Pressure-fit grinding pad assembly and method of construction
A pressure-fit grinding pad assembly and a method of constructing same and connection to a grinding pad of a floor grinding machine or other suitable type grinding machines is described. The grinding pad is formed by an abrasion head of abrasion material which is immovably bonded on a metal attachment base which is shaped for pressure fit connection to a mounting base and wherein its removal therefrom requires it to be pressure punched with adequate force. The mounting base can be a steel plate shaped for connection to retainers secured to or formed in an outer surface of a grinding disc or may be constituted by holes formed in the top surface of the grinding disc. The mounting base can be formed integrally with the attachment base of the grinding pad for connection to the retainers.
Dual Rotor Ride-on Surface Polisher
A dedicated concrete surface polisher comprises a frame and powered chassis substantially resembling a twin rotor riding trowel, equipped with a plurality of diamond polishing pucks, and mounting apparatus for maintaining flat puck contact with the lower concrete surface. Each rotor supports an intermediate drive plate driven by a hydraulic motor. The intermediate drive plate comprises a circular ring plate that is reinforced by a substantially rigid, winged drive collar. Each drive plate supports a plurality of radially spaced apart polishing rotors that project into contact with the concrete surface being treated. Each polishing rotor is secured to the ring plate. The polishing rotors support a plurality of radially spaced apart, downwardly projecting, diamond-equipped pucks that frictionally bear against the concrete surface for polishing and abrading in response to rotor rotation.

FLOOR POLISHING ARMATURE
A floor polishing armature including an inner ring having an inner ring upper surface and an inner ring lower surface, an outer ring, spokes extending between the inner ring and the outer ring, a disc retainer formed on the outer ring, a spoke opening extending from the inner ring upper surface to the inner ring lower surface, and a disc insert retained in the disc retainer. The disc is insert adapted for floor treatment. The spoke opening extends to the disc retainer. The disc insert is released by pressing through the spoke opening. Optionally, airflow openings are formed between the spokes. Spoke indents are preferably formed on an underside of the spokes between the inner ring and the disc retainer. The disc inserts and the arc inserts are both retained by interference fit.
Surface Processing Device and Methods of Use Thereof
Embodiments relate to a surface processing device that may be used to surface process concrete or other hard suitable surfaces. A surface processing device comprises a plate, a bearing, and a plurality of bush heads. The plate has a top and bottom. The bearing can be attached to the top of the plate to facilitate rotation of the plate. The plurality of bush heads can be attached to the bottom of the plate. Each bush head comprises a bracket and a grinding wheel.

The present disclosure provides a floor care system that includes an abrasive pad, a floor finish composition, and a remover solution. The floor finish composition typically comprises at least one polymer emulsion, a first alkali soluble resin, a second alkali soluble resin, at least one plasticizer, and at least one solvent. The remover solution typically comprises at least one organic functional amine selected from a branched or unbranched amino-alkoxy-alkanol moiety, and at least one surfactant. The at least one organic functional amine typically comprises 50% to 80% by weight of the remover solution.

The invention relates to a processing section 1 and an adapter system 10 of a floor-processing machine. The processing section 1 comprises a base body 2 with a processing side 3 and a mounting side, wherein the mounting side is arranged on the opposite side of the processing side 3 of the base body 2. The mounting side comprises at least one first mounting element for detachably fastening the processing section to the adapter system. The processing side 3 is formed as a closed processing surface 5. The adapter system 10 has a receiving side 11 which comprises at least one receptacle 12. The receptacle 12 comprises at least one second mounting element for detachably fastening the processing section 1 in the receptacle 12. Finally, the invention relates to a floor-processing machine and a tool.

A method and apparatus is provided for treating a floor surface with zero-tolerance edging. The apparatus includes a frame and wheels mounted to the frame so the frame can travel over the floor surface. The bottom plate is operatively coupled to the motor so that the bottom plate is configured to rotate about a first axis.
