The problem that an existing pump unit is frequently maintained is solved. The pump unit for the miniature cleaning machine comprises a motor, a pump shell, a plunger and a transmission assembly, the plunger and the transmission assembly are arranged in the pump shell, a reset spring enabling the plunger to always have the upward moving trend is arranged in the pump shell, the transmission assembly comprises a pump main shaft, an eccentric shaft and a ball bearing, one end of the pump main shaft is in transmission connection with the motor, and the other end of the pump main shaft is in transmission connection with the eccentric shaft. The other end of the pump main shaft is in transmission connection with one end of the eccentric shaft, the other end of the eccentric shaft is connected to the pump shell, the eccentric shaft is sleeved with the ball bearing, and a peripheral face of the ball bearing is attached to an upper end face of the plunger. The structure solves the problem of frequent maintenance of the pump unit.
HIGH-PRESSURE CLEANING MACHINE
Provided is a high-pressure cleaning machine, including a high-pressure water pump, a motor, a cover body and a water inlet of cleaning machine. The high-pressure water pump includes a shell, a driving mechanism, an isolation member, at least one plunger, and at least one plunger cavity. The driving mechanism includes a main shaft and at least one eccentric member. At least one side of the main shaft is rotatably connected to the shell via a rolling bearing. The motor is configured to drive the main shaft of the high-pressure water pump to rotate, so that the eccentric member pushes the plunger to move in the plunger cavity to pressurize water or an aqueous solution. The motor is provided with a flow channel. The flow channel is configured for the water or aqueous solution entering through the water inlet of cleaning machine to flow through.
DEVICE FOR EMITTING A LIQUID
The present invention refers to an interchangeable device comprising: a high-pressure pump unit (16002), a water intake (16003), and a lance (16005), characterized by a coupling system comprising: a shaped shaft (16001)-shaped hub (16007) coupling, an anti-rotation positioning element (16008), and a locking clamp (16009), wherein the coupling system allows a power generator of varying type (16006) to be coupled, rendering the device a high-pressure washer and/or a high-pressure sprayer.
Structure of gyrating nozzle spray gun
An improved structure of gyrating nozzle spray gun includes a grip including an air inlet and a trigger-controlled valve seat, a gas delivery tube connected to the valve seat, and a gyrating nozzle head including a connection nut threaded onto a front tubular mating connection screw rod of the gas delivery tube, an end cap threaded onto outer thread of the connection nut, a bearing positioned in the end cap, and a rotator mounted in the bearing and rotatable with an inner race of the bearing and defining therein a gas accumulation chamber for receiving compressed air from the valve seat via the gas delivery tube and the connection nut and an oblique jet hole eccentrically located in the front wall thereof for ejecting compressed air and causing the rotator to rotate during ejection of compressed air.
Gyrating nozzle spray gun
A gyrating nozzle spray gun includes a grip including an air inlet, a valve seat, a gas-delivery tube connected to the valve seat and terminating in a mating connection portion and a trigger operable for letting external compressed air go into the air inlet and the gas-delivery tube, an attachment tube connected to the mating connection portion of the gas-delivery tube, and a gyrating pattern generator including a gas-supply tube connected to the mating connection portion and suspended in an accommodation chamber, a bearing mounted on a connecting portion, a coupling socket mounted on an outer race and a gyrating nozzle fastened to the coupling socket and rotatably disposed in an orifice and defining a gas accumulation chamber and an oblique jet hole for ejection of the intake flow of compressed air that goes through the air inlet, the gas-delivery tube and the gas-supply tube into the gas accumulation chamber.
COIL CLEANING SYSTEM
A cleaning apparatus comprising a first fluid delivery system configured to eject a first fluid through a first nozzle toward a surface to be cleaned; a second fluid delivery system configures to eject a second fluid through a second nozzle toward the surface to be cleaned, wherein the second fluid comprises a compressed gas at a pressure greater than 345 kilopascals (50 pounds per square inch); a housing configured to partially surround and mount the first and second nozzles; a connector configured to couple the first fluid delivery system to a first fluid source; and a connector configured to couple the second fluid delivery system to a second fluid source.
Foam/liquid applicator with an internal lighting system and a carwash system having the foam/liquid applicator
A foam/liquid applicator system for an automated carwash has at least one foam generator with a first end, a second end, a first input for receiving air, and a second input for receiving a detergent mixture. The foam generator transforms the air and the detergent mixture into foam. A light chamber is attached to the first end of said foam generator and receives the foam formed in the foam generator, the light chamber has a plurality of openings for dispensing. A light bar is disposed in the light chamber and has a plurality of lights for illuminating the foam as it is expelled via the openings.
