System and method for cleaning and sanitizing foodstuff tanks
A system and method for cleaning, rinsing, and sanitizing a container is disclosed. The system has a sanitizing agent chamber for storing a sanitizing agent, the one or more solution chambers in fluid communication with the container, a pump in fluid commination with the sanitizing agent, wherein the pump is in communication with a gas, and at least one spray nozzle fluidly connected to the at least one solution chamber via a conduit positioned within the container, wherein the spray nozzle comprises a housing inside which the sanitizing agent is mixed at pressure with the gas to disperse the sanitizing agent and gas mixture into the container for sanitizing the container.
VENTILATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COLD PLANER MACHINE
A ventilation system and method for a cold planer are provided. The ventilation system includes a settling box inside a water tank. The settling box includes a body. The body includes at least one sidewall defining an air inlet having a first cross-section to accept dust and fumes generated by a milling drum operation of the cold planer but to reject particles from the milling drum operation at or above a predetermined size. The settling box further includes an air outlet having a second cross-section less than the first cross-section of the air inlet. The ventilation system further includes an outlet pipe connected to the air outlet, a fan and a cleaning system. The fan is configured to pull air from below the air inlet into the settling box, through the air outlet and to the outlet pipe.
RECONDITIONED OR INFUSED FLUID CONTAINERS AND RELATED METHODS
The invention features a method of reconditioning a fluid container including heating for at least one cycle the fluid container to a select temperature for a select time duration; sealing for at least one cycle the fluid container; cooling for at least one cycle the fluid container to a select vacuum for a select time duration in an interior of the fluid container; wherein the select vacuum and the select time duration of the cooling step are selected to draw substantially a fluid from at least one of a pore, a cell and a fiber of the fluid container to a surface of the fluid container. The invention also features methods of infusing an infusion agent into a reconditioned fluid container, and methods for preparing construction materials, devices adapted for the construction material preparation methods, and construction materials including wood reconditioned and prepared in accordance with the methods of the invention.
CONTAINER FOR RAISING AND STORING LIQUIDS SUCH AS WINE
A container for raising and storing wine, which includes an external metal enclosure having at least one body in the overall shape of a hollow cylinder and a rear wall fixed to the longitudinal rear end of the body in order to close it off, an internal wooden enclosure that is able to contain the wine, including at least one body in the overall shape of a hollow cylinder and a front wall and a rear wall that close off the body in a leaktight manner, the internal enclosure being inserted into the external enclosure with a tight fit until the rear wall of the internal enclosure butts against the rear wall of the external enclosure, and clamping elements that exert a longitudinal force that tends to clamp the internal enclosure against the external enclosure.
Automatic washout system for a mixer vehicle
A washout system for a concrete mixer vehicle includes a plurality of valves, a plurality of nozzles, and a controller. The plurality of valves are configured to (i) be fluidly coupled to a pump and a fluid tank and (ii) receive a fluid from the pump. One or more of the plurality of nozzles are fluidly coupled to a respective one of the plurality of valves. Each of the plurality of nozzles are configured to provide the fluid to a respective target when the respective one of the plurality of valves is selectively activated to an open position. The controller is configured to monitor a plurality of washout parameters during operation of the concrete mixer vehicle and initiate one of a plurality of washout modes in response to a subset of the plurality of washout parameters being satisfied for the one of the plurality of washout modes.
Cavity cleaning and coating system
A cavity cleaning and coating system for safely and efficiently cleaning and coating the interior of a cavity without requiring entry of any workers. The cavity cleaning and coating system generally includes a mount which is coupled with a movable arm of a vehicle. The mount includes an inner plate, which is coupled to the arm, and an outer plate. A shaft is coupled to the outer plate. The mount is adjustable independently of the arm of the vehicle, including outwardly, inwardly, and rotatably. A spray head is connected to the shaft. The spray head is rotatable and includes a dispenser for dispensing fluids. The vehicle is positioned near a cavity to be treated. The mount is adjusted for optimal positioning of the spray head. The spray head is lowered into the cavity to dispense a cleaning fluid and, after the cleaning fluid has dried, a coating fluid.
SELF-CLEANING SINK
A self-cleaning sink has an undermounted bowl connected to a countertop. The perimeter of an internal bowl portion extends about a perimeter of a sink access permitting access through the countertop into the bowl and a base of the countertop spaces the internal bowl portion from the sink access perimeter. The base has at least one port in communication with a cross passage which selectively directs water into the bowl in a self-cleaning.
NON-METALLIC BELT-DRIVEN CROSSHEAD DRIVE SYSTEM FOR HYDRAULIC DECOKING
An apparatus for raising and lowering a cutting tool within a decoking drum, a decoking system and a method of raising and lowering a decoking system cutting tool. Instead of using metallic ropes, chains, or a self-propelled gear-based approach, non-metallic belts are secured at respective ends to a crosshead and one or more counterweights to enable vertical movement of the crosshead that in turn permits vertical movement of the cutting tool throughout the height of the drum. A motorized pulley system controls the movement of the belt, and preferably avoids having the motor be carried by the crosshead. The belts on each pulley are preferably arranged as cooperative sets so that within each set, both primary load belts and secondary load belts are present. Enhanced engagement between at least the primary load belts and the pulleys promotes greater load-bearing capability, while the secondary load belts are sufficiently strong to ensure positional stability of the crosshead and decoking tool upon damage to or failure of one or more of the primary load belts.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SURFACE CLEANING AND COATING
Systems and methods are provided in which residual materials are removed from an interior surface of a drum or similar vessel at the end of a duty cycle. This is followed by application of a non-siliceous aqueous solution to the cleaned surface, which provides a durable low-friction coating to the interior wall of the rotating drum mixer throughout the following duty cycle or use.
Container cleaning device
A container cleaning device includes a mounting plate shaped for accommodating a wafer; and a nozzle assembly disposed on the mounting plate and including a base and a shell complimentarily disposed on the base. The shell includes an inlet and at least one outlet member disposed on an edge. The base includes a recess communicating with the inlet, and at least one outlet element each being inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the shell. Each outlet member of the shell is adjacent to and communicates with the corresponding outlet element of the base.
