Embodiments of the nozzles are characterized by specially shaped fluid channels, impingement surfaces and exit orifices used to generate atomized mists of fluid under pressure. Embodiments of the nozzles are generally characterized by composite fluid spray density patterns having horizontal and vertical components, i.e., dual vector in nature. The nozzles disclosed are modular and may be easily installed or removed from a given fluid spray system, nozzle head, or fixture as dictated by any given application.

The improvement includes a flow channel extending laterally across the end face of the post, the flow channel being symmetric about a lateral axis extending transverse to the longitudinal axis of the post, a portion of the flow channel directly communicating with said exit orifice to direct the fluent product from the flow channel into the exit orifice.

Each locking hole retains in the retaining space of the peripheral trench of each spray protrusion of the water guiding disc extending out of the first face of the water supply disc.
