The pusher jaw portion of the base plate includes a worm shaft, a threaded portion of the worm shaft engaging a worm shaft mating portion milled from the bottom of the pusher jaw. The pusher jaw portion of the base plate also includes a slide bar cavity arrangement into which slide bars at the bottom of the pusher jaw slide previous to engagement of the worm shaft with the worm shaft mating portion of the pusher jaw.
