Device for attaching and detaching tool in magazine
The present disclosure relates to a device for attaching and detaching tools in a magazine, and more particularly, to a device for attaching and detaching tools in a magazine of a machine tool, the device being capable of attaching or detaching a tool having directionality to or from each gripper of the magazine of the machine tool while accurately adjusting a fixed position of the tool.
ULTRASONIC SPINDLE DEVICE WITH AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER
An ultrasonic spindle device with automatic tool changer is disclosed. The ultrasonic spindle device includes a housing member having an inner space along a longitudinal direction, a shaft member rotatably disposed in the inner space and having a hollow portion, an ultrasonic oscillation member disposed in the hollow portion and having a through hole, a drawbar member disposed in the hollow portion to move in a front-rear direction, a portion of the drawbar member being inserted into the through hole and passing through the ultrasonic oscillation member, a clamping member connected to a front end of the drawbar member and clamping a tool, a portion of the clamping member being disposed outside the housing member, a rotation means rotating the shaft member, and a cylinder member moving the drawbar member forward or backward along a longitudinal direction of the shaft member.
TOOL HOLDER HOLDING AND LOOSENING DEVICE OF CHAIN-TYPE TOOL MAGAZINE OF MACHINE TOOL
A tool holder holding and loosening device of chain-type tool magazine of a machine tool is disclosed. A locking mechanism is disposed on a rear end of each of sockets in a tool magazine. The locking mechanism is adapted to abut against an end of a tool holder mounted in the socket, thereby to prevent the tool holder from accidentally loosing. A tool loosening device is disposed on a predetermined position of the chain-type tool magazine. The tool loosening device is adapted to unlock the locking mechanism of the tool magazine passing through the predetermined position, so that the tool holder could be easily taken out of the socket.
Clamping mechanism and machining center having the same
There is provided a clamping mechanism, including: a housing which is movable to clamp or unclamp an object having clamping blocks; a clamping plate disposed in front of the housing; and a first elastic member applying a clamping force to the clamping plate by movement of the housing, wherein the clamping blocks have receiving grooves in which edges of the clamping plate are received.
TOOL HOLDER ASSEMBLY, AND SEATING/SECURING COMPONENTS AND ACTIVATION SYSTEMS THEREFOR
A tool holder assembly and insert body and activation system used with the assembly. The insert body of the tool holder assembly can be configured to shift as needed to engage tooling when the assembly is activated. In some cases, the insert body can be configured to shift further to better engage the tooling. The activation system can be electrical.
Tool cartridge
A tool cartridge for accommodating tool parts of a multi-part processing tool having a stamp and a die for processing of plate-shaped workpieces is provided. The tool cartridge includes a cartridge base body, a stamp holder for detachably holding a tool part configured as a processing stamp and a die holder for detachably holding a tool part configured as a processing die. The stamp holder includes two cartridge arms pivotable to one another which respectively include a pin for supporting the respective cartridge arm in a pivotable manner. The cartridge base body includes two orifices related to the pins for accommodating the pins in a rotatable manner.
CHARGING DEVICE FOR TOOL HOLDER
A charging device for a tool holder disposed in a holder grabber includes a wireless signal module disposed at the tool holder, a plurality of charging contacts disposed at the tool holder, and a charging module disposed also at the holder grabber. Each of the plurality of charging contacts is connected with the wireless signal module. The charging module includes a plurality of charging pins. When the tool holder is positioned at the holder grabber, each of the plurality of charging pins contacts at the corresponding charging contact for charging the tool holder.
Tool Changing System of a Machining Center and Method for Controlling the Same
A tool changing system of a machining center for machining a workpiece of a vehicle includes a machining unit including a jig portion for loading the workpiece and a tool loading device for loading a tool for machining the workpiece, a first magazine for storing a plurality of first tools, a second magazine for storing a plurality of second tools, and a controller configured to manage changing of the first tool between the machining unit and the first magazine and changing of the second tool between the machining unit.
Machine tool, management system, and tool deterioration detection method
A machine tool includes: a tool magazine that stores a plurality of tools; a spindle that holds one of the plurality of tools stored in the tool magazine; a glossiness measurement unit that measures glossiness of a tapered outer surface of a taper shank of each of the plurality of tools; a deterioration determination unit that determines whether or not the tapered outer surface is deteriorated on the basis of the glossiness measured by the glossiness measurement unit; and a notification unit that notifies an operator of deterioration of the tapered outer surface if it is determined by the deterioration determination unit that the tapered outer surface is deteriorated.
Tool clamping system
Various embodiments relate to a tool-clamping system having two metallic shaft portions, wherein the first shaft portion has a locking pin at the end and the second shaft portion has a locking sleeve at the end, wherein, in order to establish a releasable drive connection, the first shaft portion can be introduced coaxially, by way of its locking pin, into the locking sleeve of the second shaft portion and the two shaft portions can be pivoted in relation to one another, in a locking pivoting movement, about a common geometrical longitudinal axis into a locking pivot position, wherein, over the course of the locking pivoting movement, at least one latching formation arranged on the circumference of the locking pin, snap-fits or snap-fit over at least one corresponding mating latching formation of the locking sleeve, the locking pin and/or locking sleeve being elastically deformed in the process.
