Spraying System for Footwear
The manufacturing of footwear includes the joining of components. The joining may be accomplished with adhesive. The adhesive, such as a polyurethane, is applied as a single-sided adhesive to a footwear component. The application of the adhesive can contaminate the system that is applying the adhesive with intentional over spray of the footwear component. The over spray ensures adequate coverage of the footwear component to allow a sufficient bond. A masking platform of the system masks portions of the system to limit the contamination caused by the over spray. Additionally, material brushes and scrapers may engage with components of the system to remove or limit adhesive contamination on those components. A vision system maps a surface of the footwear component to ensure the adhesive is applied for the specific article.
LIQUID DISCHARGE APPARATUS, LIQUID DISCHARGE METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A liquid discharge apparatus includes a head and circuitry. The head discharges liquid to apply the liquid to an application surface. The circuitry controls discharge of the liquid from the head based on a vertical height of an application position at which the liquid is applied on the application surface.
LIQUID DISCHARGE APPARATUS, LIQUID DISCHARGE METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A liquid discharge apparatus to discharge liquid to apply the liquid to an object includes a head, a mover, a rotator, and processing circuitry. The head has a nozzle surface in which a plurality of nozzle rows each including a plurality of nozzles to discharge the liquid are arranged. The mover relatively moves the head and the object in each of a first direction and a second direction orthogonal to each other along the nozzle surface. The rotator rotates the head along the nozzle surface. The processing circuitry controls the relative movement to correct unevenness of a nozzle interval between the plurality of nozzles along the second direction caused by an inclination between the first direction and a third direction when the head is rotated. The third direction is a direction in which the plurality of nozzles are arranged in each of the plurality of nozzle rows.
CAPACITIVE SENSING FAUCET SYSTEM
A capacitive sensing faucet includes a water faucet and a soap dispenser operably coupled to a capacitive sensor. A controller is in electrical communication with the capacitive sensor and activates either the water faucet or soap dispenser by comparing output signal levels from the capacitive sensor measured on the water faucet and soap dispenser.
Device for supplying liquid
The invention relates to portable liquid supply device, mainly for water from central and other sources or for suspensions, for example pharmaceutical products and nutrient liquids. The invention can be used in household, outdoors, in the garden plots, in health care institutions, for example, for patients with dysphagia, as the source of purified drinking water or nutrient liquids, which go to a patient easily. Liquid supply device, includes raw liquid vessel, pressure generating means, liquid treating unit, comprising a lid, liquid supply means, liquid treating element and raw liquid inlet element, characterized in that is configured to supply treated liquid in portions from 5 to 100 ml, with velocity 0.5 to 10 ml/sec.
ROBOT, CONTROL DEVICE, AND ROBOT SYSTEM
A robot includes a movable section capable of moving a discharging section including a discharge port capable of discharging an object. While the movable section is moving on the basis of a track including a curve, when the object is discharged to a target object from the discharge port, an absolute value of moving speed of the discharge port is larger than 0 mm/s.
Surface spattering device
The invention concerns a handheld, dynamically movable surface spattering device, comprising at least one nozzle means for an expelling of a spattering material onto a target surface and a nozzle control mechanism to control characteristics of the expelling of the nozzle means. Furthermore, it comprises a spattering material supply, a storage with desired spattering data, which is predefined and comprised in a digital image or CAD-model memorized on the storage, a spatial referencing unit, to reference the spattering device relative to the target surface and a computation means to automatically control the expelling by the nozzle control mechanism according to information gained by the spatial referencing unit and according to the desired spattering data is evaluated and adjusted by changing the characteristics of expelling of the nozzle means in such a way that the target surface is spattered according to the desired spattering data.
ELECTRICALLY ACTUATED PUMP
Automatic electric actuation of the pump of a liquid dispenser apparatus is provided by a stepper motor having a threaded hollow liquid-conducting tube positioned therein and configured such that motor drives the hollow tube up and down in response to supply of a plurality of electrical pulses thereto. A lower end of the hollow tube is constructed to inter-fit with a stem of the pump such that driving the hollow tube up and down creates a pumping action.
MISTING SYSTEM WITH REMOVABLE CANOPY AND USER ACTUATED CONTROL WITH OPTIONAL MODULAR CONSTRUCTION
The misting system has, in one embodiment, two seats with misting heads above each seat. A platform supports the seats, a tank, a pump and a power source. A supply line couples the tank-supplied pump and the misters. Removable canopy is mounted above seats by vertical and curvaceous struts and the misters are mounted on the struts. A user actuated UA control on the seat(s) activates pump ON to release mist. Wheels make the module mobile. Battery, solar power, and chiller are options. A countdown timer turns OFF the pump or controllable, inline valves after initial activation of the UA control. A level sensor in the tank alerts the user via a user display. A pressurized system can be used. Multiple modules coupled together are controlled by a master module with master controls.
TOILET TISSUE MISTER
A toilet tissue mister includes a cabinet with an open lower front section for receiving a user's hand bearing toilet tissue. A liquid-containing bottle is maintained within the cabinet above the open lower section. A spray head is positioned at a top portion of said open lower front section and a pump is interconnected between the bottle and the spray head. A control circuit is interconnected with an optical transducer switch maintained within said open lower front section and, upon sensing the presence of a user's hand, actuates the pump for a duration of time sufficient to coat the toilet tissue in the user's hand with a spray mist from the spray head.
