Locking folding knife and knife lock mechanism
Various embodiments of a folding knife are disclosed. In one embodiment, a folding knife is provided that has a handle having a slot having at least one top surface and a blade pivotably connected to the handle, wherein the blade has a tang having a contoured peripheral surface and an open block engagement tang surface, wherein the blade has an axis of rotation. The blade further has a locking block translatable on a plane orthogonal to the axis of rotation of the blade, wherein the locking block has an engagement surface positioned to contact at least one of the contoured peripheral surface and the open block engagement tang surface when the blade is in an open position, and wherein the locking block has at least two bearing surfaces engaging the at least one top surface along two lines.
Knife
Provided is a knife, including: blade; a first hilt assembly; a second hilt assembly, the blade being detachably disposed between the first hilt assembly and the second hilt assembly; a connecting portion, disposed on the first hilt assembly; and a handle clip, disposed on the second hilt assembly, wherein a position of the connecting portion is adjustable, such that the connecting portion has a locking position connected to the handle clip and an opening position separated from the handle clip. The knife of the present disclosure solves the problem in the related technology that it is more complicated to disassemble blade of a knife.
Folding Knife Safety Mechanism
A folding knife with a locking mechanism is provided. The folding knife includes a locking spring that interfaces with a recess in the blade to bias the blade from being pivoted out of the handle. A button interfaces with the locking spring to actuate the locking spring interfacing with the blade.
BOLT ACTION TOOL
A bolt action tool is disclosed in accordance with some embodiments. The bolt action tool may include a housing including a housing longitudinal body including a housing longitudinal bore. Further, the housing longitudinal body may include a first housing opening and second housing opening. Further, the housing longitudinal body may include at least one groove. Further, the bolt action tool may include a tool assembly including an assembly longitudinal body configured to be accommodated within the housing longitudinal bore, at least one tool attached to at least one assembly end of the assembly longitudinal body, and a bolt configured to be attached to the assembly longitudinal body. Further, the bolt action tool may include a biasing element cooperatively coupled to each of the tool assembly and the housing configured to maintain the tool assembly in at least one retracted position while the biasing element may be in a resting state.
UTILITY KNIFE WITH A LOCKNUT
A utility knife with a locknut includes a case, a blade holder, a blade, a movable pushbutton and a locking device. A blade extension/retraction opening is formed at a front end of the case and provided for the blade to extend or retract, and a movable chute is formed on a side of the case and provided for the movable pushbutton to move. The blade is correspondingly installed in the case by the blade holder, the blade controls its extension and retraction in the blade extension/retraction opening by the movable pushbutton. The locking device includes a locking rod and an adjusting device and uses the adjusting device to adjust the locking rod and lock the blade.
FOLDING KNIFE
A folding knife has an elongated blade having a pivot end and an opposed free end, the pivot end of the blade pivotally connected to a handle, the blade being movable between a closed position in which the blade is protectively received by the handle and an open position in which the blade extends away from the handle, a back lock element pivotally connected to the handle and having a block portion, the back lock element movable between a locked position in which the block portion operably contacts a portion of the pivot end of the blade to prevent movement of the blade from the open position to the closed position, and an unlocked position in which movement of the blade from the open position to the closed position is enabled, and a safety element movable between an engaged position and a disengaged position.
KNIFE WITH INTEGRAL SEALED POWER SOURCE
A folding knife is provided with a power storage device that can be charged and recharged by a charge component that wirelessly receives power from a remote source. In some embodiments, the folding knife can have a device that consumes energy such as a light, a camera, a microphone, an audio speaker, etc. The power storage device and the charge component can be positioned in a scale of the handle where the substantially planar shapes of the scale, the power storage device, and the charge component are oriented in a common direction. In some embodiments, the cavities, recesses, and channels in the first scale that house these components and linking wires are strategically positioned to leave a reinforcing area that provides strength and stiffness to the handle. Various features are also described herein that improve safety of the charging system.
Folding knife assembly
A folding knife assembly includes a blade system which is disposable between an open configuration and a closed configuration using a single hand. The blade system includes a fixed blade member and a movable blade member, wherein the fixed blade member and moveable blade member are cooperatively structured to operatively engage one another when the blade system is disposed in an open configuration. The folding knife assembly also includes a positioning system structured to facilitate disposition of the blade system between an open configuration and a closed configuration. A locking system is provided and is structured to operatively engage at least a portion of the positioning system to releasably secure the blade system in the open configuration, and to operatively disengage the positioning system to permit disposition of the blade system into a closed configuration.
Dual blade locking mechanism
A folding tool including a handle having a first handle half and a second handle half held in a spaced apart relationship to form an implement groove therebetween. Two or more implements are pivotally connected between the first handle half and a second handle half by a pivot shaft and movable between an open position and closed position and lockable in the open position. The folding tool includes a closed blade retention system, with a detent feature (or hole) on each tang, a detent retainer spring, and a detent ball. When the implement is in the closed position, the detent aligns with the ball thereby retaining the blade in the closed position.
SECURING STRUCTURE OF FOLDING KNIFE
A securing structure of a folding knife includes a blade and a handle. The blade is pivotally connected to the handle and has a pivotal connection end provided with a first engaging groove and a second engaging groove. The handle has two opposite sides each provided with a first guide hole. A stop block is provided in the handle and has a stop surface for abutting against an abutting surface of the blade. The stop block also has an inclined guide surface. The inclined guide surface is adjacent to the first guide holes and is inclined in a direction from the upper handle edges toward the front handle ends. A pin extends through the two first guide holes and can be engaged in either one of the first and the second engaging grooves and thereby clamped between a wall portion of the engaging groove and the inclined guide surface.
