredding sheet-shaped material
The invention relates to a method for shredding sheet-shaped material, preferably for shredding stacked sheets of paper. In addition, the invention relates to a device for performing said method. According to the method according to the invention, a stack of paper is placed onto a support, the sheets are grasped individually from the stack and, whilst realizing a sheet loop, are guided one after another through a through-opening in the support to a cutting system, and are shredded in the cutting system, wherein, when the loops are formed, the sheets are merely deformed elastically and consequently reversibly such that by realizing a free end each sheet loop is opened again before it reaches the cutting system, and is cut up, unfolded, into regular particles over its entire length.
Comminuting apparatus
A device for comminuting media materials that store sensitive information. The device is a rotating mill core with removable flat edged blades, a set of stacked bed knives and a screen. The mill core rotates in close proximity to adjustable bed knives to shear the material being fed before passing through a screen in order to grate the material. The mill core has an angular positioned blade constructed and arranged to shear material with said bed knives. The mill core has a mass and is operated at 1000 rpm. A flywheel is further attached to the mill core in order to conserve rotational energy and improve the efficiency of the device. Vacuum ports facilitate cleanup.
Conveyor Assembly for Loading a Wood-Chipper
A conveyor assembly for raising and feeding debris such as fallen branches from an orchard floor to a processor such as a wood-chipper is provided. The conveyor assembly comprises a body including a floor having a leading end for location adjacent ground level and a trailing end for location above the leading end in use. A ground contact arrangement is located toward the leading end extends beneath the leading end to thereby raise the leading end above ground level. A powered leading feed roller is disposed adjacent the leading end of the floor to direct members from ground on to the floor. A powered, primary infeed roller is located rearward the leading infeed roller and is arranged to move toward and away from the floor to accommodate members between said roller and the floor and urge the members, such as fallen branches rearward for entry into an inlet of the wood-chipper.
