A device for packaging and dispensing a generally fluid product includes a dispensing head placed on top of an external body into which is inserted an internal container that forms a reservoir and is suitable for rigid attachment to a metering assembly of the head. The metering assembly, of the airless type, includes a metering pump that is surrounded and supported by a closing element in direct contact with the upper end of the container in a leaktight annular connection area. A ring which surrounds the connection area covers an internal peripheral volume defined between the body and the container. A wall that is movable towards the pump inlet provides a leaktight separation and maintains an identical pressure between the product in the reservoir and the air in the peripheral volume.

A replacement nozzle for an aerosol canister including a body section including a body channel and an exit aperture in fluidic communication with the body channel, a flange section including a flange channel positioned in fluidic communication with the body channel, and an attachment section including an attachment channel positioned in fluidic communication with the flange channel, an entry aperture positioned in fluidic communication with the attachment channel, and a thread positioned on an outer surface of the attachment section operable to removably attach the replacement nozzle to a stem of an aerosol canister. The attachment of the replacement nozzle enables depression of the stem of the aerosol canister resulting in expulsion of an aerosol comprised by the aerosol canister into the replacement nozzle through the entry aperture, through the attachment channel, through the flange channel, through the body channel, and exit from the replacement nozzle through the exit aperture.

A dispenser member, such as a pump or a valve, including a body defining an inlet tube and in which a valve rod is axially movable back and forth, the body being provided with a vent lip that extends around the body, pointing outwards and downwards towards the inlet tube, thereby defining an outer edge that is not in contact with the body, the vent lip being formed by a sleeve that is engaged axially around the body to form a seal between them, the sleeve forming a leaktight sheath that is engaged in leaktight manner around the inlet tube of the body; the dispenser member being characterized in that the vent lip is situated axially above the sealing sheath.

A liquid dispensing system and apparatus may comprise a container having a neck portion and a chamber portion, wherein the chamber portion is configured to retain a liquid and has at least one tapered portion. The system and apparatus may further comprise a base configured to secure the container and a dispensing member configured to securably mate with the neck portion and dispense liquid from the chamber portion. The base may removably secure the container or the container and the base may form one contiguous body. The dispensing member may have at least one dispenser head, at least one pump, and at least one dip tube configured to extend to the lowest point. In some embodiments, the tapered portion may be configured as an inverted hollow cone with the lowest point being the point of the cone.
