PIPE CLEANING ROD AND METHOD FOR CLEANING A PIPE
A pipe cleaning rod is provided. The pipe cleaning rod has a longitudinal axis (X), two ends and a surface. At least a part of the surface of the pipe cleaning rod includes surface variations, in particular in the form of elevations and/or depressions. A method for cleaning a pipe using a pipe cleaning rod is also provided.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CLEANING SOLAR PANEL ARRAYS
Devices and methods for cleaning an array of solar panels in side-by-side relation employ one or more elongated flexible elements, preferably implemented as translucent strips (14a, 14b, 14c, 14d), anchored at their ends relative to the array of solar panels (12). Each strip spans two or more solar panels, and is wind-displaceable so as to contribute to cleaning of at least two of the solar panels (12).
Scraper strip for a scraper device
A scraper strip for a scraper device including at least one adjusting disk positioned in a recess of the scraper strip and rotatably attached to a scraper strip support, the adjusting disk comprising an eccentric guide track, which extends in a spiral shape or at least approximately as a circle involute, from a region at least close to a center point of the at least one adjusting disk in the direction of an edge region of the adjusting disk, and so as to linearly displace the scraper strip with respect to the scraper strip support of the scraper device when the adjusting disk is rotated. A fastener is accommodated by a groove extending substantially in a displacement direction of the scraper strip such that the scraper strip is displaced with respect to the fastener.
Crushing machine with reciprocating conveyor and reciprocating conveyor with scraper bar
An exemplary crushing machine has a crusher for crushing media into crushed media, a reciprocating conveyor having a tray for receiving crushed media from the crusher, and a belt conveyor for receiving crushed media from the reciprocating conveyor and conveying the crushed media to a desired location. The reciprocating conveyor optionally includes a conveyor scraper that has a blade having a plurality of teeth extending to the tray, a blade support disposed proximate and transverse the tray of the conveyor, a hingeable connection attaching the blade to the blade support, at least one guide slideably supporting the blade support, and at least one actuator for actuating the scraper. Movement of the conveyor scraper across the tray prevents crushed media from sticking to the tray of the conveyor.
PREP TOOL
A tool is provided that includes unitary plate that includes a blade portion and a tang portion. The blade portion can include an edge. The tang portion can include a positioning hole, a first hole, a slot, a second hole, a rivet hole, and one or more teeth (also referred to as one or more barbs) on a side of the tang portion. The tool can further include a hilt member which includes a through passage, a tab, and a notch. The tool includes an overlay on a body to create a handle for gripping the tool. The tool further includes a hammerhead cap on an end of the body, the hammerhead cap is coupled to the handle with a rivet through the rivet hole.
ROPE CLEANING DEVICE
According to one embodiment, a rope cleaning device comprises a scraper ring which engages grooves between strands of a wire rope to scrape out foreign material from the grooves as the wire rope passes through the scraper ring, a wiper ring positioned in series with the scraper ring for wiping the surface of the wire rope as the wire rope passes through the wiper ring and a rotational mechanism which allows the scraper ring to rotate about the axis of the wire rope.
SCRAPING APPARATUS
A scraping apparatus, including: a gripping assembly, for gripping a stick of a cleaning tool; a bar, extending from the gripping assembly, the bar shaped to include a first section being adjacent and parallel to the broom stick, and a second section being adjacent and parallel to a brush of the broom; a scraping tip disposed at an end of the bar; and a location disposition mechanism, for manually allowing sliding the bar in relation to the broom stick and for manually disallowing the sliding against pressure applied on the scraping tip.
Handrail cleaning apparatus and method
The disclosed preferred embodiment of the handrail cleaning device comprises a flexible bar which uses spring resilience force to press one or more reusable or disposable cleaning pads against the moving handrail of an escalator. The apparatus provides a lightweight, low cost apparatus that is simple to set-up and use and requires no external power. Additionally, the device is capable of cleaning and treating the handrails of common escalators during operation of the escalator. The device utilizes the motion of the escalator to perform the cleaning action. The simplicity of the device allows for multiple devices to be used simultaneously by a single operator.

Tools and methods for cleaning grooves of a turbine rotor disc
The present application provides a tool for cleaning a groove of a turbine rotor disk. The tool may include a pair of guides spaced apart from one another in a direction of a longitudinal axis of the tool, and a number of cleaning sheets positioned between the guides in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the tool. At least a portion of each guide may have a cross-sectional profile corresponding to a cross-sectional profile of the groove, and at least a portion of each cleaning sheet may have a cross-sectional profile corresponding to the cross-sectional profile of the groove. The present application further provides a method for cleaning a groove of a turbine rotor disk, and a tool system for cleaning a groove of a turbine rotor disk.
