Test container for testing inspection devices
A test container for checking container inspection machines, which inspection machines are suitable for examining at least a first category of containers for the presence of foreign bodies, with a man body in which a liquid is disposed, with a mouth via which the liquid is able to be introduced into the container, with a first closure by means of which the container is closed, wherein a foreign body which can be detected by the inspection machine is disposed in the container is provided. The container and/or the liquid disposed therein has a further substance or for example a transmitting device which can be detected by a user and/or by a detection device in order thus to distinguish the test container per se from another container of the category to be inspected.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INSPECTING HOT GLASS CONTAINERS WITH A VIEW TO IDENTIFYING DEFECTS
There is provided a method for inspecting still hot glass containers. The method includes, for each container, acquiring at least one transmission image of the container illuminated by a source of a light passing through the container and at least one infrared radiation image of the container. The method also includes analyzing at least one transmission image and at least one infrared radiation image and ensuring a matching of at least part of the transmission image and at least part of the infrared radiation image. The method also includes classifying the container, from at least one transmission image and at least one infrared radiation image, matched with each other, in order to identify, for a container, at least one type of defect.
OBJECT IMAGING APPARATUS AND OBJECT RECOGNITION APPARATUS
An object imaging apparatus includes a housing, a light source inside the housing, a first reflector inside the housing to diffusely reflect light from the light source, a second reflector inside the housing to guide at least a part of light from the light source to the first reflector, and an imager to image an object irradiated with the light from the first reflector. A diffuse reflectance of the first reflector is higher than a diffuse reflectance of the second reflector.
REVERSE VENDING SYSTEM AND METHOD
RV system configured to receive, accept, recognize and identify containers made of various materials for sorting, processing and storing each processed material separately.
Apparatus and Method for Imaging Containers
A control unit is disclosed to control an imaging unit to perform imaging of a tray/container. The control unit can cause the performance of actions on the container using automated machines and/or directing humans to perform an action. For example, the presence of contamination in a container can be detected based on an image of the container captured by an imaging unit. The control unit can receive an image of the container from the imaging unit, determine whether the container is contaminated, and direct the container to a cleaning unit. Moreover, the control unit can detect a product based on an image of the product, determine an identity of the product based on the received image, and command an indicating unit to indicate a failure to determine the identity of the product.
Method and device for detecting containers which have fallen over and/or are damaged in a container mass flow
Method for detecting containers which have fallen over and/or are damaged in a container mass flow, wherein the containers in the container mass flow are transported vertically on a transporter, wherein the container mass flow is captured as an image data stream using at least one camera, and wherein the image data stream is evaluated by an image processing unit, wherein the image data stream is evaluated by the image processing unit using a deep neural network in order to detect and locate the containers which have fallen over and/or are damaged.
BEVERAGE CONTAINER SORTING AND RECYCLING DEVICE
Provided is a beverage container sorting and recycling device, comprising a bottle feeding port, a conveying mechanism, an AI recognition mechanism, a sorting mechanism, and a material storage bin. The AI recognition mechanism is arranged on the periphery of the conveying mechanism, and a light source is further arranged on the periphery of the AI recognition mechanism. The sorting mechanism is mounted on one side of the conveying mechanism. The material storage bin comprises a glass bottle material storage bin, a plastic bottle material storage bin, and a can material storage bin. The sorting mechanism sorts a beverage container to a corresponding material storage bin according to the recognition result of the AI recognition mechanism. The device can achieve more accurate classification and storage of containers, improve recycling rate, and alleviate environmental pressure.
