Device and method for removal of scale from a metal product
Device for the removal of scale from the surface of a metal product (11) by delivering water under pressure, said device comprising a box-like structure (20) defining an internal space (22) for the passage of the water under pressure, connected to an exit fissure having a gap (23) with a gap value of less than a millimeter, the gap extending continuously for at least the entire width of the metal product (11).
EXTENSION DEVICE FOR SPRAYING DEVICES AND SPRAYING DEVICE
An extension device for spraying devices has an extension unit, which has, at a first end, a spraying head having at least one material outlet nozzle and, at a second end, means for connecting a spraying device. The extension device is characterized in that the extension unit has a metering and shut-off valve, which has a valve seat element having a valve opening and which has a valve body, that the valve body is arranged between the spraying head and the valve seat element, and that the valve body is fastened to a tension-transmitting element, which extends through the valve opening. The invention further relates to a spraying device for spraying material onto surfaces, with the spraying device having such an extension device.
STRUCTURE OF GYRATING NOZZLE SPRAY GUN
An improved structure of gyrating nozzle spray gun includes a grip including an air inlet and a trigger-controlled valve seat, a gas delivery tube connected to the valve seat, and a gyrating nozzle head including a connection nut threaded onto a front tubular mating connection screw rod of the gas delivery tube, an end cap threaded onto outer thread of the connection nut, a bearing positioned in the end cap, and a rotator mounted in the bearing and rotatable with an inner race of the bearing and defining therein a gas accumulation chamber for receiving compressed air from the valve seat via the gas delivery tube and the connection nut and an oblique jet hole eccentrically located in the front wall thereof for ejecting compressed air and causing the rotator to rotate during ejection of compressed air.
Spray wand
A spray wand for use with a chemical or chemical formulation in solid form. The wand hose end has a wand hose end valve for control of water flow from a hose. A refill cartridge having a swirl chamber may be attached to the hollow tube. The refill cartridge has at least one nub, indent and/or external channel or groove on its external surface.
NOZZLE HANDLE APPARATUS WITH BUILT-IN AIR REGULATION
A spray apparatus having built-in air regulation and a swivel connection to an air supply and uses thereof are described herein.
HANDHELD CLEANING MACHINE
A handheld cleaning machine, comprising: a housing, a reciprocating mechanism, a driving assembly, and a water pump assembly. The reciprocating mechanism comprises a reciprocating shaft, a sleeve, and a first guide assembly. The driving assembly is configured to drive the reciprocating shaft to rotate, so that the sleeve reciprocates in the length direction of the reciprocating shaft; the water pump assembly comprises a water inlet member, a pump body, and a water outlet member, the pump body is connected to the sleeve, the pump body is communicated between the water inlet member and the water outlet member, and when the pump body moves along the axis of the reciprocating shaft, the pump body is configured to feed water from the water inlet member and discharge water from the water outlet member.
INDUSTRIAL CLEANING MACHINE FOR CLEANING PARTS, IN PARTICULAR SPRAY GUNS AND ACCESSORIES THEREOF
An industrial cleaning machine for cleaning parts, in particular spray guns and accessories thereof, including a cleaning chamber for receiving parts, and a pneumatically operated cleaning system capable of subjecting the parts to a cleaning operation using a cleaning liquid. The cleaning system includes at least one pneumatically actuated pump that is operated by compressed air supplied to the cleaning machine to pump and supply the cleaning liquid from a container. The cleaning machine integrates a control device configured to monitor and control operation of the cleaning machine and to operate autonomously on power provided by a battery. The control device is configured to gather status information relating to operation of the cleaning machine and communicate the status information to a remote server. The control device includes an air circuit configured to be coupled to an air compressor to control supply of the compressed air to the pneumatically actuated pump.
Sprayer with selectively pivotable and lockable attachment-mounting arm
A fluid sprayer includes a rigid fluid conduit extending along a conduit axis between longitudinally opposed open conduit first and second ends. A spray nozzle having a fluid-expulsion bore is connected to the conduit second end such that the nozzle can pivot about a nozzle-pivot axis that extends orthogonally to the conduit axis and fluid introduced into the conduit first end is expelled through the fluid-expulsion bore. An attachment-mounting arm is connected to the fluid conduit for pivotal movement about an arm-pivot axis having a component of spatial extension orthogonal to the conduit axis and being longitudinally non-displaceable relative to the rigid fluid conduit. Moreover, the attachment-mounting arm is selectively lockable into a plurality of discrete angular positions relative to the conduit and configured to removably retain a surface-engaging attachment designed for engaging a surface to be cleaned.
