ARTICLE OF MANUFACTURE FOR GUI-CONTROLLED HEIGHT AND ROTATION ADJUSTMENTS IN SPRAY GUN LINE STRIPING SYSTEMS
An article of manufacture is disclosed with a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium containing program code that, when executed by a processor, enables a method to adjust the height and rotation of a spray gun used in a line striper via a control device's GUI. The medium includes program code: (a) receiving a first user input through the GUI to raise or lower a spray gun mount bar via a height adjustment mechanism; (b) adjusting the spray gun mount bar's height based on the input in (a); (c) receiving a second user input through the GUI to rotate an angular adjustment mechanism linked to the spray gun mount bar; and (d) executing rotation of the spray gun mount bar, either clockwise or counterclockwise, based on the input in (c).
Spray Arm Assemblies for Dishwasher Appliances
A spray arm system for cleaning articles in the wash chamber of a dishwasher appliance is provided. The spray arm system includes an elongated spray arm and an orbital spray arm positioned near opposite, bottom corners of the wash chamber. The elongated spray arm pivots about one corner within a horizontal plane and the orbital spray arm rotates about a central axis near the opposite corner. The elongated spray arm may be motor-driven, the orbital spray arm may be fluid-powered, and the spray arms may be operated independently or at the same time.
Pipe conditioning tool
A pipe conditioning tool comprising a drive unit to move the tool along a pipe and a work head rotatable about an axis of the pipe to condition a surface of the pipe, the drive unit includes a frame extending to opposite sides of the pipe, the frame having legs extending radially beyond the work head to provide support for the tool upon removal from said pipe.
Brewing Chamber Cleaner
A brewing chamber cleaner including a spinning or stationary assembly for spraying cleaning solution into the brewing chamber. The spinning assembly may be attached to a disk configured to removably reside in the brewing chamber, or be part of a coffee maker. Liquid pumped into the brewing chamber cleaner may cause the spinning assembly to spin by the liquid flowing past gears or a propeller, or by off center jets on the spinning member. Alternatively, the coffee maker includes a rotating shaft to cause the spinning assembly to spin or may include stator winding creating a rotating magnetic field to cause the spinning assembly to spin. In another embodiment the brewing chamber cleaner includes a wide spray provided by a fixed nozzle. A base is optionally provided to capture the spray and direct a flow into a bottom extraction needle of the coffee maker to clean the extraction needle.
Treatment Device for Workpieces, Comprising an Electric Treatment Unit
The invention relates to a treatment device for workpieces, having the following: a treatment chamber (1); a shaft (2) which extends through a wall of the treatment chamber (1) into the treatment chamber and which is mounted in a rotatable manner; an electric treatment unit (3) which is secured to the shaft (2); and a power supply arrangement (6) with a first supply line (61), an electric coupling (63, 64), a second supply line (62), and an actuating unit (7). The electric coupling (63, 64) has a first coupling element (63), which is secured to the shaft (2) outside of the treatment chamber (1), and a second coupling element (64). The first supply line (61) connects the electric treatment unit (3) to the first coupling element (63), and the second supply line (62) is connected to the second coupling element (64). The actuating unit (7) is designed to actuate the coupling (63, 64) in order to bring the second coupling element (64) into contact with the first coupling element (63) or release the second coupling element (64) from the first coupling element (63).
CLEANING DEVICE AND ASSOCIATED OPERATING METHOD
A cleaning device for cleaning an atomizer, in particular a rotary atomizer, is provided. The cleaning device includes a wet cleaning station having at least one cleaning nozzle for the wet cleaning of the atomizer with a cleaning fluid. The atomizer is introduced into the wet cleaning station in an introduction direction. The cleaning nozzle has a rotatable cleaning trunk for dispensing the cleaning fluid. The cleaning device, in some embodiments, also includes a dry cleaning station. A corresponding operating method is also provided.
System and module for automatically washing and sterilizing heat exchanger of system air conditioner
A system for automatically washing and sterilizing a heat exchanger of a system air conditioner is proposed. The system for automatically washing and sterilizing a heat exchanger of a system air conditioner according to an embodiment includes: a washer body including an air compressor, a compressed air tank, a detergent liquid tank, a washing water tank, a washing water tank, a high-pressure pump, a hot air generator, a steam generator, and a hot air generator; a washing module that sprays washing water, etc., supplied from the ground during rotation thereof to a cooling fin by a spray nozzle, thus washing the cooling fin; a waste water collection vinyl cover that collects waste water dropping when the cooling fin is washed; and a controller configured to control the washing module that sprays washing water, etc., to the cooling fin.
System and method for wire arc spray thermal spraying
A wire arc spray system (100) includes a plurality of arc spray subsystems (130) mounted to a movable carriage (120) on an x-y robot (110). Each arc spray subsystem includes a wire drive (132) that provides wire (133, 134) to a spray head (138) through a pair of lead cables (136). The spray heads are mounted for circular motion, such that the molten spray is applied to an underlying substrate in a swirling pattern. In one embodiment, the spray heads are mounted to a distal end of a rod (164) that extends through a swivel ball joint (166) and engages an eccentric link (162) fixed to a motor (160). The system applies an overlapping pattern of molten spray to provide excellent non-skid and adhesion properties. The system is particularly suited to spray coating with a wire comprising a hollow metallic portion and a core having ceramic particles.
Rolling sprinkler head
The present invention provides a sprinkler head that can attach to a hose, such as a common garden hose, in such a manner as to permit a pet, such as dog, to interact with the sprinkler head and allow the sprinkler head to roll over a ground surface. The sprinkler head may include a container body or elongated body that at least partially encloses a hollow interior volume and can generally withstand a compressive force of a dog bite. A plurality of holes may be formed in a sidewall of the elongated body that are configured to spray streams of pressurized water outward from the hollow interior volume. As the sprinkler head rolls on a ground surface, the elongated body may rotate and move the streams of pressurized water in corresponding rotational movement.
