MODULE FOR A MODULAR CHANGING DEVICE FOR COATING MATERIALS AND CHANGING DEVICE FOR COATING MATERIALS
A module for a modular changing device for coating materials, particularly for paints, having a housing, a fluid channel to which a fluid material is supplied from outside, and an outflow channel that can be connected to a consumer device and is connected to the fluid channel by a flow path. The flow path between the fluid channel and the outflow channel can be selectively closed or opened by a closing device. The fluid channel is a through-channel and extends between a first connection point accessible from the outside, on a first connection point side of the housing, and a second connection point, accessible from the outside, on a second connection point side of the housing, the two connection points of the fluid channel being complementary to each other in such a way that, for two interconnected modules, the second connection point of the first module and the first connection point of the second module are interconnected in a fluid-tight manner, and/or the outflow channel is a first outflow channel and the module comprises a second outflow channel or a plurality of other outflow channels, which are respectively connected to the fluid channel or to a plurality of fluid channels by a flow path.
Electrostatic barrier for a robotic painting system for conductive materials
A robotic electrostatic painting system includes a barrier formed from an electrical insulating material and disposed between adjacent reservoirs for holding a conductive paint used in an electrostatic painting operation. The barrier is shaped and dimensioned with a central plate and upper and lower flanges to block every straight line path between the reservoirs to electrostatically separate the reservoirs and prevent the formation of a ground path or short circuit when there is a voltage difference between the reservoirs. The electrostatic separation of the reservoirs further prevents deterioration of conductive components of the robotic electrostatic painting system.
ELECTROSTATIC STEM CELL FLUID DELIVERY SYSTEM
An electrostatic sprayer device includes a housing, an electrostatic module inside the housing, and a reservoir having a cavity adapted to contain a fluid. A nozzle fluidly connected to the reservoir emits electro-statically charged fluid. A syringe assembly communicates with a fluid pathway that leads to the nozzle such that the nozzle can expel fluid from the syringe assembly in combination with the fluid from the reservoir.
INSTALLATION FOR SPRAYING A FLUID AND RELATED METHODS
An installation for spraying a fluid comprising a fluid circulation circuit including a sprayer capable of spraying the fluid, a pump and a circulation pipe for the fluid, the pump being suitable for injecting the fluid into the circulation pipe, the circulation pipe being configured to guide the fluid from the pump to the sprayer, the installation further including at least one injector configured to inject a liquid separate from the fluid into the circuit, wherein the injector is configured to compare a total volume of liquid injected into the circuit to a predetermined volume, and to stop the injection when the total volume of injected liquid is equal to the predetermined volume.
METHOD FOR SPRAYING A FLUID
A method for spraying a fluid using a fluid spraying installation including a pump, a sprayer capable of spraying the fluid and a fluid circulation pipe capable of conducting the fluid from the pump to the sprayer, upstream and downstream directions being defined for the fluid circulation pipe, the fluid circulating from upstream to downstream when the fluid passes through the pipe from the pump to the sprayer, the method including a step for the circulation, in the pipe, of a scraper from upstream to downstream in order to push the fluid contained in the circulation pipe back to the sprayer, the fluid pushed back by the scraper being sprayed by the sprayer.
ELECTROSPINNING DEVICES AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS THEREOF
A portable, hand-held electrospinning or electrospraying device and system, method, and portions thereof are described. Such device can be for electrospinning or electrospraying a predetermined solution toward a deposit surface. The device can have a durable portion, a semi-durable portion, and a consumable portion. The consumable portion can be received and held by the semi-durable portion, and the semi-durable portion holding the consumable portion can be removably coupled to the durable portion.
LIQUID TANK FOR AN ATOMIZER
Liquid tank for an atomizer for liquids, in particular, an electrostatic atomizer, the liquid tank comprising a receiving space for a liquid and a delimiting wall for delimiting the receiving space with respect to the surrounding area, the liquid tank comprising a self-closing valve for connection to the atomizer.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING WEARABLE COATING
A method for producing a wearable coating having a solid material fixed on skin, the method comprising: A) a step of placing one or more solid materials selected from the group consisting of a powder, a granule, a film, a fiber, a flat material, and a cubic material other than these, on a skin surface; B) a step of, after the step A), electrostatically spraying a composition X comprising the following component (a) and the following component (b) directly on the skin to thereby form a coating on the skin surface: (a) one or more volatile substances selected from the group consisting of water, an alcohol, and a ketone, and (b) a polymer having a coating forming ability; and after the step B) or before the step A), C) a step of applying a composition Y, other than the composition X, comprising one or more components selected from the group consisting of the following component (c) and the following component (d) to the skin: (c) an adhesive polymer, and (d) an oil.
