Each nozzle assembly includes an inlet connected to the fluid supply line, a nozzle defining a spray outlet, a return line outlet, and an electrically actuated three-way valve fluidly connected between the inlet and each of the spray outlet and the return line outlet. The three-way valve is configured to alternately direct fluid from the inlet to the return line outlet and the spray outlet. The return line is connected in fluid communication with the return line outlet of each nozzle assembly, and is configured to direct fluid from the return line outlet to the fluid supply line.
SPRAYER EQUIPMENT WITH FLUID MIXING SYSTEM

The pump is coupled to the support frame and includes a pump inlet configured to be fluidly coupled to a water source and a pump outlet providing water at an increased water pressure. The pressure regulator is configured to control the pressure of the water. The concentrate tank is supported by the support frame and configured to store a concentrate fluid. The injector is fluidly coupled to the concentrate tank and configured to inject the concentrate fluid into the water. The spray nozzle is fluidly coupled to the pump outlet and the injector. The controller is coupled to the injector and is configured to control operation of the injector.
SPRAYING SYSTEM HAVING A LIQUID FLOW AND ROTATING SPEED FEEDBACK
A method of controlling a work schedule of a spraying system of a mobile platform includes receiving operating characteristics of the spraying system, generating a control signal related to the work schedule based on the operating characteristics, and controlling the spraying system according to the control signal.
Methods And Apparatus For Cryogenic Gas Stream Assisted SAM-Based Selective Deposition
Methods and apparatus for removing deposits in self-assembled monolayer (SAM) based selective deposition process schemes using cryogenic gas streams are described. Some methods include removing deposits in self-assembled monolayer (SAM) based selective depositions by exposing the substrate to cryogenic aerosols to remove undesired deposition on SAM protected surfaces. Processing chambers for cryogenic gas assisted selective deposition are also described.
METHOD OF ELECTRONICALLY TRACKING PHYSICAL DEPOSITION OF COATING MATERIAL
By measuring a position of a spray gun relative to a physical surface to coat, using data on technical characteristics of the spray gun, like a spray cone the spray gun may produce and data on a coating fluid used, characteristics of a coating layer thus physically deposited may be reconstructed. With data being recording during the spray job, this is faster and more accurate than measuring layer thickness at various locations, either pre-determined or randomly. By determining flow characteristics in a spray cone and position of the spray cone relative to the surface over time and using a model of the spray cone, deposition of the layer of coating may be determined and the final layer, cured or uncured, may be reconstructed, including thickness.
Spraying system, methods of making and using the same, and computer-readable medium for controlling the same
A sprayer system including a wand, a rotary arm, a motor, a housing, a support, and a controller or control panel. The wand has a nozzle at one end. The rotary arm rotates around a first axle, and is connected at a distal end through a bearing to an opposite end of the wand. The housing covers or encloses a part of the wand, the rotary arm, and a rotatable ring through which the wand passes. The motor drives rotation of the rotary arm. The support mechanically supports the housing. The controller/control panel controls rotation of the rotary arm. The wand, the rotary arm and the ring are configured so that rotation of the rotary arm causes the nozzle to move in a circular, elliptical and/or oval pattern. Methods of making and using the sprayer system and software for controlling the system are also disclosed.
DEVICE FOR DISCHARGING MULTI-COMPONENT ADHESIVES ONTO A GRANULAR MIXTURE DISCHARGING METHOD, AND USE OF THE DEVICE
An apparatus for discharging multi-component adhesives of at least two fluidic components onto a granular ballast bed of a railway rail train includes of at least two separate carriages, which can be transferred into a vehicle or a trailer by having the vehicle or the trailer equipped on the inside with rails onto which the carriages can be rolled. The wagons can thus be transported by road to the usage site and can be put into operation by placing them from the trailer onto the tracks of the railway track using extendable rails. The apparatus allows the fully automatic spreading of adhesives over long distances to a ballast bed, so that the ballast bed is bonded in so that trains can continue to run normally. The entire apparatus can be loaded, transported and unloaded on site and put into operation by just two persons.
Spraying system having a liquid flow and rotating speed feedback
Systems and methods can determine a liquid flow in a spraying system. An amount of liquid that is output from the spraying system during a pump cycle is determined. A number of pump cycles that occur within a given amount of time are measured. The number of pump cycles are measured using an electronic speed controller (ESC). Additionally, the ESC indicates the number of pump cycles within a given amount of time within a threshold of precision. The amount of liquid flow in the spraying system is calculated based on the measured number of pump cycles and the determined amount of liquid that is output from the spraying system.
PRETREATMENT DEVICE
A pretreatment device includes a platen, a guide that guide a conveyance of the platen from a set position at which a recorded medium is set on an upper surface of the platen, a spray that sprays a pretreatment agent onto the recording medium set on the upper surface of the platen, an input portion into which is input at least one of an application range of the pretreatment agent onto the recording medium and an application amount of the pretreatment agent, a processor; and a memory storing computer-readable instructions. The computer-readable instructions also includes setting, on the basis of at least one of the application range and the application amount input into the input portion, at least one of a conveyance speed of the platen and a spray duty ratio that is a ratio of a spray time during a spray period of the pretreatment agent.
HYBRID SPRAY APPARATUS
Embodiments include individual physical spray nozzles that have passageways inside to combine fluids that flow out of the spray nozzles. The nozzles have at least two valves that are opened and closed in an interleaved manner. The nozzles have multiple outlets. Such nozzles are mounted on a variety of implements including agricultural or industrial spray booms.
