SHAVER HEAD
20240131736 · 2024-04-25 · ·

A shaver head comprising a blade assembly having one or more blades for cutting hair in a shaving direction; a skin adaptor extending from an outer periphery of said blade assembly and having a skin adaptor surface configured to be in contact with a shaving surface; a coil assembly, the coil assembly being configured to be transitioned between an active state and an inactive state and to generate an electromagnetic field in the active state. The electromagnetic field can be configured to cause pili muscles in the shaving surface to contract in order to expose hair of the shaving surface so that the hair is cut by the blades of the blade assembly.

Methods and apparatuses for an intelligent shaving system is disclosed herein. An example intelligent shaving system includes a handle, at least one blade connected to the handle, a microcontroller attached to the handle, a wireless communication unit configured to send and receive data from microcontroller to an external device, a memory configured to store data applicable to the at least one blade, and one or more sensors configured to send sensory data from the one or more sensors to microcontroller. The one of the one or more sensors is a proximity sensor or a camera having image sensor configured to capture video and/or still images. The shaving system assists in determining blade attrition and provides indicators to assist in shaving techniques. The shaving system further may include at least one blade slightly curved to follow a tangent of the skin. The at least one blade may have a nanolattice structure.

Shaving apparatus

A shaving apparatus is provided for shaving hair on a skin surface. The shaving apparatus includes a shaver head having at least one first blade configured to shave hair on a skin surface during displacement of the shaving head in a first direction along the skin surface, and at least one second blade configured to shave hair on the skin surface during displacement of the shaver head in a second direction along the skin surface; and a drive configured to reciprocally slide the first and second blades in an alternating motion between the first direction and the second direction thereby allowing a bi-directionally shaving hair on the skin surface.

SHAVING RAZOR SYSTEM

A shaving razor system with a handle and a shaving cartridge mounted to the handle. A circuit board having an electrical switch in communication with a power source is positioned within the handle. A heating element is in electrical communication with the electrical switch. The heating element having a skin contacting surface. The heating element has a first pre-determined temperature and a second pre-determined temperature. The second predetermined temperature is at least two degrees Celsius different from the first pre-determined temperature.

RAZOR HANDLE WITH A PIVOTING PORTION

A handle. The handle can include a main body and a pivoting head pivotally coupled with the main body about a pivot axis. The pivoting head can have a substantially trapezoidal prism shape and can include a base member and a cover member that overlies the base member in a mating relationship. The cover member can have a face defining at least one exterior opening and the pivoting head can have an interior compartment comprising an electrical component.

RAZOR HANDLE WITH A PIVOTING PORTION

A handle. The handle can include a main body and a first substantially flat metal arm having a first proximal portion and a first distal end, the first proximal portion being rigidly coupled to the main body at a first location, and a second arm having a second proximal portion and a second distal end, the second proximal portion being rigidly coupled to the main body at a second location. The first and second distal ends can be in spaced relationship and have pivotally coupled therebetween a pivoting head.

RAZOR HANDLE WITH A PIVOTING PORTION

A handle. The handle can include a main body weighing greater than about 60 grams, the main body comprising a main frame and a secondary frame overlying the main frame. A first arm having a first proximal portion and a first distal end can have the first proximal portion coupled to the main body at a first location. A second arm having a second proximal portion and a second distal end can have the second proximal portion coupled to the main body at a second location. The first and second distal ends can be in spaced relationship and have pivotally coupled therebetween a pivoting head.
