ASSEMBLY FOR A FLOOR PROCESSING MACHINE
A rotor assembly for a floor processing machine includes at least three arms that extend outward from a central axis. Each of the at least three arms include a first surface opposite a second surface and are rigidly fixed from movement relative to each other. A spindle has a proximal end located adjacent the first surface on each of the at least three arms. A distal end has a shaft attachment opening. A distal end of each of the at least three arms include a tool head attachment surface.
Air Grinder Vacuuming Assembly
An air grinder vacuuming assembly includes a shield that is removably attachable to an air grinder such that the shield surrounds a grinding disk on the air grinder. In this way the shield can contain dust and debris produced by the grinding disk. A coupler is coupled to the shield such that the coupler surrounds the drive portion of the air grinder. The coupler is tightenable to engage the drive portion for retaining the shield on the air grinder. A tube is fluidly coupled to the shield such that the tube is in fluid communication with the grinding disk for having the dust and debris pass therethrough. Moreover, the tube is fluidly attachable to a vacuum source to facilitate the dust and debris to be sucked away from the air grinder.
HAND-HELD MACHINE TOOL
The invention relates to a handheld machine tool, in particular a surface-finishing machine that includes a machining head, a handle part, and a connection arrangement which connects the machining head to the handle part, a tube outlet for connecting a tube being formed on the connection arrangement or on the handle part, a tube-holding device for holding the tube being provided on the handle part so as to be spaced apart from the tube outlet.
COVER AND TOOL
A cover may be used in a tool with a tip tool. The cover may include an inner cover covering at least a part of the tip tool and an outer cover covering at least a part of the inner cover. In the cover, a space between the inner cover and the outer cover may constitute a suction path through which suctioned air flows. In the cover, a shape of the suction path may be changeable by a change in a relative positional relationship between the inner cover and the outer cover.
Floor Treatment Apparatus
The present invention relates to a floor treatment apparatus (1) and method for treating a floor. The apparatus comprises: •—a housing (10) comprising a top plate (11), and •—a drive system comprising: •—a transmission (21) arranged above the top plate (11), the transmission (21) comprising a transmission shaft (22) passing through an aperture in the top plate (11), •—a motor (23) attached to the transmission (21), the motor (23) arranged above the top plate (11), •—a rotatable drive plate (24) attached to the transmission shaft (22) and positioned below the top plate (11), and •—a coupling member (25) attached to a bottom of the drive plate (24) and arranged to couple a treatment member (26) for treating a floor surface, by engagement on said floor surface, to the drive plate (24), wherein the floor treatment apparatus comprises an open-ended tubular casing extending from a central aperture in the drive plate (24) through the housing (10) to an outlet opening (15) of the housing (10) to which a fluid conduit is connectable, wherein the casing is arranged for a fluid to flow through it.
Depth adjustable hub for use with abrasive grinding tool
An abrasive finishing article with an adapter or hub to attach to an appropriate power tool, wherein the hub contains sets of slots to receive ribs positioned on a grinding wheel to permit adjustment of the height of the hub to change the overall height of the grinding wheel and abrasive finishing article.
Hand-held machine tool comprising a disconnector
A hand-held machine tool, in particular a sanding machine, including a handle element for the user to grip and a processing head which has an electric drive motor for driving a tool holder provided for holding a processing tool, the hand-held machine tool having a power supply system for supplying power to the drive motor by means of a cable arrangement, via which the drive motor and the power supply system are interconnected. A protection circuit including at least one electric disconnector is arranged on the drive motor, in order to disconnect a connection between at least one electric cable of the cable arrangement and a phase of a field coil arrangement of the drive motor, which phase can be supplied with current via the cable.
Grinder dust shroud with input shaft gasket and adjustable mounting mechanism
An angle grinder dust collection shroud includes mounting brackets which are attached to a shroud body via slots which allow the mounting brackets to move to different circumferential locations around the output shaft of the angle grinder as well and inwardly towards and outwardly away from the output shaft of the angle grinder. The mounting brackets are adjustable in their position around the angle grinder output shaft to allow them to engage the angle grinder while avoiding any mounting features for the angle grinder's stock blade guard.
Filter arrangement for filtering dust-laden air generated by a hand-guided power tool and power tool arrangement
The invention refers to a filter arrangement for filtering dust-laden air (7) generated by a hand-guided power tool (1), in particular a sander or a grinder, during operation of the power tool (1). The filter arrangement comprises a filter cartridge (13) having a hollow casing (14), a filter element (22) located inside the casing (14), an air inlet port (15) located downstream in respect to an airflow (8) through the filter cartridge (13) and in respect to the filter element (22) and adapted to be pneumatically connected to the power tool (1) in order to allow the dust-laden air (7) generated by the power tool (1) to flow into the casing (14), and an air outlet port (20) located upstream in respect to the airflow (8) through the filter cartridge (13) and in respect to the filter element (22), the air outlet port (20) adapted to allow filtered air (9) leave the filter cartridge (13).
It is suggested that the filter arrangement comprises an active airflow generating device (30) with a fan (40) comprising a plurality of blades (44) and driven by an electric motor (38) separate from an electric motor of the power tool (1), the airflow generating device (30) being in pneumatic connection with the air inlet port (15) of the filter cartridge (13) or with the air outlet port (20) of the filter cartridge (13) in order to generate or support the airflow (8) through the filter cartridge (13).
