The invention relates to a clamping bushing (21) for clamping in a bore (3) of a component (2), in particular of a workpiece to be clamped, wherein the clamping bushing (21) is radially contracted in a relaxed state such that the clamping bushing (21) can be inserted into the bore (3) and pulled out of the bore (3), whereas the clamping bushing (21) is radially expanded in a stressed state such that the lateral surface of the clamping bushing (21) forms a mechanical connection to the inner wall of the bore (3). According to the invention, the mechanical connection between the lateral surface of the clamping bushing (21) and the inner wall of the bore (3) is positive-locking and consists of a threaded connection. The invention further relates to a corresponding clamping device (1). An essential feature of the invention is also the possibility of being able to exchange the clamping bolt (tension anchor) by means of a bayonet coupling without having to open hydraulic lines and without removing the clamping element from the device.

The expandable jam chuck includes a base jam chuck configured to mechanically connect individually or along with one or more expansion jam chucks, with a lathe chuck or coupled and mounted onto the threaded shaft of the lathe. An intermediate expansion jam chuck interlocks with the base jam chuck, while additional expansion jam chucks interlock in a nested arrangement over the intermediate jam chuck. The expandable jam chuck allows selective interlocking based on the internal surface profile and size of a workpiece.

A clamping ram has a shaft with a longitudinal axis, a first end and a second end. At the second end, two arms are arranged which extend in the longitudinal direction and are mutually spaced by a gap. Each of the arms has an inner surface and an outer surface. At a free end of the arms, a radial thickening is provided on each outer surface. Between the two arms, a wedge plate is arranged so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction. In a retracted position of the wedge plate, the arms are in a compressed state and, in an advanced position of the wedge plate, the arms are in a spread state. Each of the two radial thickenings has a contact surface which, in the spread state, are each part of an imaginary surface that is rotationally symmetrical about the longitudinal axis.
