Piston for dispensing a flowable component from a cartridge
A piston for dispensing a flowable component from a cartridge includes a piston having a base body and a venting element. The base body has a passage connecting a component side and an actuation side and has a passage opening. The venting element has an internal connection element and a pin which is partly arranged in the passage opening of the base body. The internal connection element and the pin are connected by a spring element. The pin of the venting element can adopt a sealing position and an aerating position. To enable a secure sealing, the spring element is configured such that it includes an angle of a maximum of 80 with the axial direction in the sealing position of the pin at a connection line to the internal connection element in the direction of an actuation side.
DISPENSING DEVICE
A dispensing device includes a drive unit, a detector and a controller. The drive unit is configured to operate a material dispenser. The detector is configured to detect a velocity of the material sensor. The controller is programmed to maintain the material dispenser at a constant velocity based on the velocity detected by the detector.

A multi-chambered beverage container and mixing apparatus that includes an outer container defined as a host. The host includes a host top, a host lid, a host body, and a host bottom including a plug. It also includes an inner container defined as an upshot, with an upshot handle comprising lateral members, an upshot head, an upshot body and an upshot opening. The upshot is positionable within an enclosed interior of the host body and the upshot opening is configured to matingly engage the plug to form a fluidic seal between the upshot opening and the plug.

A cartridge is proposed having at least one reception chamber (2), which extends in the longitudinal direction, for a medium to be dispensed, having a head part (4) and a cartridge wall (3) which bound the reception chamber (2), wherein a piston (8) is provided which can be introduced into the reception chamber (2) at the end remote from the head part (4) and which is sealingly displaceable along the cartridge wall (3) in the longitudinal direction, and wherein the cartridge wall (3) is manufactured from a cardboard and is sealingly connected to the head part (4). A multicomponent cartridge is furthermore provided by the invention.
Paste application device for the mixing of a paste from two components
A paste application device stores two starting components, for mixing the starting components to form a paste and for the application of the paste. The comprises a two-component cartridge comprising two cylindrical internal spaces, two feed plungers that can be shifted axially in the internal spaces and limit the internal spaces on a first side of the two-component cartridge, and at least two dispensing openings by means of which the internal spaces are open on a second side of the two-component cartridge that is opposite from the first side, a hollow cylinder that is made of a plastic material and has one front face that is open and one front face that is partially closed, in which is situated an axially mobile plunger that has two pestles attached to it, whereby the pestles are oriented in the direction of the open front face, whereby the open front face of the hollow cylinder is arranged to axially touch against the first side of the two-component cartridge, and whereby the plunger closes in gas-tight manner against the internal walls of the hollow cylinder, whereby the two-component cartridge and the hollow cylinder are arranged in a pressure vessel, whereby the pressure vessel touches against the hollow cylinder or is situated at a distance from the hollow cylinder of at most 0.1 mm.

A mixing and dispensing device (1) for preparing and applying an adhesive consisting of at least two components, comprises a syringe body (2) which encloses a substantially cylindrical cavity (3), wherein the cavity (3) is divided into at least two chambers separated from each other by a movable separating element (6), whereina first chamber (4) has a first component (13) of the adhesive anda second chamber (5) has a second component (14) of the adhesive, wherein a flow path (11) between the first chamber (4) and the second chamber (5) can be released by moving the separating element (6).

Coaxial cartridge having an integrated reinforcement for dispensing a flowable multi-component composition without restoring force
A coaxial cartridge for storing and discharging a flowable multi-component composition, contains a hollow-cylindrical inner wall and a hollow-cylindrical outer wall arranged coaxially around the inner wall. The coaxial cartridge has an inner chamber for a first component, which is delimited radially by the inner wall, and an outer chamber for a second component, which is arranged radially between the inner wall and the outer wall. The coaxial cartridge also contains a cartridge front wall, which firmly closes the inner and the outer chamber on one end face of the cartridge and has one discharge opening per chamber; an inner and an outer piston which each close the relevant chamber at the rear and are axially movable; and an integrated reinforcement embedded inside the outer wall or fastened to its surface and having a plurality of rings or spiral turns, made of a material that is stable against tensile stresses.

INTEGRATED MULTICOMPONENT DISPENSING SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
An integrated multicomponent dispensing system for use with a fluid dispenser and associated methods of manufacture, such as by 3D printing are provided. The system includes a cartridge including first and second cylinders having first and second chambers for storing first and second fluid components, respectively, and first and second fluid outlets. A static mixer of the system includes a fluid passageway and a plurality of mixing baffles configured to mix the first and second fluid components upon delivery into the fluid passageway. A frangible closure may also be formed integral with the cartridge and/or the static mixer to prevent discharge of the fluid components into the static mixer until this is desired. The formation of the static mixer and optionally also the cartridge as an integral, unitary piece reduces cost of assembly and storage of multiple parts conventionally formed separately.
