Miniaturized deburring and/or chamfering tool with internal cooling
Miniaturized deburring and/or chamfering tool with a cylindrical guide sleeve (2) in which a blade holder base body (5) is arranged in an exchangeable manner, which has at least one receiving slot (20) for receiving and guiding a blade (6) arranged there, which is leaf-shaped and designed so that it can bend along its longitudinal axis, and which, at its free front end, has a cutting head (7) with a deburring or chamfering blade arranged there, wherein an internal cooling of the blade (6) and removal of shavings from the blade (6) are achieved by the fact that the coolant flows around the blade (6) in the receiving slot (20) on at least two facing sides.
Deburring tool for deburring in particular non-round recesses in workpieces
The invention relates to a deburring tool for deburring edges (1, 1a, 1b), of any desired shape, of recesses in workpieces (19) using at least one cutting blade (2, 2a, 2b, 2), wherein the deburring tool is in the form of a slotting and/or drawings tool which is rotated incrementally about its longitudinal axis and is driven displaceably in an oscillating manner in the direction of its longitudinal axis.
Ring tool unit, method for manufacturing the same, sleeve, and mandrel
An object is to prolong the life of a ring tool, and improve the productivity of a welded pipe. A ring tool unit is held in a downstream-side end portion of a mandrel to be inserted into a welded pipe currently being manufactured from the upstream side of a welding position, and is used as a cutting tool for continuously cutting a bead produced on the inner surface of the welded pipe, wherein the ring tool unit is formed by fitting a ring tool having a ring-like blade in a sleeve having a circular hole for holding the outer circumference of the ring tool.
Monolithic precursor test coupons for testing material properties of metal-injection-molded components and methods and apparatuses for making such coupons
A method of removing flash from a gauge portion of a monolithic precursor test coupon using a flash-removal tool is provided. The flash-removal tool comprises a tool body, extending along a longitudinal tool axis, a tooth, and an engagement surface, spaced apart from the tooth along the longitudinal tool axis. The tooth projects from the tool body in a first direction and comprises a shearing surface, facing in the first direction and located an offset distance away from the longitudinal tool axis in a second direction. The method comprises steps of coupling the engagement surface of the flash-removal tool against a first precursor-coupon end of the monolithic precursor test coupon, orienting the longitudinal tool axis parallel to a longitudinal symmetry axis of the monolithic precursor test coupon, wherein the shearing surface registers longitudinally with the flash, and shearing, using the shearing surface, the flash from the gauge portion.
Inner burr removal tool holder structure
An inner burr removal tool holder, including a tool holder body. The tool holder body includes a tool base and a connecting rod assembly. The connecting rod assembly is connected to the tool base. A scraper for removing inner burrs and a nozzle for spraying liquid is arranged on the tool base. The scraper protrudes from an outer surface of the tool base, and a liquid outlet of the nozzle faces the scraper.
