MATERIAL DISPENSER CONTROL ASSEMBLY

A control assembly for a material dispenser includes a plunger movably located within a bore of the assembly, the plunger having first and second ends, the first end having an abutment for moveably retaining the plunger within the bore and the second end for engaging a switch during operation of the material dispenser to cease operation. A biasing member located within the bore, the biasing member engaging the first end of the plunger, the biasing member allowing for the manual movement of the plunger without harm to the switch of the material dispenser during use.

TRIGGER ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF OPERATION

A trigger assembly can be used to activate a motor controller to cause a motorized device to respond in a certain manner. For example, when the motorized device is a power tool, based on a number of pulls of the trigger, the motor controller can run the power tool in a forward direction or a reverse direction. A power tool running in the forward direction can receive a tap of the trigger. A timer can be started upon detecting the pull of the trigger. Another tap of the trigger can be detected within a time period determined based on the timer. The power tool can be forced to perform a reverse operation when the other tap f the trigger is within the time period.

Mixing and dispensing curable multi-component materials

Methods, apparatus, devices and systems for mixing and dispensing multi-component materials. The mixing and dispensing may be performed using a mobile, enclosed dispenser that can be used to supply a mixed multi-component material at the point of use. In some embodiments, the components to be mixed into the multi-component material may be supplied in cartridges.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISPENSING A LIQUID

A method, computer program product, and apparatus for receiving, at a fluid dispensing apparatus, a control signal, wherein the control signal may be received from a base station, wherein the control signal, when received, may cause the fluid dispensing apparatus to perform operations. The operations may include generating a positive pressure within a fluid cartridge of the fluid dispensing apparatus by adjusting, via a motor of the fluid dispensing apparatus, a drive rod and piston of the fluid dispensing apparatus in a first direction relative to the fluid cartridge to dispense fluid in the fluid cartridge via a nozzle of the fluid dispensing apparatus. The operations may include generating a negative pressure within the fluid cartridge by adjusting, via the motor, the drive rod and piston in a second direction relative to the fluid cartridge to draw fluid into the fluid cartridge via the nozzle.

MOTOR DRIVEN DISPENSER

A motor driven dispenser for the motorized extrusion and precise placement of dental materials from impression material cartridges of different sizes. The dispenser includes nested plungers to reduce the length and width of the dispenser as well as a cap affixed to the dispenser housing which snaps over a cartridge flange of the impression material cartridges to retain it.

The present invention is an expandable caulking gun having a distal end and a proximal end which receive a caulking cartridge with a caulking material comprises of a cartridge-holder extended from the distal end to the proximal end to receive said caulking cartridge; a trigger mechanism at the distal end to push a push-rod; a display holder adjustably attached to a top portion of said trigger mechanism; a camera adjustably attached to said proximal end and having a communication means to connect to a handheld device; whereby a user places said handheld device on said display holder and connects said camera to said handheld device to observe a surface or grooves located a distance from said user while applying said caulking material.

Power operated dispensing tool

A power operated dispensing tool includes a housing having a material packing receiving space, and a rod disposed within and movable relative to the housing and having a plunger head that is disposed in the material packing receiving space. The rod is operably coupled to a power transmitting mechanism so as to make a forward movement driven by a power of a motor through the power transmitting mechanism to discharge a dispensing material in the material packing receiving space. The rod has an initiating portion disposed to actuate a sensing member in the housing to deactivate the motor when the rod is moved forwardly to a first stop position. The rod can be moved manually to a second stop position to project the plunger head outwardly so as to permit a plunger kit to be attached thereto.

Apparatuses and methods for extruding a dental filling material into a tooth. The extrusion is accomplished by harnessing a combination of motor power (such as from an electrical motor) and spring loaded power. This combination overcomes the shortcomings of each of these power sources. In addition, because this combination significantly reduces battery power requirements, it allows for more thermal heating, down-packing, and obturation to be performed than would otherwise be possible.
