FLOATING ROOF TANK SCARIFYING SYSTEM
A scarifying rig may be mounted on the surface of a floating roof to move about the perimeter of the roof. The rig comprises a trolley, one or more support rails fixed on the trolley, and a horizontal arm mounted on the support rails for controlled movement along the support rails. A vertical rail is attached substantially to the end of the horizontal arm for reciprocating vertical movement (up and down) about the end of the horizontal arm. A nozzle assembly is mounted to the vertical rail.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLEANING AND SANITIZING FOODSTUFF TANKS
A system and method for cleaning, rinsing, and sanitizing a container is disclosed. The system has a modular trolley having a dolly having at least one wheel, at least one tube coupled to the dolly, wherein the tube has a hollow interior and an inlet end, and wherein the tube has a vertical section located on a back side of the dolly, a chassis coupled to the at least one tube and posited downstream of the dolly, wherein the chassis comprises at least one chassis wheel, a spray nozzle fluidly coupled to an end of the tube on the vertical section, a sanitizing container for storing a sanitizing agent, wherein the sanitization container is supported by the dolly, a sanitization feed hose fluidly coupled to the spray nozzle, a gas source coupled to the inlet end of the tube, a pump in fluid commination with the sanitizing agent chamber, wherein the pump is in fluid communication with a gas; and wherein the gas source, via the tube, introduces the gas to the spray nozzle to mix the sanitizing agent, at pressure, with the gas to disperse the sanitizing agent and gas mixture in the container for sanitizing the container.
PARTICLE REMOVING ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF SERVICING ASSEMBLY
An apparatus includes a wafer stage and a particle removing assembly. The wafer stage includes a cup adjacent to a wafer chuck. The particle removing assembly is configured to remove contaminant particles from the cup. In some embodiments, the particle removing assembly comprises a flexible ejecting member that includes one or more elongated tubes, a front tip, and a cleaning tip adapter configured to attach the front tip to each of the one or more elongated tubes. The front tip includes front openings and lateral openings from which pressurized cleaning material are introduced onto an unreachable area of the cup to remove the contaminant particles from the cup.
Non-metallic belt-driven crosshead drive system for hydraulic decoking
An apparatus for raising and lowering a cutting tool within a decoking drum, a decoking system and a method of raising and lowering a decoking system cutting tool. Instead of using metallic ropes, chains, or a self-propelled gear-based approach, non-metallic belts are secured at respective ends to a crosshead and one or more counterweights to enable vertical movement of the crosshead that in turn permits vertical movement of the cutting tool throughout the height of the drum. A motorized pulley system controls the movement of the belt, and preferably avoids having the motor be carried by the crosshead. The belts on each pulley are preferably arranged as cooperative sets so that within each set, both primary load belts and secondary load belts are present. Enhanced engagement between at least the primary load belts and the pulleys promotes greater load-bearing capability, while the secondary load belts are sufficiently strong to ensure positional stability of the crosshead and decoking tool upon damage to or failure of one or more of the primary load belts.
Integrated paint bucket cleaning and drying machine
The present invention relates to an integrated paint bucket cleaning and drying machine, including a frame and a conveying carrier tape, the conveying carrier tape is disposed with a loading port matching with the paint bucket. The upper part of the frame is sequentially provided with a cleaning mechanism and a drying mechanism and on the frame located under the cleaning mechanism and the drying mechanism is disposed a fixing device. The cleaning mechanism includes a cleaning lift cylinder disposed on the frame, a cleaning machine matching with the paint bucket is connected below the cleaning lift cylinder, and the cleaning lift cylinder is matched with the cylinder rotating device disposed on the frame. The drying mechanism includes a drying lift cylinder disposed on the frame, a drying machine matching with the paint bucket is connected below the drying lift cylinder. The drying lift cylinder is matched with cylinder rotating device disposed on the frame. The invention adopts a tightly conveyed conveying carrier tape as a carrier to continuously move the paint buckets, and matching with the cleaning mechanism and the drying mechanism to realize continuous and automatic cleaning and drying, greatly improving the efficiency of cleaning and drying the paint bucket.
High pressure separator cleaning methods and apparatus
A process and system for cleaning a high pressure separator vessel in a polymerization reactor without removing the top cover and its associated bolts by providing a cleaning hole in a fluid fitting above and adjacent to the top cover, through which a cord or cable is fed and affixed to a rotatable cleaning nozzle. The cleaning nozzle is gradually raised, lowered and rotated to direct a high pressure liquid onto the interior walls of the vessel to remove accumulated waste material.
DEVICE FOR DECONTAMINATING A HOLLOW OBJECT DEFINING AN INTERNAL CAVITY, AND ASSOCIATED DISPENSING MACHINE AND METHOD
The decontamination device includes a protective enclosure defining an inner space containing at least a portion of a decontamination member and a holder for the hollow object at least in a decontamination position. The enclosure defines an access passage to the inner space and at least one wall for closing the access passage, the closure wall and the access passage being movable the one relative to the other between an open configuration of the access passage which the closure wall is able to occupy in a rest position of the decontamination member and a closed configuration of the access passage which the closure wall occupies in the decontamination position of the decontamination member.
Device for filling tanks with intermediate container
Disclosed is a device for filling tanks from a canister with a first adapter device which is suitable for at least intermittent fastening to the canister and which has a delivery device by which a flowable medium can be conveyed out of the canister into the tank, wherein the device has a flushing agent connection in order to deliver a cleaning liquid to at least one component of the device. The device has a further receiving container to temporarily receive the flowable medium to be introduced into the tank, and the device has a measuring device which is suitable and intended to determine the amount of liquid to be introduced into the tank.
