A standalone pedal sprayer is an apparatus that dispenses a solution. The apparatus serves as a free-standing dispenser that facilitates the retrieval of a solution such as hand sanitizer, alcohol, and the like. The apparatus includes a sprayer housing, a foot pump, a supply tubing, and a nozzle. The sprayer housing is vertically oriented and positions the nozzle within hands-reach of a user. The sprayer housing also serves as a reservoir for a solution and is refillable. The foot pump dispenses the solution within the sprayer housing and out of the nozzle. The apparatus further includes a pedal shield that protects a rubber cap of the foot pump from being damaged. In order to provide access into the sprayer housing for refill, the sprayer housing further includes a refill cover and a cam lock. The cam lock prevents any unauthorized solutions or materials from entering into the sprayer housing.

A container for loose powder, having a well defining a well volume, a side wall surrounding the well laterally to define an upwardly closed powder chamber extending circumferentially around the well, and a bottom member cooperating with the well and the side wall to close the lower ends of the well volume and the chamber. Exemplary sanitary soap refilling systems and methods are disclosed herein. An exemplary refill refilling system includes a housing, a pump located within the housing, and a bulk storage tank connector. The bulk storage tank connector having a liquid outlet and an air inlet. A liquid inlet conduit is in fluid communication with the pump the liquid outlet. A refill connector is included. The refill connector has a liquid inlet and an air outlet. The refill connector air outlet and the bulk storage tank connector air inlet are in fluid communication with one another. The refill liquid inlet is in fluid communication with the pump.

A liquid dispenser for dispensing a cosmetic or pharmaceutical liquid produced by mixing two starting liquids. The liquid dispenser has at least two liquid reservoirs for holding the two starting liquids and a discharge opening, and at least one pump device by which liquid can be delivered from the liquid reservoirs to the discharge opening. A same-hand, finger-mounted, and finger-operated hand sanitizer dispensing system with finger-mounted or with remote-mounted fluid reservoir, is disclosed herein. The system is operable without risk of cross-contamination, and is operable by the contaminated hand for self-decontamination. A dispensing pump is mounted on one finger and operated by another finger on the same hand. The dispensing pump draws sanitizer from a reservoir by way of a supply tubing. The reservoir can be mounted on the same finger as the pump or on another finger of the same hand.

A kit includes a refillable dispenser that is propellant-free and a filling device that is pressurized and propellant-free. An outlet of the filling device is configured to disengageably connect to an inlet of the refillable dispenser, and wherein connection between the inlet and the outlet establishes fluid communication between the filling device and the refillable dispenser and generates a unidirectional flow of material from the filling device to the refillable dispenser.
