METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING AN ELASTIC LAMINATE AND A DISPOSABLE ABSORBENT HYGIENE PRODUCT COMPRISING THE ELASTIC LAMINATE
The present disclosure relates to a method of manufacturing an elastic laminate for an disposable absorbent hygiene product, said elastic laminate comprises at least a first continuous sheet and at least one elastic strand. Furthermore, it is disclosed an apparatus and a disposable absorbent hygiene product comprising an elastic laminate manufactured according to the method.
Dual clamshell front end conveyor
A front end conveyor include a lower deck having a plurality of lower sheet supports, an upstream upper deck having an upstream end at the upstream end of the front end conveyor, a downstream end and a plurality of first upper sheet guides and a downstream upper deck having an upstream end, a downstream end at the downstream end of the front end conveyor, and a plurality of second upper sheet guides. The lower sheet supports and the upper sheet guides define a sheet transport path for moving sheets of material though the conveyor. The downstream end of the upstream upper deck and the upstream end of the downstream upper deck are independently pivotably mounted to the frame such that the upstream end of the upstream upper deck and the downstream end of the downstream upper deck shiftable toward and away from the lower deck.
Method and apparatus for particulate control from moving webs
A method and apparatus for removing particles, such as dust, generated by a moving web is disclosed. A dust control platform is positioned adjacent to a traversing web to catch the particles generated by the web. The particles pass through one or more apertures defined by an accumulation surface. The particles pass through the accumulation surface and into an accumulation chamber. The accumulation chamber may include a sweeping device or other device that may be used to transfer the accumulated particles to a collection chamber. The collection chamber is connected to a vacuum source. Vacuum is applied to the collection chamber by the vacuum source such that the particles are removed from the collection chamber.
Mat cleaning and drying apparatus and method
An apparatus for washing a mat, which enables a user to introduce the mat into the apparatus pile side up so, that it can be inspected and pretreated before cleaning by the apparatus. The mat is inclined in the wash and/or rinse module of the apparatus, while a plurality of high pressure nozzles spray water onto the pile side of the mat. Water flowing down the inclined mat pre-wets regions of the mat to pre-treat these regions before they are treated by the high pressure nozzles. The apparatus may include a trough at the bottom of the incline to further soak the mat before treatment by the high pressure nozzles. The apparatus may include means for holding the mat flat on the incline, means for extracting water from the cleaned mat, and means for cleaning and reusing water.
High volume floor dust control system
A high volume dust collector that is adapted and configured to reduce time associated with routine cleaning of an industrial tissue-machine and factory. The dust collector has a body, having an intake positioned to draw large volumes of air and dust from any area where dust is known to accumulate when engaged. The intake is taller than it is wide and is fitted with a grill to prevent larger maculature from clogging the system. An outlet on each collector connects to a fan or blower and sends collected dust to filtration system. An access hatch is positioned on the body of the collector to allow an operator to manually clear any clogs, should they occur.
DEVICE COMPRISING CLEANING ROLL AND FOR CLEANING PROTECTIVE FILM FOR PREPARING BATTERY CELL
The present disclosure provides a device for cleaning a protective film to be attached to an outer surface of a laminate during a lamination process of heating and pressing the laminate of electrodes and a separator to produce an electrode assembly of a battery cell, including a feed roll configured to supply the protective film, at least one guide roll configured to guide a progress of the protective film supplied from the feed roll, a cleaning roll located between the feed roll and a winding roll and configured to remove foreign substances remaining on the protective film supplied from the feed roll, and the winding roll configured to wind the protective film from which foreign substances have been removed by the cleaning roll, wherein a nano thin film is formed on an outer surface of the cleaning roll to adsorb and remove the foreign substances remaining on the protective film.
Packaging machine for making filter bags with infusion productions
A packaging machine for making filter bags with infusion products including a plurality of processing stations and a cleaning unit. The processing stations define a processing path and are configured for making infusion products. The cleaning unit is configured for removing dust from the processing path and in turn includes a generator device positioned above the processing path and configured for generating a flow of air designed to push the dust beneath the processing path; at least one ventilation grille coupled to the generator device and designed to convey the flow of air along a predetermined direction of emission which extends around the processing path and at least one suction device positioned the processing path and configured for sucking the dust promoting the evacuation from the machine.
AIR-BLOWING ROLLER, DUST REMOVAL APPARATUS AND METHOD
An air-blowing roller includes: a roller body, where a plurality of air outlets are disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the roller body, the plurality of air outlets are arranged along an axial direction of the roller body, an air exhaust direction of the air outlets is tangent to the outer peripheral surface of the roller body, and air exhaust directions of the plurality of air outlets are consistent. A dust removal apparatus includes a conveyance mechanism, an air-blowing roller assembly, and an air intake roller assembly.
Front end conveyor having scrap removal brush
A front end conveyor includes a frame having a first side and a second side, a lower deck including a plurality of sheet supports and an upper deck including a plurality of sheet guides. Upper portions of the sheet supports lie in a first plane, and the plurality of sheet supports and the plurality of sheet guides define therebetween a sheet transport path for moving sheets in a sheet transport direction toward the downstream end of the front end conveyor. At least one helical brush is positioned at the sheet transport path and is configured to engage scrap material on the plurality of sheets. The conveyor also includes a drive configured to rotate the helical brush.
