Photoresist baking apparatus
A photoresist baking apparatus is provided. The photoresist baking apparatus comprises a baking chamber including an inlet, an outlet and a cover sealed connected thereon. The cover is applied to guide the hot air entering the baking chamber and includes a heating device for maintaining the temperature of the hot air. The heating device is disposed on the cover for heating the hot air flowing to the cover and maintaining the temperature of the hot air to be consistent when the hot air flowing to the outlet, thereby to prevent from the photoresist volatile condensing and dripping due to decreased temperature after the photoresist volatile contacting the cover and affecting the product quality, and to guarantee the temperature homogeneity inside the baking chamber.
METHOD OF PRESSURE SINTERING AN ENVIRONMENTAL BARRIER COATING ON A SURFACE OF A CERAMIC SUBSTRATE
This disclosure provides a method of pressure sintering an environmental barrier coating on a surface of a ceramic substrate to form an article. The method includes the steps of etching the surface of the ceramic substrate to texture the surface, disposing an environmental barrier coating on the etched surface of the ceramic substrate wherein the environmental barrier coating includes a rare earth silicate, and pressure sintering the environmental barrier coating on the etched surface of the ceramic substrate in an inert or nitrogen atmosphere at a pressure of greater than atmospheric pressure such that at least a portion of the environmental barrier coating is disposed in the texture of the surface of the ceramic substrate thereby forming the article.
PRODUCTION METHOD
A method for producing a panel including a core and a decorative surface layer is disclosed. The method includes the step of applying a dry powder layer on the core. The method includes the step of applying steam on a dry powder layer on the core. Thereafter heat and pressure are applied to the powder layer in order to bond the powder together.
Process for coating the interior surface of non-metallic pipes with metal valves and metal fittings
Methods, processes, compositions and systems for preventing leaching effects from water pipes (such as lead, steel and copper) having an inner diameter of at least approximately 12 mm. 2-part thermoset resin coating is applied to the inner surfaces of the pipes where the curing agent can be a phenol free and plasticizer free adduct type. The coating can reduce heavy metals, such as lead, from leaching from installed pipes to less than approximately 10 g/L (10 ppb). When cured, specific leachates, Bisphenol A and Epichlorohydrin from the coatings will be (less than) <1 g/L (1 ppb) with overall TOC levels measured at (less than) <2.5 mg/L (2.5 ppm). Pipes can be returned to service within approximately 24 hours, and preferably within approximately 4 hours. The methods, processes, compositions and systems can work with non-metallic pipes having metal valves and/or metal fittings.

Method for coating a substrate with a lacquer and device for planarising a lacquer layer
The disclosure relates to a method for coating a substrate with a lacquer. First, the lacquer is uniformly applied to the substrate. Then, the solvent proportion of the lacquer applied to the substrate is reduced, and the coated substrate is exposed to a solvent atmosphere. In some embodiments, the lacquer is heated. The invention also relates to a device for planarising a lacquer layer.
Laminate having a top coat layer containing flaky metal oxide fine particles
A laminate having excellent abrasion resistance to physical stimuli such as dust. The laminate comprises a base layer, a hard coat layer and a top coat layer comprising flaky metal oxide fine particles all of which are formed in this order. The flaky metal oxide fine particles are hardened by at least one method selected from the group consisting of ionizing material exposure, ionizing radiation exposure, infrared exposure, microwave exposure and high-temperature vapor exposure.
