MIXING DEVICE, METHOD FOR MIXING, AND METHOD FOR CLEANING A MIXING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a mixing device (1), especially for mixing solids in a mixing vessel (2), comprising a stirring element (4) having at least two helical stirrer blades (7, 8) connected to a motor-driven shaft (5), wherein the stirrer blades (7, 8) have a first portion (10), a second portion (11) and a third portion (12), every one of these portions (10, 11, 12) has a constant gradient (m1, m2, m3) of one steepness or a gradient (m1, m2, m3) which is different from the constant gradient and has a curvature, and at least one of the constant gradients (m1, m2, m3) has a steepness different from the at least one other constant gradient (m1, m2, m3), or one of the different gradients (m1, m2, m3) has a curvature that is different from the at least one other different gradient (m1, m2, m3).
RECONFIGURABLE MODULAR BRUSH AND ASSOCIATED BRUSH KITS
A reconfigurable modular brush has a brush head including brush-head upper and lower surfaces extending longitudinally along a brush-head axis between brush-head first and second ends. Laterally opposed brush-head first and second sides extend between the brush-head upper and lower surfaces and longitudinally between the brush-head first and second ends. A bristle array is defined by a plurality of bristles protruding from the brush-head lower surface. A brush handle includes a grip portion and a brush-head mount, the brush handle having a lengthwise extent disposed generally along a handle axis between handle proximate and distal ends. The brush head and brush-head mount are cooperatively configured such that the handle can selectively capture and retain the brush head. Moreover, the longitudinal orientation in which the brush head is captured and retained by the brush handle is selectively reversible.
PACKAGING MACHINE FOR PACKAGING WITH STRETCH FILM
A packaging machine for packaging products to be packaged using a stretchable film has a film transporter supplying the film. The film transporter has first and second belt conveyors that each have first and second transport belts, which are synchronously driven and arranged next to one another in a film transport direction. A belt conveyor is movable in a direction perpendicular to the film transport direction, and has a movable film guide to insert the film into the film transporter. The film guide has a guide plate for guiding the film. The guide plate has first and second recesses in an upper edge in the vertical direction facing the belt conveyors. The belt conveyors are to be inserted into a respective one of the recesses. The film transporter has cleaners for the belt conveyors.
Bucket-Scrapping Implement for Viscous Liquids
A bucket-scrapping implement having a lower arcuate surface form-fit to engaging an interior surface of a cylindrical bucket, the bucket-scrapping implement comprising two upwardly- and outwardly-sweeping lateral wings adapted to aggregate and facilitate removal of viscous remnant materials from a cylindrical bucket.
Apparatus for cleaning a slot
An apparatus for cleaning an inner surface of a slot includes a first block segment that has an outer perimeter that conforms to and fits inside the inner surface of the slot. A first cleaning pad is connected to the first block segment and extends beyond at least a portion of the outer perimeter of the first block segment.
Reusable foldable drinking straw in storage case
A reusable drinking straw that is foldable into a compact configuration for storage and easily transportable in a storage case. The straw comprises a rigid external tube and a flexible internal tubing that is foldable to a compact configuration for storage. In a folded configuration, the reusable straw has a significantly reduced length of approximately one-half to one-fourth of its extended length when in use. The external tube of the straw is preferably formed of multiple rigid segments for supporting the flexible internal tubing in the extended configuration during use as a drinking straw. A simple cleaning device is provided to clean the straw after use. A storage case is provided to store the straw in the folded configuration in a compact form and to store the cleaning device.
Method for recycling substrate process components
A method for recycling a substrate process component of a processing chamber is provided. In one example, the recycling process includes retrieving a reference dimension for the substrate process component. The substrate process component includes a side wall having a bottom surface, an outer surface, a pre-defined wall thickness between the bottom surface and the outer surface, and a residue layer. The reference dimension corresponds to the pre-defined wall thickness. The recycling process includes machining the substrate process component with a mechanical cutting tool. The machining includes securing the substrate process component to a work piece holder and passing the mechanical cutting tool across the outer surface in a machining operation controlled by a controller to remove the residue layer. The controller uses the reference dimension to control the machining operation so that the substrate process component has the reference dimension after removal of the residue layer.
ROLLER SCRAPER
To provide a roller scraper capable of having a long service life.
A roller scraper that removes attached substances on a surface of a roller, the roller scraper including a scraper main body that is supported on a floor portion and a scraping claw that is disposed in such a manner as to project in a width direction of the scraper main body. The scraping claw is placed against the roller in such a manner as to be in contact with the surface of the roller, and an opening is formed in the scraper main body.
OVERLOAD CONTROL DEVICE FOR ROTATING MACHINERY
An overload control device for use with a floor machine having an electric motor is disclosed. The overload control device can include a power input and a power output connectable to the electric motor. The device can include a load detector, a current sensor operative to sense a current value supplied to the motor via the power output, and a cutoff relay interconnecting the power input and the power output. The cutoff relay being operative to supply power from the power input to the power output when activated, and interrupt power when deactivated. A controller receives a load present indication from the load detector and activates the cutoff relay if a load is present. The controller receives a current value from the current sensor, determines if the current value is greater than a threshold value, and deactivates the cutoff relay when the current value is greater than the threshold value.
Oxy/acetylene cutting tip cleaner
An oxy-acetylene cutting torch tip cleaner includes an elongated body portion with at least one actuator and at least one associated housing bore for storing a cleaning pin. Each cleaning pin is coupled to an actuator movable from a first position with the cleaning pin contained in the housing bore to a second position with the cleaning pin extending from the housing bore, for abrading and cleaning the cutting torch tip. Each actuator, coupled to its cleaning pin with a slider, is biased to the first position and a lock engages each actuator in the second position such that when the lock is disengaged from the actuator at the second position with the cleaning tip extended from the body, the actuator automatically returns to the first position thereby retracting the cleaning pin back into the housing bore.
