Various embodiments for an adjustable flow nozzle system having a manifold with a plurality of adjustable flow nozzles in which the flow rate of each adjustable flow nozzle may be individually adjusted are described herein.

Pulse-width-modulated electromagnetic valve for controlling fluid flow direction and shower head incorporating same

A valve device for controlling fluid flow direction includes a cap; a valve seat secured to the cap to form a first outlet, a second outlet, and an inlet between the first and second outlets; a stem moveably disposed in a chamber between the first outlet and the second outlet; a pulse-width-modulated electromagnetic valve being adjacent to the first outlet; and a channel disposed between the stem and the pulse-width-modulated electromagnetic valve. In a first operation the pulse-width-modulated electromagnetic valve opens the first outlet and closes the second outlet so that water flows from the opening to the first outlet via the chamber and the channel. In a second operation the pulse-width-modulated electromagnetic valve closes the first outlet and opens the second outlet so that water flows from the opening to the second outlet via the chamber.

LIQUID PROCESSING APPARATUS AND LIQUID PROCESSING METHOD

A liquid processing apparatus includes a holding device, a rotation device, and a processing fluid supply device including a nozzle positioned to face a surface of a substrate, a first supply path connected to the nozzle, and a second supply path connected to the nozzle such that the supply device supplies processing liquid to the substrate. The nozzle has a common flow path extending in radial direction from center portion toward peripheral portion of the substrate, and discharge ports connected to the common path and positioned in the radial direction, the first path is connected to the common path and supplies first liquid to the common path, the second path is connected to the common path and supplies second liquid to the common path that is different from the first liquid in temperature and/or concentration, and the first and second paths are communicatively connected each other via the common path.
