Optical inspection method and optical inspection device for containers
10262405 · 2019-04-16 · ·

An optical inspection method for containers. A container is at least partly illuminated or transilluminated with light of an illuminating device and captured from different viewing directions (R4-R6) as a camera image in each case by at least one camera. In a first image analysis step, first image information of a first inspection zone (A) of the container, for example a stain on a container front face, is ascertained from at least two of the camera images by stereoscopically pairing image points. In a second image analysis step, an individual camera image of the two camera images is analyzed, wherein the first image information is first excluded and second image information of a second inspection zone (B) of the container, for example a crack of a container rear face, is then ascertained.

Empties sorting device and empties return system

An empties sorting device includes a sorting table with a table surface, a feed section, and a discharge section. The discharge section has a dividing device with at least one section partition wall. The device further includes a conveying device, which is designed in such a way that the empties can be transferred from the feed section to the discharge section, and a guiding device with a guiding element, designed to be movable at least into a first guiding position associated with a first collecting channel, and a second guiding position associated with a second collecting channel, and a controller designed to control the movement of the guiding element into the first and second guiding positions in accordance with the type of empties. A discharge section partition wall between the collecting channels can be moved parallel to the table surface, thus allowing an associated collecting channel size to be varied.

Test container for testing inspection devices

A test container for checking container inspection machines, which inspection machines are suitable for examining at least a first category of containers for the presence of foreign bodies, with a main body in which a liquid is disposed, with a mouth via which the liquid is able to be introduced into the container, with a first closure by which the container is closed, wherein a foreign body which can be detected by the inspection machine is disposed in the container is provided. The container and/or the liquid disposed therein has a further substance or for example a transmitting device which can be detected by a user and/or by a detection device in order thus to distinguish the test container per se from another container of the category to be inspected.

Method for controlling containers, in particular made of glass and related apparatus

An inspection process including the steps of: providing at least one specimen to an inspection apparatus; identifying the at least one specimen; inspecting the at least one specimen; assigning a first assessment to the at least one specimen based on the result of the inspection; saving the identification feature together with the inspection data and a first assessment to a raw data storage as a data package; providing the processed data storage to an inspector; assigning the second assessment to the data space of the processed data package; sorting the at least one specimen based on the first or second assessment.

TESTING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TESTING THE TIGHTNESS OF CONTAINERS
20180217022 · 2018-08-02 ·

The invention relates to a testing device for testing the tightness of containers (2), comprising a supply unit (3) for supplying the containers (2), a testing unit (4) for testing the tightness of the containers (2), a diverting unit (5) for diverting tested tight containers (2), and a discharge unit (6) for discharging containers (2) tested to be untight in the testing unit (2). The testing unit (4) has at least one individual testing chamber (42) for testing individual containers and at least one multiple testing chamber (41) for receiving a plurality of containers in order to simultaneously test multiple containers (2). The testing device also comprises a control unit (10) which is designed to supply possibly untight containers (2) which have been discharged by means of the discharge unit (6) from a multiple testing chamber (41) individually back into an individual testing chamber (42) in order to carry out an individual test of said containers.
