The method for dispensing of a liquid, viscous, pasty, powdery, or gaseous product by means of a dispensing device (100) adapted to being held and manipulated by a single hand of the user U comprises: Taking a dispensing device (100); Selecting a connection tip from a tip assortment A through G, each of them having a previously defined function; Securing the tip chosen from the tip assortment A through G inside the dispensing device (100); Selecting a mode among the different modes of the control program; Positioning the dispensing device (100) in the work zone; Activating a control button (400); Releasing the control button (400); Removing the selected tip from the dispensing device (100);
Device and system for repairing intervertebral disc herniation and methods of use
A device comprising a housing including a palm portion, a sheath portion extending from one end of the palm portion, and a slot comprising an adjustable platform capable of receiving a syringe and a needle connected to the syringe with the needle resting in the sheath portion. A trigger mechanism is connected to the adjustable platform. Adjustment of the trigger mechanism in a first direction moves the platform along the slot toward the sheath portion and adjustment of the bidirectional trigger mechanism in a second direction moves the platform away from the sheath. A light element is connected to the housing and is capable of directing light along the sheath portion away from the palm portion. A power source is electrically coupled to the light element to provide electrical power to the light element. Also disclosed is a system comprising the device, as well as methods of using the device.
A DISPENSER AND A CONTROL METHOD OF THE DISPENSER
A dispenser for compound-containing containers includes a receiving chamber for a container; at least one push rod displaceable relative to the receiving chamber; a motor for moving the at least one push rod; a control unit for controlling the motor; a main switch for activating the motor; an operation selection switch for switching between different operation modes; and a first sensor configured to detect a position or movement of the push rod. The operation selection switch is configured to select an amount of the compound to be dispensed in one application run. The dispenser will warn the user once the remaining amount of the compound in the container is less than the needed amount for next application, so that the user will notice the compound shortage and prepare an additional container before starting the next application. Accordingly, rework of cured chemical compounds will be avoided.
Fluid transfer device, coating device comprising same, and coating method
Problem: To provide a fluid transfer device that can solve an issue of pulsation that occurs when a liquid material is discharged from a nozzle by eccentrically rotating a male-screw-shaped rotor within a stator having a female-screw-shaped insertion hole, an application device including the fluid transfer device, and an application method. Solution: A fluid transfer device 1 includes: an outer cylinder 10; a stator 11 that has a female-screw-shaped insertion hole 12 as a through-hole and is provided on an inner periphery of the outer cylinder; and a male-screw-shaped rotor 20 that is connected to a rotor driving part and eccentrically rotates in contact with an inner periphery of the stator. In the fluid transfer device 1 capable of transferring a fluid in a transport path formed by the stator 11 and the rotor 20, by rotating the rotor 20 inserted through the insertion hole 12, contact force with the rotor 20 at an inlet portion and an outlet portion of the stator 11 is smaller than contact force with the rotor 20 at a central portion of the stator 11.
CARTRIDGE HOLDER FOR A DISPENSER
A cartridge holder is capable of receiving a first type of cartridge and a second type of cartridge containing viscous material. The cartridges of the first type are different in size from the cartridges of the second type. The cartridge holder has a distal stop for receiving a dispensing end of the cartridges and a proximal receptacle for receiving a rear end of the cartridges. The receptacle is located opposite to the distal stop along a longitudinal axis of the cartridge holder and is movable along the longitudinal axis as well as spring loaded towards the distal stop. Furthermore, the receptacle is configured to contact the rear end of the first type of cartridges at a smaller distance from a rear end of the receptacle than the rear end of the second type of cartridges.
Method for operating an extrusion system and extrusion system
A process for operating an extrusion system is provided. An extrusion device is provided that has at least two extrusion pistons operable with different feed ratios. The process involves storing a ratio of feed rates of the extrusion pistons in a storage device of the control device in dependence on the second signal. A least one drive device is actuated by the control device for displacing the two extrusion pistons into a start position, in which a plunger of the first extrusion piston substantially abuts the first cartridge of the cartridge device and a plunger of the second extrusion piston substantially abuts the second cartridge the cartridge device. The at least one drive device is actuated by the control device with a ratio of feed rates stored in the storage device of the control device for the extrusion pistons at user request.
Powered Caulking Apparatus
A powered caulking apparatus includes a power source, a motor, a drive gear, an extension tape, and a top roller guide and bottom roller guide. The tape includes extension tape slots that receive gear teeth of the drive gear such that rotational motion of the drive gear translates into linear motion of the extension tape. The extension tape preferably comprises a radius, and the top roller guide and bottom roller guide preferably conform to the radius of the tape. The top roller guide and bottom roller guide may form an interference for the tape while still allowing linear motion of the tape. The apparatus may extend the tape to cause the tape to exert a force on a caulk tube to extrude caulk, and the tape may thereafter reverse linear motion of the tape to remove the force of the apparatus on the caulk tube.
MIXING AND DISPENSING CURABLE MULTI-COMPONENT MATERIALS
Methods, apparatus, devices and systems for mixing and dispensing multi-component materials. The mixing and dispensing may be performed using a mobile, enclosed dispenser that can be used to supply a mixed multi-component material at the point of use. In some embodiments, the components to be mixed into the multi-component material may be supplied in cartridges.

Drip-free electric material dispensing device
An electrically powered handheld dispensing device used to dispense viscous materials from a cartridge in a drip-free manner. The dispensing device having a cartridge locking mechanism that affirmatively locks a material cartridge in place, limiting its axial motion in the cartridge holder. The dispensing device having a plunger assembly containing dogs that bite into the inner surface of the material cartridge piston after a plunger makes contact with the material cartridge piston. The dispensing device having a motor control circuit that automatically reverses the drive motor at high speed to reverse the piston inside the material cartridge to a predetermined distance when the user releases the trigger control, which may also suck material back from the cartridge nozzle tip preventing drips. A manually operated gear-release mechanism disengages the plunger assembly from the gear drive transmission, enabling rapid movement of the plunger in either direction for the loading or unloading of full or partially expended material cartridges.
