OUTLET FOR A STATIC MIXER
An outlet for a static mixer includes a cannula, a housing accommodating part of the cannula within a passage extending through the housing in an axial direction. The cannula is attached to the housing via a joining member permanently fixed to an outer surface of the cannula, with the joining member being arranged within a recess of the housing, and with the joining member being formed from a material different to the material of the cannula and from the material of the housing.
MULTI-MATERIAL DISPENSING SYSTEM HAVING A QUICK-CONNECT FLUID DISPENSER THAT RELEASABLY COUPLES TO A PUMP HOUSING
In one example, a dispensing system has a housing that supports a first and second pumps. The housing defines a receptacle and first and second passages. The receptacle defines at least one hole that extends into the housing that can receive a plug of a fluid dispenser. The first passage extends from the at least one hole to a first pump outlet, such that the first passage can communicate a first fluid material from the first pump outlet to the fluid dispenser. The second passage extends from the at least one hole to a second pump outlet, such that the second passage can communicate a second fluid material from the second pump outlet to the fluid dispenser. The system has an engagement feature that can engage a corresponding feature of the plug of the fluid dispenser so as to releasably secure the fluid dispenser to the housing.
COAXIAL CARTRIDGE FOR MULTI-COMPONENT MATERIALS AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING A COAXIAL CARTRIDGE
A coaxial cartridge for multi-component materials includes a head part having an outlet, an inner tube forming a first storage compartment configured to store a first component inner tube forms part of the outlet, and an outer tube. The inner tube is arranged within the outer tube at a longitudinal axis that is common to both the inner tube and the outer tube. A space formed between the outer tube and the inner tube forms a second storage compartment configured to store a second component. The outer tube forms a further part of the outlet.
Collapsible tubing caulking gun
The collapsible tubing caulking gun comprises a handle, a trigger, a squeegee, a tube grip, and a nozzle support. The collapsible tubing caulking gun may dispense caulk from a collapsible tube. Activation of the trigger may force the collapsible tube rearwards through the squeegee resulting in the caulk being forced out of the collapsible tube via a nozzle. The collapsible tube may be retained between the tube grip which retains a sealed end of the collapsible tube and the nozzle support which retains the nozzle of the collapsible tube.
SEVERABLE DISPENSABLE SUBSTANCE CONTAINERS
A dispensable substance container may include a printing substance dispensing nozzle comprising a first material. The dispensable substance container an elongate body, comprising a wall, comprising a second material encompassing a cavity to contain a dispensable substance, and an attachment portion to attach the elongate body to the printing substance dispensing nozzle; and a structurally compromised portion of the elongate body extending along a length of the elongate body, wherein the elongate body and the attachment portion are to be severed along the structurally compromised portion by a pushrod moveable through the cavity to expel the dispensable substance out the dispensing nozzle.
Real-time laser measurement and marking apparatus
A real-time measurement and marking apparatus is provided. The disclosure providing a portable marking device comprising: a housing including a main housing structure and a can cover, the main housing structure having a front open end, a rear nozzle end, a top surface, a bottom surface, and a pair of opposing side walls, wherein at least one of the side walls defines an aperture, the can cover having a rear open end, a front closed end, the can cover extending at the rear open end to selectively engage with the aperture defined by at least one of the side walls releasably securing a spray can within the housing; a nozzle member positioned at the rear nozzle end of the of the main housing structure; an optical measuring apparatus for real-time measuring of a distance between a point of focus and the portable marking device activated by one or more buttons.
USE OF MODIFIED CELLULOSIC THERMOPLASTIC TO PRODUCE CLEAR CAULK CARTRIDGE
A caulk cartridge for use with high organic solvent caulk is disclosed. The cartridge includes a cartridge body formed as an open-ended elongate cylindrical tube having a first end, a second end, and an inner surface, a nozzle affixed to the first end of the cartridge body, and a plunger engaging with the inner surface of the cartridge body and forming a seal at the second end and slidable along a longitudinal axis of the cartridge body from the second end toward the first end. The cartridge body is manufactured from a cellulosic thermoplastic with a high organic solvent barrier.
Methods for delivering glutinous substance to workpiece from end-effector
A method of delivering a glutinous substance to a workpiece from an end-effector comprises using the end-effector to position an applicator relative to the workpiece. The method also comprises urging the glutinous substance from the end-effector through a first channel of a body of the applicator from an inlet of the first channel toward an outlet of the first channel. The method additionally comprises selectively operating an actuator of the applicator to regulate a rate, at which the glutinous substance flows through the first channel of the body of the applicator, responsive to, at least in part, output received from a sensor of the applicator.
Liquid solution twist pen method and devices
The embodiments disclose an apparatus including a dispenser having an elongated compartment configured to contain a liquid solution, a liquid solution contained in the elongated compartment configured to suspend solid nanoparticles in an evaporative liquid, a dispenser handle configured to twist to push a predetermined amount of the liquid solution from the elongated compartment out of an open tip orifice, and at least one applicator tip insertable into the tip orifice configured to receive from the elongated compartment the predetermined amount of the liquid solution to spread over a user's mobile device glass screen.
DENTAL-IMPRESSION-MATERIAL ELECTRIC DISPENSER
A dental-impression-material electric dispenser includes a main body having a longitudinal mounting portion formed therein. A top-open tray part includes, at the front end thereof, extrusion ports communicate with a mixing tip part communicate with each other. An impression material cartridge, having partitioned a first filling chamber and a second filling chamber, is mounted. The mixing tip part communicates with a pair of extrusion ports formed at the front end of the impression material cartridge, and stirs and discharges a silicone base and a curing agent, each being discharged in a fixed amount through the pair of extrusion ports. An extrusion rod part simultaneously presses a pair of pistons of the impression material cartridge mounted on the tray part through a pair of pressing ends. An electric extrusion part receives starting current from a battery cell and allows the extrusion rod part to advance forward through electrical driving.
