Spray gun alignment for precision application of container coatings
A spray gun alignment system precisely aligns a spray gun of a container spray machine for precision application of container coatings. The spray gun alignment system generates a spray gun alignment jig including a container holder adapter and a spray gun adapter. The container holder adapter is inserted into a container holder of the spray machine, and the spray gun adapter is fastened to the spray gun. The spray gun alignment jig is configured to position the spray gun in proper alignment with respect to the container holder.
Motion-Activated Animal Repelling Device and Kit
The present invention is a system for repelling animals that includes a spraying device, a water pump, a motion detector, and a power source. The system will cause the spraying device to spray water when the motion detector detects motion. The inclusion of the water pump allows the system to be used on boats that are at sea or in other situations where a pressurized water source is not readily available. The system may include means for changing a direction of the spray of the water, including the directions of both vertical and lateral motion. As such, a specific area to be sprayed may be programmed into the system so that the system will only spray in that area.

In some examples, a method may include calculating an amount of light originating from a light source sensed at a location in which an agricultural object is interposed between the light source and an image capture device, causing emission of an obscurant, and directing the obscurant to a region interposed between the light source and the agricultural object.
Autonomous laser treatment system for agricultural objects
Various embodiments of an apparatus, methods, systems and computer program products described herein are directed to an agricultural observation and treatment system and method of operation. The agricultural treatment system uses a treatment unit for emitting a laser at agricultural objects. The treatment unit is configured with a treatment head assembly that includes a moveable treatment head with one or more laser emitting tips. A first and second motor assembly are operated by the treatment unit to control the movement of the treatment head. The first motor assembly includes a first motor rotatable in a first rotational axis. A first linkage assembly is connected to the first motor and the treatment head assembly. The first linkage assembly is rotatable by the first motor. The second linkage assembly is rotatable by the second motor.

Systems and methods for quenching an extrudate using an atomized spray of liquid are described. A system includes a billet die at a proximal end configured to accept a billet and form an extrudate, a quench chamber located adjacent to the billet die for receiving the extrudate and comprising at least one pulsed width modulation (PWM) atomizing spray nozzle and a control module in communication with the at least one PWM atomizing spray nozzle and configured to independently control a liquid pressure, a gas pressure, a spray frequency, a duty cycle and flow rate of each at least one PWM atomizing spray nozzle.

A pump assembly is also included. The pump assembly has a cylindrical housing. The cylindrical housing having an outer housing diameter. The outer housing diameter is less than the inner neck diameter. The cylindrical housing is inserted into the bottle through the neck opening. A pump is located in the cylindrical housing. The pump includes a liquid inlet, an air inlet, a liquid outlet and an air outlet. A pump is motor located in the cylindrical housing. A battery is also located in the cylindrical housing. A nozzle housing is located above the cylindrical housing. A liquid and air mixing chamber located in the outlet nozzle housing. The liquid and air mixing chamber is in fluid communication with the liquid outlet and the air outlet. An outlet nozzle is in fluid communication with the mixing chamber and is located in a lower portion of the nozzle housing. The table top dispenser further includes a sensor for detecting a hand of a user positioned below the nozzle.

Methods and systems for manufacturing foam wall structures
Methods for manufacturing foam wall structures are described. The methods include placing a wall structure proximate to a robotic arm, orienting an imaging device so that the imaging device on the robotic arm faces a cavity in the wall structure, surveying the cavity using the imaging device, determining a spray foaming pattern to fill the cavity to a selected depth with a foam layer, orienting the spray nozzle so the spray nozzle faces the cavity, and spray-applying the foam-forming composition into the cavity to the selected depth by passing the foam-forming composition through the spray nozzle to form the foam layer. Foam wall structure manufacturing systems that are suitable for carrying out such methods are also described.
