Jig structure for assembling high frequency connector
A jig structure for assembling a high frequency connector includes a base on which a rotatable seat is provided, and the surface area of the rotatable seat is smaller than the base. A fixed table is provided on the rotatable seat. The fixed table further includes a first table, and an adjusting rod and a plurality of guide rods are provided on the first table. A plurality of assembly tables are provided on the adjusting rod and the guide rods. The assembly tables are correspondingly disposed, and their movement is controlled by the adjusting rod. A first assembly table and a second assembly table are provided on both sides of the fixed table. The first assembly table has movements along X-axis and Y-axis, and the second assembly stage has movements along Y-axis, thereby corresponding to the relative position of the assembly table and the fixed table so as to quickly place the circuit boards and connectors to be assemble.
VISE
The present invention relates to a novel vise that operates in both a threaded and unthreaded mode. The vise includes a fixed block, a movable head, a rod, a ratchet mechanism, a threaded mechanism and a toggle mechanism. In the threaded mode, the movable head may only be moved by rotating the rod. In the unthreaded mode, the movable head may only be moved by applying force to the movable head in the desired direction of movement.
Apparatus and method for converting a single-station vise to a double-station vise
An apparatus for converting a single-station vise to a double-station vise includes a pair of end converter jaws, a central converter jaw, and two pairs of shafts configured to extend along opposite sides of the single-station vise. Each of the shafts in the first pair is mounted for sliding movement relative to the first end converter jaw and fixed with respect to the second end converter jaw; each of the shafts in the second pair is fixed relative to the first end converter jaw and mounted for sliding movement relative to the second converter jaw; and all of the shafts are mounted for sliding movement relative to the central converter jaw.
Fixture
A fixture is mounted on a work platform and contains: a first movable block, a second movable block, an actuation block, multiple resilient elements, multiple first connection blots, and a threaded bolt. The first movable block includes a first body having a first tilted face, a first defining portion, and a first clamping face. The second movable block includes a second body having a second tilted face, a second defining portion, and a second clamping face. The actuation block includes a third body having a third tilted face, a fourth tilted face, at least one first abutting portion, at least second abutting portion, and a coupling orifice. The third tilted face corresponds to the first tilted face and has a third defining portion, and the third tilted face has a fifth slide section, a sixth slide section, and a third stop section.
Workpiece clamping device
A workpiece clamping device having a first base body on which a first clamping body is slidably supported in a clamping direction, as well as a second base body on which a second clamping body is slidably supported in the clamping direction. The two clamping bodies are in engagement with a threaded spindle. A contact surface is provided on each base body on the side that faces the other base body respectively. The contact surfaces are arranged with base body distance in the clamping direction. A centering body of the threaded spindle has centering surfaces that abut at one assigned contact surface respectively in order to position the threaded spindle in clamping direction without clearance as far as possible.
Modular vise
A pressure applying system using a modular vise having a fixed base and an adjustable pusher assembly. The modular vise utilizes a bi-directional worm screw to apply a linear force from the pusher assembly to the working member relative to the fixed base. The fixed base is secured and located from below a bottom surface of the fixed base.
Portable work holding device and assembly
A work holding device includes a first jaw piece having an elongated first connection member for connecting the work holding device to a support. The first connection member defines a first passage. A second jaw piece has an elongated second connection member positionable within the first passage. The second connection member defines a second passage in communication with the first passage. A spindle assembly movably couples the second jaw piece to the first jaw piece. The spindle assembly is configured to move the second jaw piece with respect to the first jaw piece to create a clamping pressure when an object is placed between the first jaw piece and the second jaw piece.
Ski tuning vise
A vise system is provided to retain a workpiece. In an embodiment, the vise system comprises one or more center vise and one or more end vises. The center vises and end vises are clamped to a table or workbench. The center vise is provided with a front jaw and a rear jaw to retain the center of the work. The end vises are provided with workpiece clamps to retain the ends of the workpiece.
FIXING JIG
A fixing jig includes a support plate for supporting a workpiece. A fixing member is arranged on the support plate and defines a receiving groove penetrating a bottom surface of the fixing member. A stopper is slidably received in the receiving groove. A bottom surface of the stopper is flush with the bottom surface of the fixing member and contacts the support plate. An end of the stopper extends out of the receiving groove and abuts against the workpiece. The adjusting member is coupled to the fixing member. One end of the adjusting member extends into the receiving groove and is coupled to the stopper. The adjusting member is used to adjust a position of the stopper. The locking member is arranged on the adjusting member and used to lock a position of the adjusting member, thereby locking the position of the stopper.
Vise
A vise for holding a workpiece that reduces jaw lift having a vise base with a longitudinally extending guide channel that includes vise base flanges with base flange guide surfaces, the vise having vise trucks that move longitudinally within the guide channel, the vise having jaws that are selectively securable relative to the trucks wherein the jaws and the trucks include lift surfaces that move the trucks toward the jaws transversely to the longitudinal direction as the jaws engage the workpiece to lock the jaws and the trucks relative to the guide channel when the workpiece is clamped in the vise.
