LIQUID MATERIAL SUPPLY DEVICE
A liquid material supply device includes a supply unit that supplies a liquid material, an opening and closing discharge unit that discharges the liquid material, a discharge flow path that is connected to the supply unit and the opening and closing discharge unit, a pressure adjustment unit that adjusts an internal pressure of the discharge flow path, a pressure feed device that delivers the liquid material to the opening and closing discharge unit through the discharge flow path, and a circulation unit that is provided between the supply unit and the opening and closing discharge unit to allow the liquid material to circulate into the discharge flow path through a circulation flow path which branches from the discharge flow path.
Liquid Product Distribution Assembly
A liquid product distribution assembly for on demand dispensing of liquid products includes a set of reservoirs, to which a set of supply lines is attached, a set of pumps, to which a set of feeder lines is attached, and a set of communicators. Each reservoir is configured to hold a respective liquid product and is in fluidic communication with at least one supply line. Each supply line is operationally engaged to a respective pump and each pump is in fluidic communication with at least one feeder line. Each communicator is positioned proximate to an outlet port of a respective feeder line and is in communicative engagement with an associated pump. The communicator is positioned to communicate a liquid demand request to the associated pump to actuate the associated pump so that an associated liquid product is delivered through the outlet port.
LIQUID PROCESSING APPARATUS AND LIQUID PROCESSING METHOD
A liquid processing apparatus includes: a tank configured to store a processing liquid supplied from a processing liquid supply source; a circulation passage connected to the tank; a pump installed at the circulation passage; a plurality of liquid processors configured to perform liquid processing on a substrate; and a plurality of supply passages configured to supply the processing liquid to the plurality of liquid processors respectively, wherein the circulation passage includes a main passage portion provided with the pump, and a first branch passage portion and a second branch passage portion branching from the main passage portion, and the processing liquid flowing out from the tank passes through the main passage portion, then flows into the first branch passage portion and the second branch passage portion, and then returns to the tank through the first branch passage portion and the second branch passage portion.
Assembly comprising a valve unit, a suck-back unit and a valve body
An assembly including a valve unit, a suck-back unit and a valve body is proposed, the valve body including a first channel portion which leads into a first chamber having a valve seat; the valve body including a second channel portion which connects the first chamber to a second chamber; the valve body including a third channel portion which leads away from the second chamber; the valve unit including a first actuator; the first actuator closing a connection between the first channel portion and the second channel portion when the first actuator is pressed against the valve seat; and the suck-back unit including a second actuator, the second actuator, when retracted inside the second chamber, sucking back a fluid in the third channel portion towards the second chamber if the connection between the first channel portion and the second channel portion is closed.
Applicator with at least one pump having an integrated drive
An applicator for dispensing adhesive onto a substrate is described. The applicator includes a manifold and at least one dispensing module coupled to the manifold. The applicator may include a least one pump assembly removably mounted to the manifold. Each pump assembly can have an outlet in flow communication with the manifold, and an inlet in flow communication with the adhesive. The use of a removable, independently controllable pump assembly can provide an operator of the applicator greater flexibility during adhesive dispensing.
VALVE MODULE STROKE DETECTION
A valve module stroke detection system includes an adhesive valve module having a reciprocating valve pin. The pin reciprocates in a first direction by application of a compressed gas on one side of a piston and reciprocates in a second opposite direction. The reciprocating pin has a portion in an adhesive flowpath. A sensed element is positioned on the valve pin outside of the adhesive flow path. A sensor is positioned outside of the adhesive flow path. The sensor cooperates with the sensed element and generates a movement signal upon sensing a movement of the valve pin and generates a timing signal upon of the movement of the valve pin. A processor processes the movement signal and the timing signal and a recording medium records the movement signal and the timing signal.
Multi-mode liquid storage and delivery apparatus
A liquid storage and delivery apparatus comprising a combination of liquid reservoir, valves, a quick release connector, a liquid pump, a pump power switch, a pressure sensor, and associated hardware. This liquid from this apparatus can be discharged by electric pumping alone, high internal gas pressure alone, or by electric pump augmented by high internal gas pressure.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ACTIVE ADHESIVE RECIRCULATION CONTROL
A method for controlling a recirculation pump assembly is disclosed. The method includes receiving a process-dependent characteristic and determining a recirculation flow rate of adhesive that flows to the recirculation pump assembly based on the process-dependent characteristic. The method further includes determining a recirculation pump speed of the recirculation pump assembly for pumping the adhesive to a supply channel using the recirculation flow rate, and adjusting an operating speed of the recirculation pump assembly to match the recirculation pump speed. A system and storage device for performing the above method are also disclosed.
FILLING FLOW DIVIDER
The present invention relates to a method and a filling machine for portioning pasty masses for the purpose of food production, wherein a pasty mass is fed by the filling machine into the filling flow divider, where it is separated into a plurality of mass flows and discharged in portions in the discharge direction. At the end of each portion the mass flow is sucked back in a direction opposite to the discharge direction.
Water drop TV screen
A display where water is applied onto the screen of a visual display monitor and graphics are presented on the display that coincides with the applied water is described. The timing of the water being applied to the screen and the playing of the graphics may be orchestrated such that the applied water seems to create the presented graphics. A controller may be used to control the water and the display.
