Drill stand
A drill stand comprises a base, a mast defining a longitudinal axis and pivotably coupled to the base, a support bracket moveably coupled to the mast and pivotably coupled to the base, and a carriage moveably coupled to the mast. The carriage is configured to selectively receive a drill and is selectively removable from the mast in a tool-free manner.
TOOL DRIVING DEVICE, TOOL FEEDING MECHANISM FOR TOOL ROTATING UNIT AND HOLE PROCESSING METHOD
According to one implementation, a tool feeding mechanism for a handheld tool rotating device, having a holder and a first air motor, includes a coupler, a fixing member, a moving mechanism and a second air motor. The holder chucks and holds a rotating tool. The first air motor rotates the holder. The tool feeding mechanism is attached to the tool rotating device. The coupler is attached to the tool rotating device. The fixing member is attached directly or indirectly to a workpiece of hole processing using the rotating tool. The moving mechanism moves the coupler relatively to the fixing member in a tool axis direction. The second air motor powers the moving mechanism.
Gearbox for a rack and pinion linear transmission and drillstand including a gearbox and a rack
A gearbox for a rack (6) and pinion (4) linear transmission, said gearbox further includinga reduction gear train (1-4) having at least a first (1), a second (2), a third (3), and a fourth gear wheel (4), where the fourth gear wheel is the pinion (4) for rotary engagement with the rack (6); a rotary input shaft (7) operatively connected to the gear train (1-4) to effect a linear relative movement between the rack (6) and the pinion (4); and an intermediate shaft (8) on which the first (1) and the second (2) gear wheel are fixed; the third gear wheel (3) being fixed on the input shaft (7), the fourth gear wheel (4) being journalled to enable it to rotate freely on the input shaft (7) and constituting the pinion (4), and the first gear wheel (1) and the fourth gear wheel (4) being in constant meshing engagement with each other.
Clamping systems and methods for robotic tools
An apparatus for clamping a robotically controlled tool to a workpiece comprises a tool support mountable on a robotic arm and configured to support the tool, a plurality of clamping modules, each of which includes at least one vacuum cup arranged to clamp the tool support to the workpiece, and an adjustment mechanism configured to adjust the position of the tool support relative to the workpiece.
Object Crack Repairing Tool
The present application relates to an object crack repairing tool, which comprises an exhaust film adhered on the surface of an object, a push-pull suction cup capable of being attached on the exhaust film and a crack controller used for controlling the state of a crack, wherein the exhaust film is located at the crack and can seal filling liquid in the crack, the crack controller comprises a detector used for detecting the pressure and a tool head capable of propping against or being connected with the surface of the object, and a detection end of the detector is detachably connected with the tool head. Due to such arrangement of the object crack repairing tool, the degree of force and measure control can be displayed through visual data, and the state of the object crack can be accurately controlled, thereby largely reducing the working load, greatly improving the working efficiency.
DRILL STAND
A drill stand including a base, a mast defining a longitudinal axis and pivotably coupled to the base, a support bracket moveably coupled to the mast and pivotably coupled to the base, a carriage moveably coupled to the mast, and a release valve. The base has, on a bottom side thereof, a first gasket and a second gasket disposed within the first gasket, such that a vacuum chamber is defined between the first gasket, the second gasket, the bottom side of the base, and a mounting surface on which the base is configured to be mounted. The release valve is in fluid communication with the vacuum chamber. Ambient air at atmospheric pressure is permitted to enter the vacuum chamber in response to actuation of the release valve.
Targeting system for portable drill press
A targeting tool releasably holds a portable drill press on a work piece while drilling a hole in the work piece. The portable drill press includes a tubular column with an open bottom end and a mechanical advantage device. The mechanical advantage device moves a drill up and down along the tubular column. A targeting base includes a base for releasable engagement with the work piece, an upstanding post affixed to the base that is adapted for engagement with the open end of the tubular column, and optionally, a drill guide in the base through which a drill bit passes as the drill moves up and down along the tubular column.
Gravity locking mechanism
A gravity locking system includes a mounting structure and an article which includes an alignment structure, gravity load structure, and locking structure. The alignment structure is fixed to the article and aligns the article with the mounting structure. The gravity load structure is movable on the article and biased toward an unrestrained position. As the article moves toward the mounting structure, the gravity load structure moves away from the unrestrained position. The locking structure is movable on the article such that movement of the gravity load structure away from and toward the unrestrained position corresponds with movement of the locking structure toward and away from a closed position respectively. When weight of the article is supported by the gravity load structure on the mounting structure, the locking structure is urged against the mounting structure to lock the locking mechanism.
Stand-on drill press
A device 20 for guiding a power tool 10 which an operator stands on base plate 1, engages hands to both lever handles 7a-b. Continuing, operator presses down on both handles applying downward force. Thereby, gaining dual lever mechanical advantage for the purpose of advancing and retreating a power tool 10. Respectively, performing drilling, boring, and fastening operations at and below floor level. Particularly and most important, with operator 13 in the standing position on baseplate 1. Further including, taking advantage of total weight of an operator and tool 20 combined, holding device in place while in use.
