Personal Plastic Bottle Shredder
A plastics recycling preparation container canister includes a stationary disc configured with cutting teeth disposed on an axial surface thereof, the stationary disc disposed substantially orthogonal to an underside of a hinged lid for the container. The container canister also includes a spinning disc configured with cutting teeth disposed on an axial surface thereof, the spinning disc disposed on a sidewall of the container. A ramp for directing plastics to be shredded to the spinning disc is implemented followed by the stationary disc swung into a parallel position to the spinning disc in a sandwich configuration around the plastics to be shredded. The stationary disc and the spinning disc are separated by a space configured to accommodate the respective cutting teeth thereof and a space for shards of the plastic consumer recyclable. The cutting teeth of both discs are shaped like a parrot's beak comprising a rhinotheca tomium cutting surface.

System and method for processing artificial turf
A system and method for processing an artificial turf, and a product produced by the method, is provided. The method includes providing an artificial turf having an infill, separating at least a portion of the infill from the artificial turf, downsizing the artificial turf into artificial turf fragments and rotationally mixing and translating, by a melt system, the artificial turf fragments at a pressure less than a maximum predefined pressure to form a melt. The maximum predefined pressure is between about 0.08-20 bar.

Pressure roller for an apparatus for compaction of empty beverage containers
A pressure roller for an apparatus for compaction of empty (disposable) hollow bodies (beverage containers), particularly plastic bottles or tin cans, having at least one rotating roller that is disposed at a distance from a counter-bearing, forming a gap, has an essentially cylindrical mantle surface that possesses multiple profiled partial regions of the same type and the same width in its working region, following one another in the axial direction. These profiled partial regions are separated from one another, in each instance, by a circumferential recess. Each of these profiled partial regionsviewed axiallyhas multiple sections that follow one another. At least one cam-shaped projection that projects radially away from the mantle surface is disposed in one of these sections.
Portable Rolling Shredder Unit
A portable shredder unit that includes a lightweight housing with a large interior cavity divided into a battery storage cavity and a collection cavity. Mounted on lid of the housing is a high capacity paper shredder component. Located inside the battery storage cavity is at least one 12 VDC rechargeable battery. The battery is connected to an inverter configured to convert the 12 VDC current into 110 VAC current required by the shredder component. Mounted on one end of the housing is a pair of wheels. Mounted on the opposite end of the housing is a pivoting or retractable handle that enables the unit to be pulled across a flat surface. The unit includes a control panel with a mode switch that controls the electricity source to the shredder component. An electrical cable is mounted on a wire retracting mechanism located inside the housing or lid. An optional battery charger is, also provided.
PLASTIC SHREDDER
A bottle shredder is disclosed. The bottle shredder features a bottle holder, sized to receive a plastic bottle, a wire cutter and bottle support, both of which are located below the bottle holder. The bottle holder is attached to a linear slide, which is capable of moving the bottle holder directly above a shredding apparatus. The shredding apparatus contains at least one feed roller operatively connected to a first motor, a spur gear, a bearing block, featuring at least one bearing, and at least one shredding blade operatively connected to a second motor via the spur gear and bearing block. Below the shredding apparatus is a finished shreds chute, which collects the post-shredded bottle parts.
Container grinding system containing or having contained a plant protection product
A container grinding system having a box equipped with a closing device coupled to a first safety device, the box having a container introduction opening arranged in a top part of the box and capable of being closed by the closing device, the grinding system having a grinder having at least one grinding shaft for shredding chipped containers, a filtering basket recovering the ground material from the grinding of containers, and a set of rinse nozzles, the grinding system being configured so that following the introduction of a container into the box for grinding the same, the first safety device inhibits the operation of the grinder as long as the closing device does not ensure closing of the box.
