FLUID DISPENSING DEVICE
The present disclosure relates to a fluid dispensing device (10) comprising: a housing (11) sized to accommodate a container (20) filled with a liquid substance (21), the container (20) comprising a cavity (22) confined by a shell (23), the shell (23) comprising at least a flexible shell portion (24); a discharge assembly (30) comprising a first member (40) and a second member (50), the first member (40) comprising a hollow tubular section (41) in flow communication with the cavity (22); and the first member (40) and the second member (50) being movable relative to each other along a first direction to discharge a dose of the liquid substance (21) from the cavity (22).
Spray device and spray nozzle unit
A spray device has a spray nozzle unit (1), wherein said spray nozzle unit (1) comprises a cavity (5) with an inlet (2) for receiving a pressurized liquid at an operating pressure and an outlet (3) for releasing a liquid spray during operation. A spray nozzle body (10) is fitted sealingly within said cavity (5), having a perforated nozzle layer (14) with at least one spray orifice (16) that extends between an upstream surface and a down stream surface thereof releasing at least one jet of said liquid spray at said downstream surface of said nozzle layer. The spray nozzle unit (1) is provided with a pressure safety device (30) upstream of said spray nozzle body (10). Said pressure safety device (30) comprises a closed burst layer (34) that closes a fluid pathway between said inlet (2) and said spray nozzle body (10) but ruptures once a threshold pressure is exceeded. Said operating pressure exceeds said threshold pressure.
MULTIPLE DOSE DEVICE AND METHOD
A multiple dose syringe has a first valve defining a first valve opening pressure and a second valve defining a second valve opening pressure. A storage chamber in fluid communication with the second valve stores multiple doses of a substance therein and includes an outlet for dispensing multiple doses of the stored substance therethrough. A compression surface is movable between first and second positions and defines a compression chamber between the compression surface and the first valve. Movement of the compression surface in a direction from the first position toward the second position dispenses substance in the compression chamber through the first valve and out of the syringe. Movement of the compression surface in a direction from the second position toward the first position causes substance to flow from the storage chamber through the second valve and into the compression chamber.
MANUALLY-OPERATED SPRAY PUMP HAVING SELF-SEALING NOZZLE
The present invention provides a manually-operated spray pump for discharging a predetermined amount of content by downwardly pressing a manually-operated button having a nozzle, and sealing the content therein by blocking a passage of the nozzle after discharge, wherein the manually-operated button comprises: a button main body coupled to a pump main body so as to communicate with a flow passage of the pump main body, and having an opening, which communicates with the flow passage so as to lead to the outside, formed on the outer surface at one side thereof; an elastic opening-and-closing member mounted on the flow passage of the opening, and opening the opening only when the content is discharged and closing the opening before and after discharge; and a cap member for mounting the elastic opening-and-closing member in position in the opening of the button main body.
PUMP HEAD AND METERING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a pump head that enables a metered dispensing of fluids. The present invention also relates to a metering apparatus that can, for example, be configured as a squeeze bottle, wherein the metering apparatus comprises a pump head in accordance with the invention.
PUMP DEVICE FOR A FLUID CONTAINER
The invention relates to a novel pump device for a fluid container for dispensing a fluid, which device has an operating element and a head part, wherein a piston-cylinder unit forming a pump chamber is provided between the operating element and the head part. An inlet valve is provided at the inlet of the pump chamber, and an outlet valve is provided at the outlet of the pump chamber, wherein the operating element has an outflow with an outflow opening. The outlet valve is also provided at the outflow, and the outflow opening forms a valve seat in such a way that the outlet valve closes the outlet opening from outside.
GAS-FILLED RESILIENT BODY AND USE THEREOF
A gas-filled resilient body and uses thereof are described. The gas-filled resilient body may be used as a valve member, as a spring or as a gas-propelled dispenser.
Trigger sprayer with bottle filling conduit
A fluid delivery device having a trigger actuated sprayer assembly for dispensing a liquid with features such as a bottle with a concavity, a clip around the bottle neck, a sprayer assembly with a bottle filling conduit and a translucent neck window on the sprayer assembly for viewing the bottle filling conduit. The fluid delivery system includes a bottle with a concavity in the side wall attached to a body. A pump in the body receives fluid from the bottle via a fluid inlet conduit and discharges the fluid from a fluid discharge conduit. Also provided is a kit including (i) a fluid delivery device with a bottle, and (ii) one or more fluid refill containers, wherein the bottle and the container(s) include matching indicia of the fluid such that the bottle is only filled from a container with the fluid indicated by the matching indicia.
Pump dispenser with outlet valve
An outlet valve for a dispensing nozzle comprising a first valve component constructed and arranged to be received by the dispensing nozzle and a second valve component constructed and arranged to cooperate with the first valve component. The first valve component and the second valve component define a normally-closed flow interface.
PUMP HEAD AND METERING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a pump head with a specially configured elastic valve which enables secure closure of the pump head. It is ensured by the valve that complete emptying and, at the same time, secure closing of the pump head is ensured so that no residues of fluid to be metered remain in the storage state of the pump head. In addition, the present invention relates to a metering device which can be configured for example as squeeze bottle, as non-airless system or as airless system, the metering device comprising a pump head according to the invention.
