Machine Tool Chip Removal
A machine tool chip removal device including a coupling interface to couple with a rotatable spindle of a machine tool to facilitate rotation of the machine tool chip removal device about an axis at a rotational speed. The chip removal device can also include a main fluid channel with an opening to receive pressurized fluid from the machine tool. The chip removal device can further include a first fluid delivery channel and a second fluid delivery channel to direct fluid in different directions. Each fluid delivery channel can be in fluid communication with the main fluid channel. In addition, the chip removal device can include one or more valves associated with the first and second fluid delivery channels to selectively allow fluid passage from the main fluid channel to the fluid delivery channels. The one or more valves can be actuated by varying fluid pressure and/or rotational speed.
Adhesive agent application device, methods for applying adhesive agent and methods for producing eyelash receptor using the same
An adhesive agent application device comprises a support member holder fixedly holding an eyelash support member and an adhesive agent applicator configured to apply an adhesive agent to an adhesive portion of the eyelash support member held on the support member holder. The adhesive agent applicator comprises a nozzle configured to apply the adhesive agent, and a rotation arm connected to the nozzle, the rotation arm being rotatable with respect to the support member holder.
Device and method for descaling a workpiece in motion
Device and method for descaling a workpiece that is in motion in relation to the device in a movement direction. The device includes a rotor head rotatable about a rotational axis and inclined diagonally at an angle (Y) with respect to an orthogonal on a surface of the workpiece. The device includes jet nozzles attached to the rotor head which dispense a pressurized liquid onto the workpiece at an angle of attack (α) inclined to the workpiece surface. The nozzles are fixedly attached on the rotor head such that during rotation of the rotor head about its axis of rotation, the spraying direction of the liquid dispensed from the nozzles with respect to a projection in a plane parallel to the surface of the workpiece, is aligned opposing to and at a spraying angle (β) of approximately between 170 and 190 degrees to the movement direction of the workpiece.

SYSTEM FOR MAINTAINING CONDUITS AND PIPES IN A PIPELINE SYSTEM
A system for maintaining conduits and pipes after their installation into a pipeline system used to transport material in a fluid or flowable form. The system includes a maintenance tool adopted for use inside the pipe, an umbilical attached to the maintenance tool for pulling the tool through the pipe; and a pluralities of bearings positioned around the umbilical in order to allow the tool to be pulled through the pipe around bends and turns in the pipe.
DESCALING DEVICE
A descaling device having a device housing, a shaft, a shaft bearing, a nozzle head and a medium coupling, wherein the shaft bearing is arranged in the device housing and the shaft is mounted in the device housing by the shaft bearing for carrying out a rotary movement, wherein the shaft and the nozzle head are detachably connected to one another in a non-destructive manner, wherein the medium coupling has a medium connection for supply of a medium, wherein the shaft has a shaft cavity for conducting the medium supplied at the medium connection to the nozzle head. The descaling device has an improved maintainability, and reliability due to the descaling device having a motor, and due to the motor being arranged on the shaft in the device housing between the nozzle head and the medium coupling in order to generate the rotary movement of the shaft.
APPARATUSES AND METHODS FOR DEPOSITING AN EXTRUDABLE SUBSTANCE ONTO A SURFACE
A method of depositing an extrudable substance onto a surface. The method comprises the step of delivering the extrudable substance from a cartridge to a flow-bypass assembly. The method further comprises the step of selectively controlling the flow-bypass assembly to purge air from the extrudable substance before the extrudable substance enters a delivery tube. The method further comprises the step of selectively controlling the flow-bypass assembly to deliver the extrudable substance from the flow-bypass assembly to a valve assembly via the delivery tube. The method further comprises the step of controlling flow of the extrudable substance from the valve assembly to a nozzle.
COATING BOOTH AND COATING METHOD
A coating booth includes a coating chamber in which coating is performed on a coated object by a coating device, a supply air chamber placed above the coating chamber, and a recovery chamber placed below the coating chamber. The coating booth is configured such that: air directed from the supply air chamber toward the recovery chamber flows through a predetermined region inside the coating chamber, the predetermined region including a passage region for the coated object; and the air directed from the supply air chamber toward the recovery chamber does not flow through a predetermined-region outside region inside the coating chamber.
Pipe Conditioning Tool
A pipe conditioning tool comprising a drive unit to move the tool along a pipe and a work head rotatable about an axis of the pipe to condition a surface of the pipe, the drive unit includes a frame extending to opposite sides of the pipe, the frame having legs extending radially beyond the work head to provide support for the tool upon removal from said pipe.
MOTION CONTROL SYSTEM OF SPRAYING MACHINE BASED ON FPGA AND MOTION CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A motion control system of spraying machine based on FPGA, includes a motion controller. The motion controller includes an information analysis module, a speed control module and an interpolation module. The information analysis module is used for decoding the motion information to obtain the action information of the lance in a three-dimensional direction, and the rotation information of the clamp and the lance. The speed control module is used for driving the lance to a target position through the first motors according to the action information, and changing the speed of the interpolation movement of the lance in the three-dimensional direction into a trapezoid acceleration and deceleration.
