The nozzle assembly (28) further includes a cover plate (102) attached to the nozzle head (108) such that the cover plate (102) secures the baffle plate (101) within the nozzle head (128), where an outlet passage is defined between the baffle plate (101) and the cover plate (102), the outlet passage being fluidly connected to the cavity through the cutout (144) of the baffle plate (101).

Atomizer unit

Embodiments relate to an atomizer unit that has a chamber assembly with an injection chamber and an atomizer chamber. The injection chamber is connected to the atomizer chamber by a nozzle, and the atomizer unit has a first feed channel for feeding a first compressed air flow into the injection chamber, a second feed channel for feeding a second compressed air flow into the atomizer chamber, and an injection valve for injecting a coolant and/or lubricant into the first compressed air flow in the injection region of the injection chamber. The first compressed air flow flows from the injection chamber into the atomizer chamber through the nozzle, is atomized in the atomizer chamber by the nozzle, is combined with the second compressed air flow in the atomizer chamber in order to form a transport flow for transporting the injected coolant and/or lubricant, and can be conducted to the machining location.

Jet Valve

A jet valve has a medium passage that leads to a discharge opening and that is closable by a sealing element that can be set against a seal seat. The seal seat has a sealing surface in the form of an annular strip. The jet valve has a high service life and is suitable for metering very small quantities.

SPRAY GUN
20190321838 · 2019-10-24 ·

A hand-held spray gun used for discharging high pressure fluid from a fluid source through a spray wand so as to direct the pressurized fluid in a desired direction. The spray gun has a connector for connection to a hose from the fluid source, which connector can rotate 360 perpendicular to the direction of flow, but the spray wand connected at the discharge end of the spray gun does not rotate.

RISER VALVE MANIFOLD

A ball valve for controlling the flow of water to a drip hose is provided. The ball valve includes a manifold including a manifold inlet configured to attach to a riser hose, and one or more valves integrated with the manifold. One or more outlet fittings are attached to each valve adjacent to each valve outlet.

Dosing dispensers and methods for using the same

A dosing dispenser system and a dosing dispenser include a slidable control configured to allow a user to select a desired mixing ratio for a product contained in a container attached to the dosing dispenser with a transport medium, such as water, flowing through the dosing dispenser.

Mix on demand sprayer with external by-pass circuit

An external by-pass circuit for a positive displacement pump includes a flow diverter valve coupled to the pressure port of the pump. The flow diverter has an end coupled with a high flow output and another end coupled with a low flow output. The low flow end includes a by-pass arm coupled to and input flow fitting. The flow diverter valve further includes a ball valve to direct fluid to either the high flow or low flow output. The input flow fitting is coupled to the suction port of the pump at the one end and couples with a fluid source at the other end. The input flow fitting includes a flow control arm which includes a needle valve to selectively control flow within the flow control arm. The flow control arm also includes a by-pass fitting fluidly coupled with the by-pass arm of the flow diverter valve.

ATOMIZING NOZZLE ARRANGEMENT

An atomizing nozzle arrangement (1) includes a housing (2, 3) having an inlet (23), a valve seat (6), a valve element (7) interacting with the valve seat (6), restoring means (8) acting on the valve element (7), and an orifice (9). In such an atomizing nozzle arrangement dripping should be avoided. To this end, the valve element (7) is fixed in a guidance element (12) which is guided in a bore (16) of the housing (2, 3).

Water Conserving Showerhead and Associated Methods of Use

A water conserving showerhead saves over 70 % of the water used during a traditional shower, while providing the same comfort and cleaning effects. The showerhead may include a motion sensor, a personal computer (PC) board, a temperature sensor, and a ball valve. The showerhead is used by first turning on the showerhead via an application (app) on a mobile device and the PC board or similar means. When the showerhead is started, the ball valve opens and allows the cold water within the showerhead and pipes to exit. When the temperature sensor detects the desired water temperature, the ball valve is closed, and the shower is ready for the user. During the shower, the user may step out of the active shower area for numerous reasons. A motion sensor detects when the user steps outside of the active shower area, and the ball valve is closed, shutting off the water. When the user steps back into the active shower area, the motion sensor detects the user's presence, opens the ball valve and the shower continues as normal.

VALVE FOR METERING A FLUID

A fluid metering valve includes a valve needle that is actuatable by an electromagnetic actuator that includes an armature guided on and along a longitudinal axis of the valve needle with a movement limited by a stop surface on the valve needle. A projection of an edge of the stop surface extends into a projection plane, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and at which the armature and stop surface are in contact temporarily during operation, through an opening of a conduit of the armature, dividing the opening into an inner surface on one side of the projection and an outer surface on the other side of the projection. A fluid exchange between inside and outside of an area between the stop surface and armature is via a path through the inner surface, conduit, and outer surface when the armature is in contact with the stop surface at the projection plane.
