Method, as well as treatment station and treatment head for treating the interior of kegs, and seal for use in a treatment station of this type
A treatment head for treating a keg's interior includes a treatment-head housing against which the keg is sealed by having the keg fitting pressed thereon and a lifter that is immovable relative to the treatment-head housing. In response to axial relative movement with the keg fitting, the lifter opens the keg fitting when the keg is sealed against the pressure element, thereby establishing a return gas-path through the treatment head, through a deformable seal and into the keg's interior. This relative movement is carried out against a resetting force. The deformable sleeve is a sleeve-shaped seal that surrounds a space that surrounds at least a portion of an axial extent of the treatment-head housing. A top end of the sleeve connects to the treatment-head housing and a bottom end of the sleeve connects to the pressure element.
Concrete Mixer Truck Cleaning System

The cleaning system further includes one or more valves configured to control the flow of pressurized water through the one or more conduits to the one or more spray headers. In various embodiments, the one or more valves are manually operable to control the release of water to the spray headers. In other embodiments, the one or more valves are controlled by a computing device through an electrical coupling such as a communication bus. The cleaning system may be configured to clean different portions of the truck using different sets of spray headers at different times as part of a washing protocol.
Nozzle for inflating a spout film bag and method for inflating a spout film bag
The invention relates to a nozzle for inflating a spout film bag, the lateral surface of which nozzle is designed in such a way that the nozzle can be inserted at least partially into the spout of the spout film bag and also at least partially into the interior of the spout film bag, wherein the lateral surface of the part of the nozzle that can be inserted has a bulging design. The invention further relates to a method for inflating a spout film bag by using said nozzle, comprising the following steps: providing the nozzle; inserting the nozzle into the spout of the spout film bag and lowering the nozzle in the spout to a first position; after the first position has been reached, wherein the lateral surface of the inserted nozzle interacts with the internal form of the spout in such a way that the interior of the spout film bag is substantially sealed, introducing flushing or inflating air into the interior of the spout film bag by means of the nozzle.
CLEANING APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD
The disclosure is directed to an apparatus, system and method for cleaning interior surfaces of storage containers such as tank trailers and other surfaces using a low volume of high pressure fluid. The apparatus of this disclosure includes one or more high pressure fluid conduits that can be extended and retracted within a storage container.
PARTICLE REMOVING ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF SERVICING ASSEMBLY
An apparatus includes a wafer stage and a particle removing assembly. The wafer stage includes a cup adjacent to a wafer chuck. The particle removing assembly is configured to remove contaminant particles from the cup. In some embodiments, the particle removing assembly comprises a flexible ejecting member that includes one or more elongated tubes, a front tip, and a cleaning tip adapter configured to attach the front tip to each of the one or more elongated tubes. The front tip includes front openings and lateral openings from which pressurized cleaning material are introduced onto an unreachable area of the cup to remove the contaminant particles from the cup.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TANK CLEANING
A tank cleaning system for cleaning a space. The tank cleaning system can include a trailer having a support base transportable by a vehicle, and an arm movably mounted to the support base for movement relative to the support base. The arm can be operable to extend into the space to perform a cleaning operation inside the space.
Acid steam cleaning apparatus and acid steam cleaning method
An acid steam cleaning apparatus for cleaning vessels using acid steam, comprising: a raw acid liquid container (1), a heater (2), a cleaning cavity (3), a double-walled tube, and a controller. The double-walled tube is installed in the cleaning cavity and has an inner tube (200) and an outer tube (300), wherein the inner tube (200) and the outer tube (300) closely contact each other; acid steam exit holes (230, 330) are provided around and/or at the upper portions of the inner tube (200) and the outer tube (300), the acid steam exit holes (230, 330) extending through the outer tube and the inner tube; the acid steam exit holes (230, 330) are in communication with the interior (220) of the inner tube (200); the interior (220) of the inner tube (200) is connected with an acid steam entry channel for forming an acid steam path; grooves (210) extending axially are provided on the outer surface of the inner tube (200); water/air entry holes (310) for water/air to enter are provided at the bottom of the outer tube (300), and water/air exit holes (320) for discharging water/air are distributed on the outer tube (300); the grooves (210) on the inner tube (200) are in communication with the water/air entry holes (310) and are in communication with the water/air exit holes (320) on the outer tube (300); the water/air entry holes (310) are connected with a water/air entry pipe for forming a water/air path. When vessels are being cleaned using acid steam, the vessels are fitted over the double-walled tube, and clean acid liquid and pure water pass through the acid steam path and the water/air path, so as to be separated from waste acid liquid, waste water, and waste air, such that the cleaning effect is improved, and the trouble of mounting and detaching components after cleaning is avoided.
