Solid state tool system
A solid state tool system includes a first solid state tool, a second solid state tool, and a third solid state tool. In a first mode, the first solid state tool, the second solid state tool, and the third solid state tool are coupled to one another in a storage configuration. In a second mode, the first solid state tool is used as a tool by itself. In a third mode, the second solid state tool is used as a tool by itself. In a fourth mode, the third solid state tool is used as a tool by itself. In a fifth mode, the first solid state tool is coupled to the third solid state tool and used as a first combination tool. In a sixth mode, the second solid state tool is coupled to the third solid state tool and used as a second combination tool.
Advanced Holding Apparatus
A screw bit body allows for efficient torque force application onto a socket fastener. The screw bit body includes a plurality of laterally-bracing sidewalls, a plurality of intermittent sidewalls, a first base, and a second base. The laterally-bracing sidewalls are radially distributed about a rotation axis of the screw bit body with each further including a first lateral edge, a second lateral edge, a first bracing surface, a second bracing surface, and an engagement cavity. The engagement cavity creates an additional gripping point to prevent slippage in between the screw bit body and the socket fastener. The engagement cavity traverses normal and into the screw bit body from the first base to the second base.
Reinforced drive tool
A socket includes a hole having a hexagonal cross section and defining six abutting sides and an included angle between any of the two adjacent abutting sides. Any of the two opposite abutting sides are spaced at a first distance. Any of the two opposite included angles are spaced at a second distance. The socket has first, second, and third sections having first, second and third external diameters, respectively. The second external diameter is smaller than the first external diameter, and the third external diameter is smaller than the second external diameter, respectively. A difference between the second and third external diameters is not less than a difference between the first and second distances. A drive bit is mounted to the second end of the socket.
Anti-slip Multidirectional Fastener Remover Tool
An anti-slip multidirectional fastener remover tool includes a torque-tool body and a plurality of engagement features. A cross section for each of the plurality of engagement features includes a bracing portion, at least one cavity portion, a first interior angle, and a second interior angle. The plurality of engagement features is radially and outwardly distributed about a rotational axis of the torque-tool body. The bracing portion and the cavity portion are adjacently connected to each other about the first interior angle. The cavity portion is oriented towards the rotational axis as the second interior angle is delineated between a first lateral section and a second lateral section of the cavity portion.
Ratcheting or Non-Ratcheting Driver With Configurable Bit Storage
A ratcheting or non-ratcheting bit driver with a bit storage or “cartridge” that fits in the hollow portion of the driver handle. The bit storage or “cartridge” enables access to bits from both ends of all bits at a perpendicular orientation to the main axis of the handle while contained within the handle. The device remains in one piece rather than separating the assembly into two pieces, a handle and a cartridge during use.
Multi-Grip Socket Bit
A screw bit body which allows for efficient torque force application onto a socket fastener. The screw bit body includes a plurality of laterally-bracing sidewalls, a first base, and a second base. The laterally-bracing sidewalls are radially distributed about a rotation axis of the screw bit body with each further including a first lateral edge, a second lateral edge, a bracing surface, and an engagement cavity. The engagement cavity creates an additional gripping point to prevent slippage in between the screw bit body and the socket fastener. The engagement cavity traverses normal and into the bracing surface. Additionally, the engagement cavity traverses into the screw bit body from the first base to the second base. The engagement cavity is specifically positioned offset from the first lateral edge by a first distance and positioned offset from the second lateral edge by a second distance.
Foldout Hand Tool
A generally continuous cylindrical body where a first set of tools and a second set of tools are arranged at the proximate and distal ends of the body to rotate in a specific alternating 180 degree sequence in either an “L” mode or “screwdriver” mode for use. The tools are configured to be positioned at one or more hinge points by screws and shoulder screws. At a proximal end of the tool body, and at the tangent of the circumference of the body at the distal end of each tool; each tool is configured to rotate away from the body to a plurality of angles. The general cylindrical body also provides angled channels or walls with varying angular depths or tool slots where the tools are arranged and retained within the general cylindrical body.
Long-Shaft Tool, System Comprising A Long-Shaft Tool With A First Manipulator And A Second Manipulator As Well As Use For Such A Tool And Such A System
A long-shaft tool includes a shaft extending along a longitudinal axis and having a handle at a first end of the shaft and a second end opposite the first end with a holder for a manipulator wherein the holder has a protruding latch pin provided for engagement with a recess of a manipulator, which can be moved from the protruding position into a retracted position. The holder has a coupling half for coupling with a coupling half of a manipulator which is rotatable relative to a base body of the shaft.
Torque Warning Structure of Rotary Hand Tool
An torque warning structure is adapted for a rotary hand tool, and the rotary hand tool contains at least one rotatable pulling bar, one of the at least one rotatable pulling bar includes a fulcrum portion and at least one forcing portion. The torque warning structure contains at least one resilient element which is solely mounted or is jointly stacked on the at least one forcing portion, and each of the at least one resilient element has a pushing portion and a contacting portion between which a height difference is defined, the contacting portion contacts the at least one forcing portion, wherein the pushing portion drives the rotary hand tool to rotate, and when a pushing force of the pushing portion of said each resilient element is more than a deformation resistance of said each resilient element, said each resilient element deforms and makes warning sound.
Wrench and Ratchet Adapter
A customized tool adapter that allows for a typical wrench to be connected temporarily, but with great stability to a typical ratchet. Such an application is capable of being used with several types wrenches and ratchets, including various sizes, units of measurement and other applications and is generally hexagonal in nature having swaged gripping lips.
