TOOL FOR TIGHTENING OR LOOSENING DIFFERENT ELEMENTS UNIDIRECTIONALLY, REGARDLESS OF THE DIRECTON OF ROTATION OF THE INPUT SHAFT (DOUBLE-RATCHET WRENCH)
A tool for tightening or loosening different elements unidirectionally, regardless of the direction of rotation of the input shaft (double-ratchet wrench). Includes a tool or tool accessory which can tighten or loosen screws unidirectionally, regardless of the direction of rotation applied at an input shaft (1), thereby reducing the number of movements required for existing tools to tighten or loosen, for example, a screw. The tool includes a casing (13) containing technology of the type used in energy converters, configured to convert movements in different rotational directions, applied at an input shaft (1), into unidirectional rotational movements at an output shaft (2), which is parallel to the input shaft; and is disposed such that a cutting plane can be drawn through the middle of the shafts, leaving the shaft ends (3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4) visible or outside the casing, with the particularity that it is possible to couple to the input shaft at one end (3.1) or the other (3.2), given that, depending on the end of the input shaft used, the elements coupled to the output shaft (2) will rotate in opposite directions and unidirectionally at each end (3.3 and 3.4) thereof, depending whether a screw is being tightened or loosened.
SECURING DEVICE FOR SECURING PRESS UNIT TO DRIVING MEMBER OF RATCHET WRENCH
A wrench includes a driving unit located in the head of the wrench. A rod extends through the driving member and includes a stepped recess so as to control a bead in the radial hole of the driving member to secure a socket connected to the driving member. A rotary member is connected to the head and includes a room. A locking member is located in the room and locked to the driving member. A fixing area is formed between the locking member and the driving member so as to fix the locking member and the driving member together. The fixing area ensures that locking member is not separated from the driving member.
Insulating ratchet driver with pivoting head
An insulating ratchet driver with pivoting head has: a handle, a spring, a pressing knob, a driving head and a pivoting member. The pivoting member is provided with a cover made of an insulating material. All metal portions of the handle, the pressing knob and the driving head are coated with an insulating layer.
INSTRUMENTS FOR USE DURING SPINE SURGERY
Surgical instruments and devices including drivers, inserters, and reducers. The driver includes a ratcheting mechanism configured to provide uni-directional motion when engaged. The inserter includes a rack, pinion, and cam system designed to secure an implant and release an implant in-situ. The reducer includes a geared system for persuading together surgical components and aligning misaligned vertebrae.
Screwdriver having a changeable direction freewheel lock
A screwdriver having a changeable direction freewheel lock, having a drive output member that is mounted so as to be rotatable about an axis in a bearing eye of a drive input member and has a circumferential toothing and a drive-output profile portion, and locking members that are inserted in a pocket of the drive input member and each have a locking toothing for engaging with the circumferential toothing in a manner preventing rotation. What is essential is that the locking members are two bodies that are movable relative to one another, can be displaced in an articulated manner with respect to one another and each have a switching extension which project into the same switching recess of a switching member.
Ratchet head with safety switch mechanism
A ratchet head has a mount, a knob, and a restricting unit. The mount has an assembling hole, and two positioning recesses disposed on both sides of the assembling hole. The two positioning recesses are parallel to each other and communicate with the assembling hole. The knob is rotatably assembled to the mount and has a shaft inserted in the assembling hole and having an abutting section with two first abutting faces and two second abutting faces. The two first abutting faces are parallel to each other. The two second abutting faces are parallel to each other. The restricting unit with elasticity has two arms respectively mounted in the two positioning recesses, respectively disposed on both sides of the shaft, and respectively abutting against the two first abutting faces that respectively face to the two positioning recesses. The restricting unit is able to steadily maintain the operating directions of the ratchet head.
Clench wrench
A clench wrench includes a structure including a handle and an engaging head. The engaging head includes an engaging space extending through front and back sides thereof. The engaging space defines an opening on both the front and back sides. A clenching device is mounted on the engaging head and includes a clenching member. The clenching member includes a clenching portion and is operable in a first mode in which the clenching portion is located at a first position and capable of clenching an object engaged with the engaging head, and a second mode in which the clenching portion is disposed away from the engaging space and is located at a second position and capable of letting the object engaged with the engaging head disengage therefrom.
REVERSIBLE WRENCH
A reversible wrench is provided, including: a main body, including a head and a through hole penetrating through the head; a driving member, being rotatably disposed within the through hole and including an abutting portion which is non-circular and disposed within the through hole; a switch member, including a base portion and a plurality of projections protruding from the base portion, each of the plurality of rolling members being movable between adjacent two ones of the plurality of projections and abuttable against the abutting portion and an inner wall of the through hole; a plurality of magnetic members, being disposed on the driving member and the switch member with the same magnetic polarity facing toward each other, magnetically attractive to at least one of the driving member and the switch member so that the driving member and the switch member are configured to be rotatable together.
Positive stop ratchet mechanism
Examples of the present disclosure relate to ratchets and include ratchets having a positive stop ratchet mechanism which controls the movement of a pawl and/or pusher with various geometric configurations and using various materials.
