Magnetically driven beverage brewing and cleaning system
11457765 · 2022-10-04 · ·

A coffee brewing system includes a brew vessel adapted to receive water and ground coffee to produce and store a brewed beverage and to provide for a cleaning system. The brew vessel includes a filter and a magnet stirrer in the lower portion of the brew vessel. The magnet stirrer creates a water vortex for brewing the coffee. The used coffee grounds are allowed to settle on the filter creating a bed of used coffee grounds and the coffee is then filtered through both the bed of used coffee grounds and the filter and collected in a coffee storage container. A cleaning system is used to remove unsightly coffee stains and oil films in the system after a brewing cycle.

Shell egg pasteurizer with automated clean-in-place system

An in-line shell egg pasteurizer has a clean-in-place system. Empty shell egg carriers are placed in the water bath for multiple cleaning cycles. The cleaning solution level is lowered to expose the shell egg carriers and the top parts of the water bath walls. An air perturbation is used to agitate cleaning solution held in the bottom of the water bath and clean heating coils and other components located in the bottom of the water bath. Sprayers (e.g., nozzles, cleaning spray balls, etc. . . . ) mounted on a hood over the water bath clean the top parts of the water bath walls and the empty shell egg carriers placed in the water bath.

Sub-frame cleaning and blow-drying device

The present disclosure relates to a sub-frame cleaning and blow-drying device, comprising a rack, a water tank, a bottom lifting assembly, supporting assemblies, a top lifting assembly, a rotating assembly, an expanding and cleaning-off assembly and a blow-drying device. Expanding assemblies expand to be connected with vehicle body mounting holes, compressed air is blown into the vehicle body mounting holes by air outlets and is blown into a cavity of a sub-frame to clean off aluminum scraps and residual sand in the cavity of the sub-frame, the rotating assembly drives the expanding and cleaning-off assembly and the sub-frame to do rotation movement to perform secondary cleaning, so that the aluminum scraps and the sand remaining inside the cavity can be cleaned off, and the sub-frame cleaning and blow-drying device can be flexibly adjusted by a position adjusting assembly according to different types of sub-frames and is strong in universality.

Multi-stage wash system for vat polymerization-based 3D printed parts

The invention is generally a system for washing off residual resin from objects which are three-dimensionally (3D) printed through a vat polymerization (VP) process. Exemplary systems may include a solvent receptacle, a wash reservoir in fluid communication with the solvent receptacle, and a controller configured to pump a solvent from the solvent receptacle to the wash reservoir for washing off residual resin from a 3D-printed object. Exemplary methods may include pumping a first solution of a plurality of solvent solutions from the solvent receptacle to the wash reservoir, dispersing the first solution onto the 3D-printed object, pumping the first solution from the wash reservoir to the solvent receptacle, pumping a second solution of the plurality of solvent solutions from the solvent receptacle to the wash reservoir, and dispersing the second solution onto the 3D-printed object.

Throttle plate

An apparatus and method of restricting entry velocity into a tank is provided. To this end, a throttle plate is utilized to reduce circulation turbulence and significantly reduce the probability of damage to fragile articles undergoing deglazing, defrosting, washing or other circulation within a fluid tank. The throttle plate includes a main body with a top, bottom, and opposing sides and is configured to interface with a wash tank in a variety of throttle plate conditions. The main body of the throttle plate sits substantially against an interior wall of the wash tank, partially obscuring one or more inward flowing jets associated with the wash tank. Such obscuring dampens or throttles the flow of water from the jets into the wash tank. The throttle plate is adjustable; thus, a user of the wash tank can utilize the throttle plate to selectively control the flow of water into the tank.

A pig wrap has an elongated non-permeable wrap and a holding ring. The elongated non-permeable wrap has a first end that is closed and a second end that is attached to the holding ring. The holding ring retains the elongated non-permeable wrap in such a manner that the elongated non-permeable wrap is capable of encompassing a pipeline pig as it passes through the holding ring. The holding ring is positionable at an exit of a pig trap or launcher.
