System For Spraying the Interior of a Container
A spraying system and method is provided for more efficiently accessing the interior of a container having an access opening to the container that is offset from or in angular relationship to the center and/or rotational axis of the container to contact the interior walls and surfaces of the container with a medium, such as a liquid, mixture, solution or suspension. The spraying system and method includes a non-linear boom that is elevated by a support structure, where the non-linear boom includes at its front end a plurality of spray nozzles. In one example, the support structure is a movable support structure that includes a guide mechanism where the guide mechanism is mounted on the moveable support structure at an angle relative to the surface supporting the moveable support structure to allow access to the interior of the container.
Method and equipment to perform controlled access to the projected location inside a storage tank, while it is operated, idle, or undergoing maintenance, to conduct an internal service from outside
Method and equipment to perform controlled access to the projected location inside a storage tank, while it is operated, idle, or undergoing maintenance, to conduct an internal service from outside. This intervention from outside can be performed through an access opening in the wall or roof of the tank. In addition to other innovations, a new coiled tubing (CT) solution for multiple 3D positioning arrangements outside and inside the tank is provided for both positioning, inserting, remote control, and withdrawing the CT with the active head for the controlled accessing of the target area.
SELF-CLEANING METHOD FOR FOOD PROCESSOR
Provided is a self-cleaning food processor, comprising a body and a crushing assembly provided on the body. The crushing assembly comprises a cup body (01), a cup lid (03), a crushing electric motor (02) and a crushing device, wherein the cup lid (03) cooperates with the cup body (01) to form a crushing cavity, an output shaft of the crushing electric motor (02) extends into the crushing cavity, the crushing device is located in the crushing cavity and is connected to the output shaft of the crushing electric motor (02), and the volume of the crushing cavity is V1. A cleaning process is provided after the food processor completes food processing, and in the cleaning process, cleaning water, the volume of which is no less than V0, is injected into the cup body at least twice, and the crushing device is controlled to drive the cleaning water to move in the crushing cavity, wherein 0.2V1≤V0≤0.6V1. The food processor can realize self-cleaning, and the crushing efficiency is high.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CLEANING AND FILLING A CYLINDER
A method and system for cleaning and filling a pressurizable tank is provided. An inverter is used to advantageously orient the position of the tank through the washing and filling/refilling process. An abrasive whip is used to agitate the interior surface of the tank for agitation of contaminants therein. A high-pressure washer is used to wash the contaminants from the interior of the tank. A vacuum source is used to evacuate the interior of the tank.
Ground tank cleaning method and system
A large bore mobile vacuum system is used with special large bore vacuum adapters to enable a method and system for cleaning ground tanks used to store wastewater. The ground tank cleaning method and system may be safer and more efficient that conventional methods by enabling a human operator to physically remain outside of the ground tank, while preventing the contents of the ground tank from being exposed to the environment during the ground tank cleaning.
NON-METALLIC BELT-DRIVEN CROSSHEAD DRIVE SYSTEM FOR HYDRAULIC DECOKING
An apparatus for raising and lowering a cutting tool within a decoking drum, a decoking system and a method of raising and lowering a decoking system cutting tool. Instead of using metallic ropes, chains, or a self-propelled gear-based approach, non-metallic belts are secured at respective ends to a crosshead and one or more counterweights to enable vertical movement of the crosshead that in turn permits vertical movement of the cutting tool throughout the height of the drum. A motorized pulley system controls the movement of the belt, and preferably avoids having the motor be carried by the crosshead. The belts on each pulley are preferably arranged as cooperative sets so that within each set, both primary load belts and secondary load belts are present. Enhanced engagement between at least the primary load belts and the pulleys promotes greater load-bearing capability, while the secondary load belts are sufficiently strong to ensure positional stability of the crosshead and decoking tool upon damage to or failure of one or more of the primary load belts.
Cleaner and Cleaning Device
A cleaner and a cleaning device are disclosed. The cleaner includes: a guide rail; a lifting lever, one end of which is disposed on the guide rail and capable of moving along the guide rail; a feed pipe, disposed inside the lifting lever; and a nozzle, disposed on an end portion of one end of the lifting lever away from the guide rail and communicated with the feed pipe. The lifting lever is configured to allow the nozzle to be away from or close to the guide rail.
APPARATUS FOR WASHING CONTAINERS
An apparatus for washing containers includes a support intended to be applied onto the upper edge of a container, a translating unit movable inside the container between a raised position and a lowered position, a rotating element carried by the translating unit and carrying a plurality of nozzles, and an actuation device including a vertical driving screw that controls the movement in the vertical direction of the translating unit and the rotation of the rotating member.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PREVENTING STICTION OF HIGH ASPECT RATIO STRUCTURES AND/OR REPAIRING HIGH ASPECT RATIO STRUCTURES
A method for treating high aspect ratio (HAR) structures arranged on a surface of a substrate includes a) spin rinsing the surface of the substrate using a first rinsing liquid; b) spinning off the first rinsing liquid from the surface of the substrate; and c) directing a gas mixture containing hydrogen fluoride onto the surface of the substrate after the first rinsing liquid is dispensed.
